Guest UserWe are very enjoy to staycation here. There is mountain, river, and sounds nature arround it. Our kids also happy, there’s poolside party in sunday morning and indoor outdoor playground. Totally recommended and will back again ! No need to go somewhere. Has been complete in Aston Bogor

Guest UserI didn't expect to get a room with a bathtub, but there were a few downsides. Some of the facilities in the room, like the bathtub, were rusty, and there was a cigarette burn hole on the sofa. Also, there was no hairdryer, so I borrowed one from reception, but it wasn't powerful enough to dry my hair quickly. The breakfast selection was very limited and unappealing. Plus, they charged 75,000 for an 8-year-old child, who barely eats anything at that age. On the positive side, the staff service was very friendly. Thank you.

On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread — plenty of local and international options, all delicious! 🍳☕ After a morning stroll around the nearby gardens, coming back to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel felt wonderful. A great stay for anyone visiting Bogor for leisure or business.

Plus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi.
Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k

Room wasn’t soundproof we can hear people chatting next door,
I got connecting room is is good
But one of the 2 elevator was not working, so its a bit slow with only 1 elevator for the whole building, so i often use their emergency staircase which is faster than waiting for the elevator to come.
They provide valet parking so ita a plus too
Breakfast was good enough
Next to the hotel was very good :
In front of our hotel is Botanical mall
Next to the hotel is KFC, Venus roti unyil, Ngesti supermarket and infront of Ngesti they sell lumpia semarang was very good.
Good place to stay, just fix the elevator fast before your review going down.

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
