GGuest UserThe last time we were at R Rancamaya was many years ago before covid. And after years, it is still quite good and bringing back many memories. The room is definitely needs upgrading or renovating to newer and more clean look. The buffet restaurant is great. And the animal park is definitely a must go to in the morning, after breakfast.

GGuest UserWe are very enjoy to staycation here. There is mountain, river, and sounds nature arround it. Our kids also happy, there’s poolside party in sunday morning and indoor outdoor playground. Totally recommended and will back again ! No need to go somewhere. Has been complete in Aston Bogor

GGuest UserVery unfortunate that my towel looked dirty. The towels in general don't absorb well so it was hard to dry myself off. Apart from that, room cleanliness is average, but the friendliness service from the front office was excellent.

GGuest UserI didn't expect to get a room with a bathtub, but there were a few downsides. Some of the facilities in the room, like the bathtub, were rusty, and there was a cigarette burn hole on the sofa. Also, there was no hairdryer, so I borrowed one from reception, but it wasn't powerful enough to dry my hair quickly. The breakfast selection was very limited and unappealing. Plus, they charged 75,000 for an 8-year-old child, who barely eats anything at that age. On the positive side, the staff service was very friendly. Thank you.

NNoor AufaPlus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi.
Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k

I got connecting room is is good
But one of the 2 elevator was not working, so its a bit slow with only 1 elevator for the whole building, so i often use their emergency staircase which is faster than waiting for the elevator to come.
They provide valet parking so ita a plus too
Breakfast was good enough

In front of our hotel is Botanical mall
Next to the hotel is KFC, Venus roti unyil, Ngesti supermarket and infront of Ngesti they sell lumpia semarang was very good.
Good place to stay, just fix the elevator fast before your review going down.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
