I always love this hotel, since 2015.
Very family friendly hotel, and never changed. And it become more better in service, and facilities. Only my room feels like a little bit old. But that's not a big concern of us.
Will come again someday. And recommend to everyone with family to come.

Guest UserI didn't expect to get a room with a bathtub, but there were a few downsides. Some of the facilities in the room, like the bathtub, were rusty, and there was a cigarette burn hole on the sofa. Also, there was no hairdryer, so I borrowed one from reception, but it wasn't powerful enough to dry my hair quickly. The breakfast selection was very limited and unappealing. Plus, they charged 75,000 for an 8-year-old child, who barely eats anything at that age. On the positive side, the staff service was very friendly. Thank you.

Neven the World Traveller
Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Bogor and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Location is convenient, especially for business or short trips, and the breakfast selection was decent.
While there’s still some room for improvement in certain details, it’s a reliable and comfortable choice in Bogor. Would consider staying again.

Their buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality...
I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb...
For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel

Plus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi.
Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k

Room wasn’t soundproof we can hear people chatting next door,
I got connecting room is is good
But one of the 2 elevator was not working, so its a bit slow with only 1 elevator for the whole building, so i often use their emergency staircase which is faster than waiting for the elevator to come.
They provide valet parking so ita a plus too
Breakfast was good enough
Next to the hotel was very good :
In front of our hotel is Botanical mall
Next to the hotel is KFC, Venus roti unyil, Ngesti supermarket and infront of Ngesti they sell lumpia semarang was very good.
Good place to stay, just fix the elevator fast before your review going down.

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
