Very family friendly hotel, and never changed. And it become more better in service, and facilities. Only my room feels like a little bit old. But that's not a big concern of us.
Will come again someday. And recommend to everyone with family to come.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

DdilaThe lighting in the room was quite dim, and there was no hairdryer provided. What's more, there was no doorbell, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel. This made it impossible to hear when someone was knocking at the door.

IIbnu YinHave stayed here several times. Very Balinese feel! I stayed here alone, and immediately liked the cool and calm atmosphere. The location is close to Puncak, so the air is very cool, no need to turn on the AC.
The room is clean, tidy, and the design is typical Balinese—lots of wood and ethnic decorations. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The bed is soft, sleeps very well.
The swimming pool is also nice, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. There is a garden and a comfortable seating area for drinking coffee or just chilling.
Overall, it's really good for self-healing or a short staycation. Recommended!

NNoor AufaPlus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi.
Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k

The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business
