GGuest UserIt’s a nice small hotel with a good location. The staffs are nice,too. We love the food because It has so many variety. We just have a little misunderstanding about the type of the hotel room. We ask for a queen bed but the hotel said they just can give us that type because it’s an optional and no available room with queen room.

GGuest UserOverall, I had a pleasant stay at The Mirah Hotel Bogor. The location is very strategic, with many dining options within walking distance, while still being quiet and comfortable.
The facilities are quite complete, although I was a little disappointed to find that the Standard Room does not include a mini fridge. This may be something for future guests to note, as a mini fridge can be helpful for storing food and drinks.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The hot water was only lukewarm and did not feel sufficiently warm. I also noticed some white water stains around the sink that appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I appreciate the hospitality provided by the hotel.

NNADAQOFA BAROKAHHotel Salak Heritage has excellent service. The customer service staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean. And the breakfast is all delicious, delicious, delicious! Next time I'm in Bogor, I'll definitely stay here again!

AAnonymous UserI ended up staying here suddenly without planning because I went to Bogor intending to go back and forth (PP) but couldn't rent a motorbike. The hotel is nice and very strategically located near the botanical garden, and it's also connected to Botani Mall, so everything is easy. The room was also quite clean, and the hotel already has a smart TV. All was good.

RRani indah ayuMy first impression of Swiss-Belhotel was how friendly and efficient the reception staff were; they handled issues quickly. Shortly after checking into my room, the same receptionist called to ask if everything was okay, checking on the AC, lights, etc., just to make sure there were no problems. He also offered us a membership card.
Overall, my stay here met my expectations. The room was spacious, our requests were fulfilled, it had a mountain view, the water heater worked well, the AC was cold, and there was a hairdryer and an iron. The service was friendly, smiling, efficient, and all-around excellent.
Breakfast was also very complete, with many varieties and delicious food. The waitstaff consistently checked tables and promptly cleared dirty plates.
All the staff at Swiss-Belhotel were incredibly helpful, very friendly, and always smiling.
Great job to the team and management; they made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Keep up the excellent service and product quality!

MMimie A.Stayed here for 5 nights. This hotel is located opp botani square mall. Super convenient for tourist/hotel guest to shop. Smooth check-in, attentive & helpful staffs. Breakfast served as early as 6am located on the 1st floor. Extensive breakfast spread but still lack of pastry corner.
Rooms were made up daily which is to my liking. However, luminor hotel do not provide in room foc mineral water as they've water dispenser placed at common area near the lift. All in all, it was a wonderful experienced and highly recomsended.

SSyiffMy stay at Hotel Amarossa was perfect for a business trip. The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
