Stayed over night . Room cleanliness : Average Towels : old , yellow looks stale Water bottles : difficult to open as caps quality was way too poor . House keeping service : late Laundrey : after couple of requests guy appeared . Food in Italian restaurant: Great Now the worst ordeal - Booked an Innova crysta for going to Nalkheda - 220 Km from Hyderabad . General Manager Travel - booked the same for a wrong destination . Once it was settled - driver who was obstinate to the core took us there and we were told that he will not wait as he has to go back because he has a booking in the morning . We were left high and dry at Nalkheda and managed our way back bya local taxi . We paid full for both ways - to be precise and has audacity to tell that it was my fault as I have not told him about the correct destination otherwise he would have managed an other car . In brief - it’s a great heritage building but there is no Nawabiyat at all . This was my third or fourth stay but this time I felt the change in approach . The next generation of owners have no idea of what is Nawabiyat all about . But with Taj coming in - there are better options now - so good buy Jahnuma !

Great experience at Divik. Can say - if u r looking for posh and budget friendly hotel - Divik is the go to place. No shady things.

My stay at hotel was very comfortable. The staff are very professional & helpful. The food that was offered by the hotel was delicious & the quantity of food was also sufficient. It is only one km away from rani kamlapati railway station and is situated on the main road. Would recommend everyone to book your stay at this hotel, you won’t regret it.

Excellent location and amazing property. I stayed with my mother, the property and location is amazing. Very near to the market, just walking distance (140m) staff is very polite and good. Quick and easy check in and check out.

stay was very good. staffs behavior was too good . the quality and taste of all the food was was delicious and the price of food was also economic. prices of the deluxe and executive room is affordable.

Stayed with family for one day. Neat and clean rooms. The bathroom was spacious with all necessary amenities. Space for car parking in front of the hotel was sufficient. A few swings for little kids were also there. In-dining food quality was good. Party hall is spacious.

Bedsheet in the room was not that much clean and mosquitos were also in the room. In the breakfast also there was not much choice or variety compare to other hotels. Reception or room service number was nowhere mentioned in room. In room menu could be seen by qr scanner but there was no facility to place order through it.

I have stayed there two times first time everything was but second time i was but disappointed everything was ok staff was also good for couples if you are not getting any good option you can stay here it was descent stay both the time

1. Room are big compared to other hotels nearby 2. Room service is also good and quick 3. Staff is very friendly 4. Location is great. Mp nagar market is 2-3 mins range
