CCasey ZvenGreat stay at Mövenpick Hotel Kigali. Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff were professional and efficient, and the service was smooth throughout. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Convenient location for getting around Kigali. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel,ideal for both business and short leisure stays.

SStam1I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

RRodrigo baraonaThis hostel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. Excellent location and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserMy room was not vacuumed during my stay, and some toiletries were missing; I had to repeatedly contact reception for items such as a dental kit.
Although I had booked without breakfast and subsequently paid for it at the hotel, I was still approached by service providers during my meal to inform me that payment was outstanding. This was quite upsetting and embarrassing, particularly as the reception staff did not appear to be coordinating with those providing service.
Would i eat breakfast and not pay??? Like really 😒

Staff are wonderful always read to assist. Of particular note is Tina and John.
The location is great , and the golf course is not far off . Spar supermarket is about 10 minutes walk down the road.
The interior design of the apartment hotel is up to date.

GGuest UserHotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

AAnonymous UserIt was so disappointing to be treated by the hotel driver paid for all transportation treating me as if it's a favor to drive me around. Complained to the manager... hope to bring some sense of professionalism in him. Besides everything was ok... unless I had to ask for bathing soap when I need to shower!

GGlean-HillThe staff here work very hard and maintain the standard for this property. It was clean and friendly staff. The only problem is the owner/manager of this place. It was fully booked and was offered another accommodation for the first night and then taken back to the original plan compliment from the owner which was appreciated but not appreciate that the inconvenience wasn't our fault as we are just guests. I will put it down to you having a stressful day.
Speaking with other guests they didn't get what they requested eg a balcony. People book for the amenities and it ruins it when the standards are not met. The location is completely different, the washing machine is broken, breakfast is very basic you are lucky to get an omelette. There are no choices or care if you cannot eat certain foods. The WiFi goes as far as the living room and will not reach the rooms so you need to stay in the living room. The air conditioning is not working but there are fans to help if you are too hot. This location has a few shops but the location that shows I wanted to be near the gym which was within walking distance to the property. There are restaurants and a butcher close by so you can cook yourself something to eat.
