Great
TTraveler2I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
MM49334****The service is very good, the room is very clean and hygienic. It is one of the best hotels in the area. After choosing for a long time, I feel that there is no better choice than Marriott. It is worth going again
MMemory HallFinding nice hotels is luck and effort recognizing an excellent hotel an IQ test. Trip.com Group helped me find this place.
Highly recommended
GGuest UserI had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….
GGuest UserI stayed in the dormitory room for a week, and overall, it was a great experience.
First of all, the service was amazing. The breakfast was legit, the coffee was decent, the massage was excellent, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
That said, there were a couple of things that made me a bit uncomfortable during my stay—mainly related to the bathroom. I think there’s an issue with the shower/bathtub pipe, as the water takes quite a while to drain. Also, the sink didn’t have any running water during my stay.
If those issues are fixed, I’d 100% recommend staying here. It’s truly a wonderful place.
Thank you for the great service!
GGuest UserHotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.
GGuest UserThe single rooms have no windows, only a small high window in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning. Naturally there is no breeze and it is hot. When it is sunny in Kigali, it is too hot to stay in this hotel's single rooms without air conditioning. The single rooms also do not have refrigerators. The TVs turn on, but in many rooms (this is my fourth time staying at this hotel) nothing shows up. Even if they do, there are only three channels. There is a wide selection of breads for breakfast, and the cappuccinos and cafe lattes are also delicious. There is a wide variety of fruits, and the vegetable omelettes are very well salted. The front desk staff are also friendly. The only problem is the facilities.
AAnonymous UserIt was so disappointing to be treated by the hotel driver paid for all transportation treating me as if it's a favor to drive me around. Complained to the manager... hope to bring some sense of professionalism in him. Besides everything was ok... unless I had to ask for bathing soap when I need to shower!
