"This is the most magnificent hotel – staying in your own little house with an ocean view, watching the sunsets and sunrises through the palm trees! The panoramic window allows you to enjoy nature while having breakfast and dinner. The beach is very nice, shallow, and there's a rock pool nearby with so many fish! The hotel owners are very hospitable and do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be! We were very lucky; the three of us went for a massage; the girls Ban and Can give excellent massages. Breakfast is included in the price, and it was fantastic! We had dinner for three; there was a great variety of seafood! It was delicious! The house has two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen; we even made smoothies. There are also lots of games in the house!"

GGuest UserA perfect experience, a small island, the hotel staff is very warm and friendly, waiting barefoot on the roadside to greet and see off, the breakfast is rich, but the hair dryer is too old. Special thanks to the Ctrip staff for all the help before departure

GGuest UserBeautiful stay! The location is great, walking distance from the beach, pharmacy, restaurants, ATM, gas station and many other things. You can rent a bike through them. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and super nice. The only issue I had in my room was the drain in the shower was very slow. I felt like I was standing in my own filth, I had to quickly shower so it doesn’t flood the rest of the bathroom which was a bit annoying. I mentioned this to them and I’m sure they’ll fix it. The water pressure was great! Overall, this was an incredible stay and would stay here again!

TThames_KuThe resort has just re-branded. They are developing and improving their resorts , facilities, services.
There is high speed internet all area and strength signals. The most strength mobile service signals is AIS but they just equipped more for True/DTAC.
The room is clean and comfortable bed.
I recommend you bring your soap, shampoo …
(Hotel provided but not good enough for me).
There is personal beach in the front of resort. It really nice but many big stones. If you would like to swim in the sea, I suggest you swim far from the beach area.

CC5 RoamingThe resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel.
The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com.
Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice.
Overall very nice experience.

GGuest UserРайский уголок с приватным бассейном! Отдыхали в апреле месяце, на море был сильный отлив, поэтому наличие бассейна очень скрасило отдых. Уборка номера каждый день, но бассейн в номере не чистят от листьев, приходилось вызывать. Завтраки в формате шведского стола, отличный выбор, но однотипный. Порадовало наличие на завтраке соковыжималки, каждый день у тебя свежий сок от морковки до арбуза. Все что разочаровало - это коктейли на баре: дорогие и невкусные, приготовленные неправильно. На ночном рынке коктейли намного вкуснее и дешевле)
Ну а так, идеальный отдых за свои деньги.

GGuest UserThe bay where the hotel is located is very beautiful, the beach is gorgeous. We stayed in a category A cabin. All of them are on the first line with a sea view. The bathroom has been recently renovated. There's a large step in the room, and in the dark, you could fall. The bathroom light only turns on with all the other lights in the room. Breakfasts are good. In the evening, the only place to eat is the restaurant, which is overpriced and the staff is inattentive (they spent a long time watching us clean sand and dirt from the table and chairs), but the food is okay.

SSolzyThis hotel is its own little paradise on a paradise island great little beach and pool. I had one of the better rooms and found it to be very spacious with a comfortable bed with plenty of storage. Breakfast was ok not many choices though. There is a nice little coffee shop and local store very close. I would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserCaptain Hook is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. The villas are nice, we stayed in a room with its own mini pool. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel can help you arrange boat rides, scooters to rent, ferry tickets, etc. Some amenities the resort offers are massages, fire shows, snorkeling, kayaking, and skiing. You should know that there is no beach in front of the resort, but it’s a quick swim/canoe to the beach across from the resort. The restaurant and bar sits right on the water and offers various western and eastern options. We would definitely recommend the fried chicken wings! It was a great holiday and we would choose this resort again when we travel to Koh Kood in the future.

EEvgenia K.Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We chose this hotel because we liked its location - close to Bang Bao Beach, but at an affordable price. For ease of movement around the island, the hotel staff offered us a good motorbike without any deposit. The owner of the hotel, Jay, is generally a very attentive and welcoming host, ready to help with any issue. He told us about interesting places on the island that are worth visiting, where to eat, and even where is the best place on the island to watch the sunset. At our request, Jay arranged our return transfer to Bangkok via speedboat and private comfortable car. The room we lived in was large, very bright and stylishly decorated. The bed is large, with a comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows and snow-white bed linen. The air conditioner is modern, not noisy, and quickly cooled a fairly large room. From the room there is access to a small terrace with a tea table and a view of the garden, there is a clothes dryer. The room has a modern TV with smart TV function and Internet access. The bathroom is spacious, the instantaneous water heater worked well, and there are personal hygiene items. Beach towels and a mat are provided for guests to relax on the beach. Upon check-in, guests will receive a compliment from the hotel. We had a great time at the hotel and would love to come back again, Thanks Jay 🙏

GGuest UserStarting with the positives, Tolani resort has really friendly staff who bent over backwards to make your stay pleasant. It also has beautiful rooms our bungalow was clean and comfortable with good aircon and a very comfortable bed. It gave a feeling of luxury though the water pressure in the shower was really bad. It’s outside of the rooms that this resort falls flat.
Tolani is positioning itself as a luxury resort and with a high price point to match but for the money it doesn’t deliver. The resort is supposedly on the beach but in reality the beach is not easily accessible from the resort. You can climb over rocks and swim over to the beach but it’s not easy. This means you will not have any sun loungers on the beach which can be an issue as the pool area is very small with only a handful of beds there. It’s also what you want from a beach front resort.
The food at the resort including breakfast is very poor but very expensive. Thankfully there are great restaurants nearby but we didn’t have a single good meal here. Drinks and food are massively overpriced for the island too.
We also had a poor experience at checkout. We had given our scooter back to the hire place but needed to head to the shops and so my wife asked if it was possible to get a taxi. A kind member of staff offered to run her up the road quickly in their car which we assumed was just a kind gesture. On checkout they charged us 15 euros for this trip. That’s an outrageous price for a 5 minute ride down the road but it also wasn’t communicated to us that we would be charged at the time as we wouldn’t have agreed. When we challenged this they told us we had to pay. It left a really bad taste in the mouth and it showcased this place is mainly looking to make money off its guests and not about creating a good experience.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because there are better resorts for the price point and the food and facilities are both sorely lacking. The lovely staff are not enough to save the price gouging happening here.
