Wan Tu·Lanting Volcano Hot Spring Healing Resort Courtyard

I randomly picked this courtyard hotel while visiting Datong Volcanoes, and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem! Here's my honest review. I planned to stay two nights in Datong, and owner Sister Wang was incredibly responsive to all my questions beforehand, usually replying within two minutes – communication was a breeze. The entire Chinese-style courtyard is exceptionally elegant. At night, the string lights under the eaves create a fantastic ambiance. Surrounded by fields and distant mountains, it's peaceful and quiet, a welcome escape from city noise, allowing me to completely relax. What impressed me most was the private hot spring in the room. It's natural live water drawn from under the volcano, available 24/7. You get to enjoy it all to yourself, guaranteeing maximum privacy. After a long drive, my body was sore and stiff, but soaking in the hot spring brought warmth to my limbs, and my skin felt smooth. All the fatigue from the road instantly melted away. A short soak before bed led to a wonderfully deep sleep. The fact that we could barbecue in the courtyard was a delightful surprise. We didn't bring a grill or charcoal, but the hosts had everything prepared, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. In the evening, sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the mountain breeze while grilling, we didn't want to go back inside until it was dark. The experience was truly top-notch. The stay included two breakfasts, and I must praise the local daylily dish served. It was fragrant, flavorful, refreshing, and not greasy – a perfect appetizing start to the day, full of local flavor. The guesthouse also has its own dining hall, so if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant, you can just order food there, which is convenient and practical. The room facilities are also comprehensive. The TV supports screen mirroring from your phone, so watching shows in bed was no problem at all. The attention to detail is truly thoughtful. This B&B is right at the foot of the volcano, and it's a short drive to explore the volcanic clusters and Haotian Temple. During the day, you can enjoy the mountain scenery and watch the sunset; in the evening, you can return to the courtyard for a private hot spring soak and barbecue. The pace is slow and unhurried. There's free parking at the entrance, so no worries about spaces if you're driving. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and all bedding and toiletries were provided. It's clear the owner genuinely puts a lot of heart into running this place. These two nights were comfortable and relaxing, with the private hot spring, courtyard barbecue, and authentic breakfast all covered. It's perfect whether you're traveling solo for some peace or gathering with friends. Next time I'm in the Datong Volcano area, I'll definitely choose Lanting again!

説實話，這真是我第一次主動寫這麼長的評價，但作為瀾庭温泉民宿的第一位客人，體驗確實有太多想説的。以下是本人最真實的感受評價哦，絕不是拖😂 19號晚上從杭州飛大同，由於飛機晚點，落地快半夜12點了。提前打電話跟老闆娘説了航班晚點，需要晚點到，老闆娘一直在酒店等我們到，還因為剛開業後廚沒備餐，特意叫人煮了碗熱泡麪端過來。深夜一碗熱湯下肚，胃裡暖了，心裏也踏實了，那種樸實的照顧比什麼歡迎儀式都實在。 這邊打車確實不太好打，第二天要去辦點事，老闆娘特意叫人開車送我們過去的，後面紅包也沒收😂 ，感覺真的特別不好意思 重點説下大同的天氣。我是從杭州過來的，杭州7月分真是又悶又熱，體感温度感覺在40度了快，身上永遠黏糊糊的。但7月19號晚上一到大同，出機場就是一陣乾爽的涼風，瞬間覺得整個人都舒展開了。晚上在房間沒關窗，風裹着乾燥的空氣輕輕吹進來，蓋條薄被剛剛好，根本不需要空調，一覺睡到天亮。早上起來皮膚清爽，頭髮也不像在杭州那樣容易出油，這種乾爽的夏夜對南方人來説真的是享受。 再來説説房間。推門進去的第一感覺就是寬敞、乾淨、舒服。整體裝修是那種簡約原木風，牆面是暖白色的藝術漆，地板鋪了淺色木紋磚，赤腳踩上去不涼。傢俱不多，但每件都很有質感——一張大床對着落地窗，窗邊擺了張藤編躺椅，旁邊是小茶几，燒水壺和杯子都擺在木質託盤裡，整整齊齊。最讓我意外的是窗簾拉開就能看到外面安靜的街景和遠處的山影，白天光線灑進來，整個房間都透着温潤的調子。床品是棉麻質地的，貼身睡很舒服，枕頭軟硬剛好，也算是我住過這麼多酒店，體驗感排前10的😂 最想誇的是房間裏的私湯。湯池就嵌在窗邊一角，不大，剛好夠兩個人並肩泡進去，水汽氤氲的時候特別有氛圍感。老闆很實誠，直接跟我説這是從地下引來的真温泉，旁邊幾公里就是火山羣，水是帶着天然礦物感的。水温大概35度左右，不燙也不涼，泡進去的瞬間整個人從肩膀到腳底都鬆下來了。我泡了大概半小時，能明顯感覺到皮膚變滑了，白天趕路那點疲倦全被熱水泡沒了。老闆説水裡含硫磺和偏硅酸，泡完確實渾身通透，晚上睡得特別沉。而且泡湯的時候不用出房間，穿個浴袍走兩步就下水，想泡多久泡多久，這種私密和方便是酒店公共池比不了的。 整個民宿的裝修風格也很統一，從大堂到走廊再到房間，都是那種乾淨利落的原木配暖光，沒有花裏胡哨的裝飾，但每個角落都讓人覺得舒服、放鬆。老闆娘説設計是她自己盯的，能看出來確實花了心思。 第二天早上老闆娘來問睡得好不好，聊了幾句，退房時還塞了份小禮物。作為第一個客人，起初心裏確實有點打鼓，但住下來發現床品舒服、熱水足、隔音好，處處都用了心。如果你也受夠了南方夏天的黏膩，想找個清靜地方吹乾爽的風、泡真正的温泉，這裏值得來一趟。我不是拖，這就是19號夜裡到20號白天實實在在的感受。祝新店越來越好，下次來一定要嚐嚐正餐，哈哈哈哈哈

特別舒適安心的四合院民宿，昨天在火山地質公園臨時決定退掉古城的酒店在附近找個温泉泡一下，沒想到真還找到了！不僅温泉是真温泉，還是房間內的私湯泡池，而且還有菜地可以摘新鮮蔬菜和水果！太舒服了，住下來就不想走，要不是機票都訂好了，真想多住幾天！以後還會來。

房間乾淨舒適，裝修高檔，特別是每個房間都有單獨的温泉泡池，温泉水泡完都不用摸潤膚露，小院環境優美，現在少有的世外桃源，休閑度假的最佳選擇，服務態度更是沒得説，讓人有種回家的感覺，還可以自己採摘綠色蔬菜，瓜果，自己燒烤，是節假日的最好去處，打算下次休假再去

非常不錯，住的寬敞，院子、房間都很乾凈，早餐也很好吃，新鮮的玉米，走的時候還送了小禮物，各個工作人員都很熱情，到的當晚在燒烤，還分了烤串和飲料。

酒店環境非常好，老闆一家都非常熱情，還能幫忙搞燒烤。坐在小院裏，吹着晚風，烤着小串，再泡個温泉，實在是享受。

全屋智能，全新配置，非常乾淨；配有麻將桌和茶台，可以泡温泉，非常不錯。
