AAnonymous UserOak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

TTrish Hope BinghamThis was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a beautiful scenery and has convenient parking for self-driving tours. The hotel front desk enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions and provided maps with clear instructions. The hotel restaurant provides delicious food with generous portions. It only takes 3 minutes to drive to the nearby city center. There are large supermarkets, McDonald's and Japanese and Korean restaurants. It is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

JJennyHSeveral of us tennis enthusiasts stayed at the hotel for two nights to experience the best indoor clay tennis court in BC. The hotel environment is great, surrounded by golf courses, and there are hiking trails around. The hotel lobby provides free coffee and small desserts, which are very delicious! Have a pleasant trip!

MM2eb4w47n****The hotel is a hotel in the center of Victoria, a bar downstairs, and a bit noisy in the middle of the night. The facilities are old, there is floor heating and air conditioning, but the regulator is a bit problematic and not very warm. The TV is not a smart TV, you can see several local programs. I booked it for one night and will just take a look. The location is OK, you can walk to many places in the city center.

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
