HHappy visitorThe reception staff are very helpful and forthcoming in providing prefessional services to guests. We enjoyed very much the nice breakfast of high quality in the cosy restaurant . The room was spacious and cleaned. The central location (close to bus/train stops) made it very easy to scenic spots . We made a very good choice of this hotel. The picture shows the dino outside the hotel which makes the environment relaxing.

GGuest UserConvenient location - 5 minutes to the station by bus 30, runs often, stop is a step away. Nearby are the chic Spalentor gates, behind them the shopping space and the center practically begin. To stop bus 50 to the airport, walk about 5 minutes. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, at the reception there are gingerbread, some water, sweets, postcards, booklets, cards. Settled earlier than expected, late check-out without surcharges up to 12, then 50 francs. Dali basel card: free transport, incl. to the airport, and 50% discount for museums. There is also a code for entering the hotel after 22 (or 23, I don’t remember exactly), when there is no one at the reception. The breakfast is excellent, there are 7 types of cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, hot dishes, juices, water, jams, fruits, you can order scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, coffee, etc., on the 5th floor with beautiful views, a small room. The room is cozy, slippers, bathrobes, minibar, many different chandeliers and lamps. Quiet. TV is a cloud of programs, ours are not. The duvets are great, the pillows are so-so. Conclusion: I recommend.

HHemantDBed was very uncomfortable. It's a folding Murphy's bed. Never seen this in a hotel.
It was not so clearly visible while making the booking that hotel parking will cost extra CHF25 per night.
All together there was no great financial benefit in selecting this hotel.
I will not like to use this again.

GGuest UserI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made.
However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

RrakanishuThe room is compact, close to the road, a bit noisy, and there are basically no disposable items, so you have to ask the front desk for them. The breakfast is business-like, just simple bread and some food and drinks, with few vegetables.

AAnna801Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

GGuest UserThere is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.
