2205995****Came here during the National Day holiday, and stayed right in the heart of the scenic area.
No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. It's a view you truly need to see with your own eyes, one that brings peace to your heart.
Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you.
Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages.
The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening...

GGuest UserThere is one thing to say, first talk about the advantages: #Service service attitude is very good, smiley face, very friendly, also help to collect takeaway #Healthy new homestay, very clean and tidy #Room view green grass, comfortable and quiet Let's talk about the shortcomings: #Location traffic is in the new district, It is1.7 kilometers away from the Polaris Square and Mohe Ballroom and dining area in the center of the county. You need to take a taxi to get in and out. The taxi in Mohe has encountered three starting prices. The locals are 5 yuan, the tourists are6-10 yuan, and the locals go to the train station are 10 yuan. The tourists are 15-20 yuan, which is the feeling of being pitted. Now there is a construction villa opposite, a little dust, but the noise is not big, the construction will not be at night, it is still very quiet. We came in the off-season and didn't see any tourists. There are 7 villas in the hotel. It is estimated that there are also 20 or 30 rooms. I saw two rooms on the same day. The next day my train was 4 pm. I asked the front desk if I could delay check-out until 2 o'clock. The reply is that our room has been booked and cannot be delayed. Of course, we checked out at 11:50 and vacated the room on time. This can't be difficult for the front desk. The sister at the front desk is also very polite. In fact, it is reasonable to not delay. If there are tourists who have afternoon flights or trains, they can be psychologically prepared. There is a high probability that this homestay cannot be late check-out.

The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is attentive. Both check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast. The dining is rich and delicious, satisfying my taste buds. In short, this hotel is highly recommended.

MM347553****The front desk staff at Mohe Hongjinding Hotel have great service! Welcome guests with enthusiasm, patience and a smile. In particular, Ms. Wang's service was particularly good, she was patient and thoughtful, and patiently answered all the questions I asked. Her professional level is very high. Very good! Everything else is also very good! Worthy of praise! Worth paying attention to! If I have the chance to come back to Mohe, this hotel will still be my first choice!

SSummer sunny1979The millet porridge for breakfast was very delicious, and the view outside the window was great. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the scenery around the hotel was very good. I saw a rainbow after the rain. It is a health resort hotel and is worth recommending.

TTuoleisigangAdvantages: The hotel parking lot is large, and there are charging piles, which are very friendly for self-driving trams. The furniture in the room is all European style, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were kind and helpful, and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. The breakfast is average, not too many varieties but enough! Disadvantages: 1. There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!
