GGuest UserCame here during the National Day holiday, and stayed right in the heart of the scenic area.
No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. It's a view you truly need to see with your own eyes, one that brings peace to your heart.
Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you.
Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages.
The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening...
Isn't this exactly what a vacation should be like?

GGuest UserVery bad stay experience, the price is inflated, and the facilities are frequently problematic! Stayed at this hotel last night and the overall experience was very disappointing. I was looking forward to a comfortable rest environment, but from check-in to departure, the problem was one by one, I am completely sorry for the price. 1. The sanitary condition is worrying. There are several obvious black stains on the cover, which look like it has not been cleaned. This basic hygiene problem should not appear in a hotel with a low price. 2. The facilities are seriously malfunctioning. A room with a bubble pool was specially set, and the bubble pool was not used at all. After changing to a bathtub, the water has not been put in half, and the water heater has no hot water. After waiting for a whole night, the hot water has not recovered, and I can't take a bath at all. Even taking a bath is difficult and the experience is very poor. 3. Frequent power outages, affecting rest Inexplicably, there were power outages several times at night, and each time it was suddenly dark, which greatly affected the rest. This basic power supply problem is really rare in current hotels. 4. General location The hotel is a certain distance from the main attractions, and it is not convenient to travel. If you come for fun, this is not the best choice. 5. The service response is slow. The attitude of the eldest sister who received the reception is not bad, but the efficiency is very low when solving the problem, and the processing process is also lack of sincerity and apology, which makes people feel that the hotel attaches no importance to the guest experience. Although the room decoration style is good, the above problems are unacceptable. This price should have been looking forward to a better experience, but the result is frequent thunder in the basic link. The price is very low, everyone is cautious!

BBaaotuokaishangshanThe hotel's location is relatively quiet. While dining options require a few minutes' walk south, this contributes to a peaceful environment. However, the rooms offer virtually no soundproofing, so noise from other rooms – whether it's doors slamming or people talking loudly – is easily heard.
True to its name, 'Muju' (Wooden Dwelling), the hotel boasts unique decor. The courtyard is also nicely arranged, featuring rabbits and various plants.
Breakfast was very simple, offering a few small side dishes. The soy milk had a distinctive, somewhat savory flavor, and the date cake was quite good.
The owner was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. They even gave my child a small gift when we left.

GGuest UserThe stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding transportation and shopping are very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is attentive. Both check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast. The dining is rich and delicious, satisfying my taste buds. In short, this hotel is highly recommended.

TTuoleisigangAdvantages: The hotel parking lot is large, and there are charging piles, which are very friendly for self-driving trams. The furniture in the room is all European style, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were kind and helpful, and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. The breakfast is average, not too many varieties but enough! Disadvantages: 1. There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!
