__M1380800****This guesthouse is located right inside the Arctic Village scenic area, so you can get great photos without even leaving the property. We originally planned to stay one night but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The housekeeper and staff were all incredibly kind. When it snowed heavily, the guesthouse's car picked us up from the airport. They didn't want us to walk far in the snow, so the driver pulled right up to the airport terminal entrance and then carried our luggage all the way to our room. The room was so warm, I was able to walk around barefoot in a t-shirt, sipping an iced coffee while watching the snow outside. The owner pays extreme attention to detail; the common areas with gym equipment, massage chairs, and tea facilities are truly excellent. And the crispy fried pork for breakfast? You can have unlimited refills, and it's absolutely delicious!

Mmaomao2001002This hotel is a haven for motorcycle travelers, and I could tell the owner would be enthusiastic, which he was! The guesthouse is about 300 meters from the northernmost post office, the bus station, and the village center. The room was very clean, and the young owner was incredibly welcoming. Our train arrived in Mohe after 6 AM, and we were in Beiji Village by 8:30 AM. The owner promptly arranged our room and even specifically provided us with two breakfasts. Plus, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the small pickled vegetables were delicious. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to friends.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness is exceptional; the entire place is spotless. All the amenities provided are of high quality, and it's incredibly convenient that they're disposable and can be replenished for free. The restaurant is also impeccably clean, with staff constantly tidying up.
Environment: Our room was very spacious, which was a huge plus, especially since we had a lot of luggage – it never felt cramped, a testament to the smart design. The weather in Beijicun (Arctic Village) was absolutely fantastic; the air was incredibly fresh and clean. From the hotel's second floor, we had a superb view of Russia across the river, which was quite unique.
Service: The owner was wonderful – not only did he help us with our luggage, but he also provided excellent recommendations on things to do, the best routes to take, and shared interesting local insights. His thoughtfulness truly shone when he came to pick us up in his car during a sudden downpour. The rest of the hotel staff were equally attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and readily available whenever we needed anything. This made our entire trip truly enjoyable; we felt comfortable and had a fantastic time!

HHokakeiService: A perfect 10, absolutely fantastic! 👍 The owners are super nice. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights each.
1. They gave us a huge plate of frozen pears and frozen persimmons both nights – so delicious! 😋
2. They helped us find a charter car. It was affordable and the itinerary was well-planned, saving us a good 200 yuan compared to if we had found one ourselves!
3. They proactively told us that if we wanted to do the 'splashing water into ice' trick, we should tell them in advance so they could help us with the water. They even took us to the riverside to do it.
All in all, the service was truly top-notch! 👍
Environment: The floor heating was very strong, the environment was quiet, the location was easy to find, and it was within a 10-minute walk from the station.
Cleanliness: The entire place was clean and tidy, and relatively new. They provided disposable towels and bath towels.
Facilities: Everything you need was there. The only downside was that the shower head was placed too high and the water pressure was a bit low.

MM900493****I was incredibly surprised and delighted the moment I checked into the North Pole Village Snowman Cabin Hotel! The room was spotless, and every detail, even in the corners, showed meticulous care. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, so friends who are particular about cleanliness can totally go for it with their eyes closed. The log cabin style combined with warm yellow lighting created an amazing Nordic fairytale ambiance. What was most heartwarming was the staff's service; from front desk check-in to helping with luggage, everyone was super enthusiastic and attentive. They even patiently shared tips for exploring the surrounding area, making it feel like coming home. You really can't go wrong choosing this place when you come to North Pole Village; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GG.M.When we drove to the entrance of the Arctic Village, cars could no longer enter, so the boss drove a small electric scooter to pick us up at the door. This small electric scooter accompanied me to visit various attractions in the Arctic Village for two days. The old lady was very talkative and thoughtful. I like to eat wild fish from Heilongjiang, but I couldn't buy fresh ones that day. Fortunately, there was frozen stock of Heilongjiang small white fish at home. The uncle cooked and deep-fried them himself. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. There were also stewed beans and cucumber rolls. I ate them all without leaving any. Each person drank about half a pound of white wine. The uncle drank quickly and must have a good alcohol tolerance. The uncle's cooking skills were learned from the old man, and the old man's cooking skills should be well-known locally. In the middle, I heard many stories, some about the Arctic Village and some about the uncle himself. It was very late unknowingly, and I was a little tired, so I went back to the room to rest. The next morning, as I was getting ready to go out, I was surprised to see the old lady saying she'd bought me some freshly caught white fish. I hadn't taken it seriously, so she went out and bought it for me that morning. She even told me I was in luck, saying the white fish was even bigger and rare. In addition to the white fish, the dinner included wild hazel mushrooms, which were fried to perfection. They were all picked by the locals themselves and are a local specialty. The old man usually doesn't talk much, but when he drinks, he tells stories. How much he can tell depends on how much you can drink, hahaha. Since we had to travel tomorrow, he didn't let me drink much that night, just under a glass each. I went to bed early because we had to travel tomorrow. During these three days in Arctic Village, the memories I have of this old couple are even more precious. Thank you again!

GGuest UserThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

AAnonymous UserBeihong Village is incredibly quiet and beautiful, a truly pristine and comfortable little village. Yuanfang Guli Hotel definitely stands out as a landmark in the village. Located right by the river, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the beautiful morning fog.
Upon our arrival, the owner's brother helped us with our luggage and even delivered a box of water to our room, ensuring we had plenty to drink. The hotel rooms are spacious; a triple room could easily fit four people. The bathroom and bedding were very comfortable and clean, giving us peace of mind.
In short, the owner genuinely poured their heart into this hotel. It had a unique charm and quality reminiscent of the renowned Songtsam Hotels. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of cold dishes, hot entrees, porridge, corn, eggs, and baozi. All ingredients felt genuinely local and fresh.
I'd definitely come back to stay if I get the chance, especially to wait for the Northern Lights.

2205089****Arctic Township, Arctic Village, Arctic Family, three Arctics, it’s the ultimate, right?
On the edge of the Heilongjiang River, I have an invincible river view room. I live in room 201, a suite, and the living room is very large. In addition to the large bed in the master bedroom, there are two single beds arranged on both sides of the living room near the window, which is definitely enough space.
There is a balcony to watch the river view, and you can see the sunrise at 5 o'clock in the morning. It is reflected in the Heilongjiang River with sparkling waves, which is a bonus.
The disadvantage is that the bathroom decoration facilities are relatively old, not very good, just enough, but if you ask for it as a five-star hotel, then you are forcing it.
