Mohe Hotels with Wifi

"This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802."

"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"The service was great, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options, including delicious Northeastern dishes, noodles, and wontons, as well as milk, bread, and various porridges. The underfloor heating was also very comfortable. Very satisfied! 👍"

"Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome. Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to ”work”. Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10."

"The location is very good, next door is the memorial hall, Songyuan, morning market, a few steps is the library, Mohe is not big, open a few laps around the hotel, it is over. The hotel should be relatively new in the local area. The facilities are good, but two rooms, one room does not put body milk, one does not put pure water, I feel that the service is a bit panicked, and I presented frozen pear juice, white soda, fruit, and the baby also liked it. The room has a purifier, no smell, the hallway smells not small."

"The B&B is quite easy to find, just a little distance from the village entrance. If you have luggage, you can contact sister Shan Shan to pick you up. It's not far from all the dining spots, so you can walk there. I highly recommend it for families traveling, those who prefer not to rush through attractions, and friends who like to wake up naturally. The views at night and in the morning are both stunning. The room facilities are complete, with many thoughtful little touches, like cotton swabs and even razors for men. The room has no strange odors, is very warm, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. Highly recommended! Due to personal reasons, I wanted to stay somewhere a bit more secluded, otherwise, I definitely would have extended my stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, it's just too beautiful!"

"The guesthouse is newly opened and very clean. The courtyard has a great atmosphere, making it easy to take good photos. Most importantly, the owner is very nice. They even provided props for us to take pictures of water splashing and freezing. They also kindly gave us a small gift when we left. Before booking, I saw other reviews saying the rooms were too small, and I was worried I wouldn't be satisfied. However, it was a pleasant surprise. The overall atmosphere of the room was great. Although the bathroom was a bit small, we didn't have to sit on the toilet all the time. The compact room didn't affect the experience at all. The log cabin design was also very nice. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China! Mohe was my last night on the trip, and I had been quite disappointed by previous hotels, so staying here really cheered me up. The owner was super nice, even helped with my luggage, and clearly pays great attention to details and creating a good atmosphere. The room had an instant hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature, a humidifier, and a truly beautiful view. Besides regular towels, disposable ones were also provided. Mohe was right outside the window. The price was also much better than other guesthouses I'd seen, even those with potentially nicer decor. And the toiletries were L'Occitane – that was a pleasant surprise I definitely didn't expect! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohe in winter."

"The room was large and clean, the toilet was dry and wet enough, the hotel's breakfast was delicious and fresh, the staff here, including the receptionist and the chef aunt, were very enthusiastic, the stay was very good, the only thing that was not so good was that the sound insulation was not good enough, but the others were perfect. In the center of Mohe City, it is very convenient to play in the city here! I am in a very good mood here, and I will choose this one next time."

The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"
