"Facilities: Simple and practical, though the smart Tmall Genie seemed a bit quirky, perhaps needing an update. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Beautiful window view. Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

"I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were always ready to help. The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"

"Juguang Hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly clean, spotless even. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to get everywhere. The owners and their family were so warm and hospitable, and the service was thoughtful, with timely and efficient pick-up/drop-off service. They even upgraded my room upon arrival, which I really appreciated. Mohe has many great attractions, and Juguang Hotel is definitely a big highlight among them! Highly recommend! Five-star rating!"

"We booked a twin room for 2 adults and 2 children. The owner kindly upgraded us to a slightly larger room. In the evening, my child was hungry and asked the owner's wife if she could cook some dumplings. The owner said the chef had already left. My child then asked if there was instant noodles, and the owner's wife not only gave him a box of instant noodles but also prepared it for him. My child saw coke in the fridge and asked if he could have one. The owner's wife also gave him a bottle. When my child asked how much it cost, she said, 'It's on the house, kid!' It was truly touching. The next morning, seeing that my child hadn't eaten breakfast, I ordered a plate of beef dumplings for him (35 per plate). He loved them and finished the whole plate. He also had two more bottles of coke. I felt really embarrassed and wanted to pay the owner separately for the coke and instant noodles, considering we had three bottles of coke and a box of instant noodles. But the owner's wife insisted on not taking any money. When we left, she even gave each of us a bottle of blueberry drink. They are genuinely good people, so kind and generous. Plus, I had a pile of clothes to wash that evening, and she even helped me wash and hang them. So, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. If they come to visit this area, I'll definitely recommend Youran Shanju. And the breakfast in the morning was also very generous and delicious. Highly recommended!"

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China! Mohe was my last night on the trip, and I had been quite disappointed by previous hotels, so staying here really cheered me up. The owner was super nice, even helped with my luggage, and clearly pays great attention to details and creating a good atmosphere. The room had an instant hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature, a humidifier, and a truly beautiful view. Besides regular towels, disposable ones were also provided. Mohe was right outside the window. The price was also much better than other guesthouses I'd seen, even those with potentially nicer decor. And the toiletries were L'Occitane – that was a pleasant surprise I definitely didn't expect! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohe in winter."

"The room is clean and hygienic, the toiletries are very good, and the conditioner and moisturizer are too friendly to the girls. The location is convenient and there are a lot of food next to it (personal taste recommendation (Qiqihar meat shop family barbecue, delicious to make an appointment). Although it is a newly opened hotel, The room has an air purifier and there is no smell at all, and the purifier is silent. The room is very soundproof. The stay experience is great. The room itself was wonderfully warm, though it was a bit on the small side, making it hard to open a large suitcase. Overall, I'd still highly recommend it!"
