Guests who book through eLong are not unknowledgeable; eLong is already considered the newest, best, and largest hotel in the city. If you aim to be number one, please consider equipping a small number of rooms with humidifiers. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning really dries people out! Please, hotel manager, relay this genuine customer need to the investors. I even made my own humidifier in the room! It's not pretty, but it helps a little."

"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"This booking was super, super, super, beyond all expectations! I'd call it the absolute best hotel in Mohe! The first floor has the guesthouse's own restaurant, and the food was unexpectedly delicious! We ate there for three days straight! We had planned to eat out, but the landlady's cooking was so good that we didn't want to go anywhere else! The room was clean, with 24-hour hot water – it's a water heater, but the water gets incredibly hot. The underfloor heating in the room was super warm, so much so that you might even need to wear a short-sleeved shirt! The owners are really lovely people! And they even gave us frozen persimmons and frozen pears! As a Chinese saying goes, 'Chinese people don't trick Chinese people!' This really is an amazing guesthouse!!! Plus, the location is super convenient, basically right in the center of Beiji Village, very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' drive away. I'll share a few photos of the guesthouse's food – it was so good it made me want to spin around and crawl on the floor!"

The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! "Originally, the hotel was booked casually, but I didn't expect the Beibei Chalet Hotel to become the most memorable part of my trip to the Arctic Village. Let me talk about the most intuitive experience first - the face value is too high! The design of the wooden house is particularly ingenious, not the rough ”farmhouse style”, but the exquisite and natural sense: the wooden furniture in the room has a faint wood fragrance, with warm yellow lights, and at night nest on the sofa to watch the snow outside the window, like in a movie. The small courtyard is more exquisite, the gravel paved path, the hanging small lantern, any photo can be sent to the circle of friends to praise countless. Besides, the practicality is not disappointing at all. Free private parking solves the big problem of self-driving, without looking for parking spaces everywhere and worrying about parking fees. The hygiene is even more impeccable. There is no smell in the room. The sheets and quilts feel the texture of the new ones. Even the slippers are clean and reassuring. Stayed here for a few days, every day I went out to play full of expectations, and I could relax in a comfortable room when I came back. If I go to the Arctic Village in the future, I will definitely choose here again without hesitation!"

"I stayed two nights. The place was clean and hygienic, and the room was very warm with heating, so I, a small southerner, wasn't cold at all. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming, and there were plenty of snacks available for guests in the lobby. The mattress was comfortable, but the only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small. Overall, it was a very nice guesthouse!"

"Although it was -40 degrees Celsius, the guesthouse was so warm and cozy. We even had to sleep with the windows open at night. There were free water-splashing ice machines to play with outside, and fireworks too. The owner was incredibly helpful, constantly assisting us with finding shared rides and group tours. They were so hospitable; they even gave us two bottles of water when we left, which touched me deeply. Although I won't be coming back to Mohe (too cold), I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!"

YyehowerI only saw the aurora because I booked this hotel! When I looked up from the bridge leading to the hotel, everything around me was a bit bright. At first, I thought it was light pollution, but then I noticed several taxi drivers getting out to film it. It wasn't until many locals came over to look and take pictures that we realized it was the aurora. If I had stayed at a different hotel, I probably wouldn't have seen it. The room was large, and the bathroom was nice. The wooden decorations looked a bit old-fashioned in photos, but they weren't at all. There was also a cat and a dog. The owner didn't actively solicit good reviews; this is entirely a subjective assessment.

MM521753****The hotel is just two blocks from the northernmost post office. There's a snow view from the window, and it's dark enough to stargaze from the room at night. The facilities are new, with underfloor heating and a heated toilet seat, making it very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of bathroom hooks. The owners and their family are incredibly kind; they helped plan our itinerary, gave recommendations, and their service was exceptionally friendly. There are many attractions nearby, and there are also plenty of car rental and shared ride services available for booking, making it convenient to get to different places. The only regret is that we didn't see the Northern Lights this time.

AAnonymous UserAt 8:30 in the morning, I arrived at the Arctic Village. The landlord’s eldest sister and brother-in-law drove out to pick us up. It rained a bit cold that day. The heating in the room was hot and the room was very clean. We had to go to Longjiang First Bay early the next morning. The eldest sister prepared breakfast at 6:30! Really very very good!

The guesthouse is about 300 meters from the northernmost post office, the bus station, and the village center. The room was very clean, and the young owner was incredibly welcoming. Our train arrived in Mohe after 6 AM, and we were in Beiji Village by 8:30 AM. The owner promptly arranged our room and even specifically provided us with two breakfasts. Plus, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the small pickled vegetables were delicious. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to friends.

MM343749****I rarely write reviews, but this stay was surprisingly good. The guesthouse owners are a husband and wife. On our first night, we found the air dry, so we contacted the owner's wife, who brought us a basin of water in the middle of the night. The next day, they even arranged a ride for us to Beihong Village, and the driver was very helpful. On our last day, they took us to the riverbank for a free water-splashing activity, and then, learning we hadn't visited many attractions in Beiji Village, they immediately drove us around for free before we left. We booked a family room, a small wooden cabin, which was very comfortable, quiet, and clean.

When we drove up, the exterior didn't look like much, but as soon as we stepped inside, I absolutely loved it. The facilities are very modern and unlike other B&Bs in the area. It's super clean and well-equipped, and they even provide disposable bath towels and hand towels for guests, which is a fantastic touch. Definitely worth a visit!

CChangjiguangThe villa is immaculately clean and tidy, a perfect place to stay with children. Spread over two floors, it has three separate bedrooms, including one with a tea room—it's truly a delightful experience. Beyond the amenities, the host is incredibly kind! The young man was incredibly welcoming and immediately available to help with any questions we had. He even offered free transportation—so warm and friendly! He even took us on a tour, letting us learn about the local customs and culture. Our trip to the Arctic Village was truly worthwhile because of our stay here! AAnonymous UserThe hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.

GGuest UserThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.
