GGuest UserExtremely satisfied. Everything at the hotel was new and clean. Most importantly, the owner and her husband were incredibly kind. They picked us up and dropped us off whenever we wanted while we were wandering around the village; they were so patient! Also, the owner's cooking of Northeastern Chinese dishes was absolutely authentic and delicious. Don't ask me why there are no pictures; the eight of us ate like wolves, finishing every dish as soon as it was served. We couldn't wait to take photos! We had seven or eight dishes, and every single one was completely devoured. It probably changed the owner's perception of how much Southern potatoes can eat. Highly recommended! Everyone should stay here. The owner even helped us negotiate prices for many of the activities we did. It was truly amazing! Everyone is welcome to stay here!

YyatatayaThe hotel is in a good location. There are virgin forests, lakes, and ice entertainment in the courtyard. The snow on the lake is very thick and clean. Children can play here for a long time. There is a stupid and cute dog on the rooftop of the store, and it will poke its head out to find someone to play with it. After people go up the stairs, it will wag its tail vigorously and make the glass fence crackle.
At the beginning, I didn't know that Sanmo Sanke and Shiye Zhiyou were the same one. This hotel has warm and comfortable facilities and warm and intimate butler service. There is a cultural and creative store at the front desk of the hotel, and the manager of Jia'an has chosen some souvenirs to send home.
The chartered driver Cao recommended by the hotel is super good, and our itinerary is arranged properly. There are food and play, not crowded or tired, so that our trip to Mohe is very complete.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort.
However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting.
The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB.
For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area.
I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff at Mohe Hongjinding Hotel have great service! Welcome guests with enthusiasm, patience and a smile. In particular, Ms. Wang's service was particularly good, she was patient and thoughtful, and patiently answered all the questions I asked. Her professional level is very high. Very good! Everything else is also very good! Worthy of praise! Worth paying attention to! If I have the chance to come back to Mohe, this hotel will still be my first choice!

LLao naWent from Beijing! Stayed for three nights! Opposite the most beautiful post office! The boss is enthusiastic! Beautiful environment! High-end! The decoration style is amazing! Especially recommended for the middle class! Appearance! There are pictures of the room! The boss helped me find a master to pick me up at the station for 200! The next day, I went to the first bay for 600! Beihong Village! When I left, the master also sent me to the airport for 200! He also took us to the North Star Square! Mohe Drum Hall! The North Pole Village is so cool! Thank you boss! Master!
