They upgraded our room for free, and when we needed to switch rooms due to our own reasons, they immediately moved us to a room with better ceiling height and natural light, no questions asked. When we needed a car, the owner even recommended a reliable driver. Breakfast was good, but they weren't quick enough to refill items during peak hours. I highly recommend the corn and soy milk. Next time, I hope to try their 'Da Cha Zi Zhou' (a type of porridge)."

It was newly renovated, clean, and the shower water was great. The lunchbox was a nice touch. The mattress was very soft, just the right firmness for me. The pillows came in two materials and two heights, making them super comfortable. The owner even drove me to breakfast in the morning. There was also a hidden surprise in the room – you can discover it for yourselves! Mine was a kitten! Haha! 😄"

"In the evening, when I was having a barbecue at the food street next door, I happened to see a B&B opposite. I thought that the accommodation for that night had not been decided yet, so I just went directly to the opposite place and stayed for one night. Unexpectedly, although the price is affordable, the facilities inside are definitely not cheap! There is a small birch forest in front of the family room, which looks beautiful day or night. There are also chairs in the lobby that are very comfortable! When I was having dinner the next day, I directly asked the boss where he bought it hahahaha! The breakfast is quite good and filling. There is a mountain not far in front of the B&B. The scenery now looks very autumn-like. I sat at the door for a while and watched the parade on the road entering the venue. It seemed like there was some activity. All in all, highly recommended, the service is very good! Satisfied, satisfied👍"

"Extremely poor hotel experience; I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! This top-floor duplex room was the worst hotel experience I've had in recent years. The overall value for money was extremely low, the service was perfunctory and indifferent, and the facilities were severely substandard. I strongly advise against staying here. The room was located on the top floor, and it was unbearably hot and suffocating. The rooftop was exposed to the sun all day, and the heat inside was completely trapped. Worst of all, the air conditioning was completely ineffective; the airflow was weak, blowing only hot air. Even at night, the room remained unbearably hot and stuffy, with poor air circulation. The duplex area upstairs was like a sauna; lying in bed, I was burning up and sweating profusely, making it impossible to rest properly. It was completely unacceptable for lodging. After discovering the problems, I immediately contacted the front desk to report the air conditioning malfunction and the stuffy room. However, the staff were perfunctory and extremely indifferent. They did not actively address the issue, did not proactively inspect the room, and did not offer a room change option. They told me to contact their next shift! They gave me a perfunctory response and then completely ignored me, utterly disregarding my genuine difficulties. Their service attitude was extremely poor. The hotel's lack of problem-solving, response, and responsibility is extremely disappointing. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was poorly made and perfunctory, with very limited variety, a monotonous menu, and mediocre taste, falling far short of the standards expected of a normal hotel breakfast and falling far short of the advertised specifications. The overall accommodation environment was stuffy and uncomfortable, hardware malfunctions went unaddressed, service was passive and indifferent, and the breakfast was poorly made and perfunctory. Paying a high price for a stay resulted in an extremely poor experience; I experienced no service or quality whatsoever throughout my stay. I sincerely do not recommend booking the penthouse duplex room; the facilities are outdated, the service is poor, and the experience is subpar. I will not stay there again and sincerely advise any tourists considering booking to avoid it as well."
