The hotel bedding is clean and soft, the mattress is just right, the room is super big, and you can sleep well! The bathroom has sufficient hot water, complete toiletries, convenient location, the overall cost performance of the travel party is super high, the service details are attentive, the front desk Jiajia service is warm, the next business trip will choose this one, recommended!

This was the only B&B we stayed at for two nights on this trip, and it was absolutely fantastic! First off, the design of the B&B was really interesting. It's built right into the mountain, so when you open your window, you're greeted with a beautiful view. Secondly, the hotel is located right inside the scenic area, which was incredibly convenient. Other cars could only park on the main road, but I was able to drive right into the scenic area's parking lot! And while everyone else was queuing for the scenic shuttle bus, my butler came to pick me up in the B&B's private car. Who understands that feeling of VIP treatment? Finally, the staff were so incredibly enthusiastic. They helped us carry our luggage all the way. Seriously, if you needed anything at all, you just had to ask. Next time I visit, I'm definitely staying here again!!

Traveling from Heilongjiang to Kunming, we made a stop at Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area and decided to stay overnight in the village. Since I was traveling with a 3-year-old, staying in the village allowed us more time to explore, which was very convenient. After careful consideration, I chose this hotel, and it turned out to be the right decision! First, upon seeing my little one, the front desk manager immediately upgraded us to a king-sized bed room and arranged for a dedicated shuttle cart. We also received complimentary fruits and snacks. Despite being in a village, the amenities were surprisingly high-end. This was by far the best treatment we've received at a B&B throughout our trip. The room was also very clean. We were given breakfast coupons for a wonderful buffet, and even offered traditional Miao clothing to try on. All in all, it was a trip that truly exceeded expectations. The money spent on this accommodation was well worth it! The scenery in the area is incredibly beautiful, and the air in the morning was exceptionally fresh. Thank you to the owner, and I wish you a prosperous business! This is my first time writing such a detailed review, I swear, haha. The experience was fantastic!

The hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, meeting five-star standards. After breakfast, strolling around the grounds and soaking in the hot springs was very relaxing. However, the breakfast and cleanliness were just average; the floor tiles didn't look very clean, and while the breakfast looked plentiful, there wasn't much to eat. The overall service was poor, mainly due to staff shortages. We had booked a tour bus, and they kept saying it was almost there, but it never arrived. After waiting for over 40 minutes, we had to yell at the front desk, and finally they said the bus had gone to refuel… Out of desperation, we questioned the front desk whether, if this caused delays to our entire trip, we would also be given a delayed check-out, just like with service delays. Immediately, a staff member drove us around themselves… This service is something for others to judge 😂. Speaking of check-out, we handed our room keys to the front desk and left around 11:00 AM, but the staff called us again at 2:30 PM to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, saying we hadn't checked out…

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, offering a quiet and refreshing environment. The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast had a great variety of dishes, both meat and vegetarian, and was incredibly tasty. They even offered room service! Dinner was also excellent and very delicious. Next time I visit Wanfenglin, I'll definitely be staying here again!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the hotel's style. The internet was super fast, the bed was huge, and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. The housekeeping staff were also very welcoming and always greeted me. Parking was convenient with a spacious lot, and there's even a laundry room. Overall, my Atour experience was excellent! The moment I opened the door to my room, I was immediately struck by a refreshing sense of cleanliness. The off-white bedding was impeccably smooth, without a single wrinkle. The wooden tabletop gleamed, and not a speck of dust could be found even in the window sill crevices. The leaves of the potted plant in the corner had a clean, dewy sheen. The entire space was free of clutter, with every detail exuding just the right amount of tidiness. As soon as I put down my suitcase, my tense nerves slowly began to unwind. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. Opening the window revealed the iconic dark silhouettes of the scenic mountains, and the entrance to the attraction was just a ten-minute walk away. There was no need to rush for a crowded subway or transfers; the extra time allowed for a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood's artisan shops or a quick nap back in the room before heading out again. For breakfast, there was no need to go far; just two turns from the hotel entrance was a local breakfast spot that had been open for over a decade. Even getting to the nearby high-speed train station by taxi took only fifteen minutes. Whether you're a traveler with a packed itinerary or just looking for a relaxing getaway, getting around is exceptionally convenient. I was immediately won over by the front desk staff's attitude during check-in. As soon as we reached the entrance, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage and handed us cool welcome towels. When we asked for directions, they not only patiently explained the route but also offered a printed simplified map of the attractions, advising us which sections were best for photos and where to find the most authentic snacks. When we requested to adjust our check-out time, there was no hint of impatience; they quickly helped coordinate everything. They even assisted in contacting reliable venues for a local intangible cultural heritage experience that we casually inquired about. After this trip, the comfortable accommodation experience significantly enhanced our journey. Whether I visit this area again or recommend it to friends, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

The room was clean and the breakfast was abundant. Starting the day with a bowl of rice noodles, especially with the braised beef topping, was simply delicious! The hotel also has its own underground parking, and it's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The front desk even upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast, so overall, we had a fantastic experience.

The time I came to Xingyi was not very good this time, as I encountered extreme weather. The temperature was basically 1 or 2 degrees during the day, and I felt extremely cold. This is when the advantage of the hot spring courtyard came into play. If I wanted to soak in the hot spring, I could do so directly in the courtyard without having to go downstairs and walk outside in a bathrobe. It was very convenient and comfortable. The room is a living room with tatami and a bedroom with a large bed. It is not too big, but very comfortable for two people. If a family of three wants to make a bed on the tatami, the space will be a little cramped. The courtyard is well greened and you can tell it's carefully designed. Unfortunately it was too cold during the days we stayed there, so we couldn't sit in the courtyard. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in solving any problems immediately. The service is very humane. Some disadvantages: there are few restaurants around the hotel, and entertainment is limited to hot spring bathing and Chinese medicine treatment, which is a bit monotonous. Because there are not many restaurants nearby, I ate a few times in the hotel restaurant. The taste was mixed. Some dishes were good while others were very average (it may also be my personal taste problem, this is not a criticism). However, hotel guests get a 15% discount, but the restaurant didn't mark this out and the waiter didn't remind us. When we asked about it casually when checking out on our last day, the waiter said that it was a small matter, but it shouldn't have happened. Especially on the first day, I called to order food and told the staff that I would be checking in soon and wanted to order food, but they didn't even mention that there was a discount for hotel guests. Similarly, when you buy Miao medicine products and receive self-paid Miao medicine treatments, if you don't ask, they won't tell you. It makes you feel like they will charge you as much as they can. It's not a good experience and it's not formal. This is the first time I've encountered the situation where I have to bargain everywhere when consuming in a hotel.

There are a few things that I feel could be done better: 1. The room I stayed in was close to the road and the noise was a bit loud at night. This can be solved by placing a pair of disposable earplugs on your bedside table. 2. For a person who needs absolute darkness when sleeping, the central air-conditioning temperature is displayed (light) in the middle of the night. Although the light is very low, it has a little impact (this should be my fault, I didn’t find the switch to turn off the temperature display). - Finally, let’s talk about the advantages! : 1. This price range is unbeatable for where I live right now! (ps: I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season) 2. The breakfast was also great, with 2 big bowls of noodles (for someone who comes from out of town on a business trip, sometimes you can experience something special in breakfast). There is also coffee available in the lobby! 3. The service was also very good. They upgraded my room directly. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were great! 4. Because I was going to fly back to Zhejiang the next day, we provided airport drop-off service. (That’s why I say it’s invincible at the same price!!! It’s invincible!!!)
