GGuest UserGorgeous and clean hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff! Amenities are really a great addition, especially the pool, sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after our long travels. A little far of a walk from the city center (approx. 40 min) but if you don't mind walking and exploring, it's definitely worthwhile. There's still a lot to do around the area. (Restaurants, small shops, etc)

GGuest UserThe room was quite satisfactory, and the service was good. Plus, the room had a water view. It's a bit far from the Old Town. The breakfast had fruit, but was lacking in green leafy vegetables, only offering shredded radish. If you're only staying one night in Bordeaux, it's better to stay near the Grand Theatre in the Old Town to experience the castle culture! For those staying just one night, you might want to compare if this is your preferred option.

VVictorPositive: fantastic location just off the main shopping street. Near shops, restaurants, pubs etc And less than 50m from a branch of Bordeaux’s famous caneles shop La Toque Cuivree. (Don’t leave with trying a few!)
Slight negative: it’s in a pedestrian only street.
We weren’t affected but if you need to handle bulky luggage, the taxis can’t drive up to the hotel’s doorstep and you have to walk 100m or so.
Negative: the bathroom shower area was on a raised platform and wasn’t fully enclosed. The shower tile flooring became slippery once wet, and this made stepping up and down an exercise in caution.

GGuest UserOverall, I liked everything; the hotel is new. However, there's practically no space in the room. On the bright side, there's a fully equipped kitchen, though you have to take turns using the toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. There are rooms on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. We didn't like the room we were initially given, so they changed it, and the 'bellboy-housekeepers' helped us bring the luggage down. If someone arrives or leaves at night, you can hear the rattling of suitcase wheels because of the uneven flooring. Overall, I liked everything. Thank you.

WWing Han Violalocation is great. room is spacious with balcony but it's not up to normal hotel cleanliness standard as toilet was a bit smelly while blankets & fitted sheet were not clean for the sofa bed so we had to change. since it's an aparthotel, by default, no tidy up service in room while changing of towels require extra cost

SSergio Alexandre SousaThe hotel is modern and overall comfortable, and the rooms are decent for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough and the general atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant.
However, I think some aspects could be improved to better match the expectations of a four-star hotel. The main point is the breakfast. The selection was quite limited and did not feel like a four-star hotel breakfast, closer to what you would expect from a three-star hotel at most.
I would recommend that the management look at the breakfast offered in other four-star hotels for comparison. In many hotels in Portugal, Spain, or Madeira Island (where I am from), the breakfast selection is usually much more varied and of higher quality. Improving this would make the overall stay much better and more in line with the hotel’s category.

EEffyOhh🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.
🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday.
🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.

GGuest UserBreakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value
