WWendy van DrielWe had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views.
Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

GGuest UserLocation is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

IimnaffOverall, the room cleanliness was up to expectation, and I appreciated the comfort during my time there. However, I believe the breakfast experience could be improved. The egg omelette could be more moist, and the opor ayam seasoning did not fully absorb into the chicken. Other than these points, I truly enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

GGuest UserI was lucky enough to get a great price at first, but literally the next day, the price for the same room shot up significantly. My tip for families (4 adults): rather than paying for an extra bed and additional breakfast, it's much better to just book a second room. This way, you're all set with enough beds and breakfast! For context, adding breakfast yesterday cost 150k per person. If you opt for an extra bed, the rate is 350k per bed, which only includes breakfast for one.

SSyiffMy stay at Hotel Amarossa was perfect for a business trip. The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business
