A great hotel, the best one in the whole trip to the United States. The room is spacious and the hotel is perfect for walking around!

We stayed for one night in the Holiday Inn at Drexel Hill. We were just in Philly to see the BabyMetal show over at the TD Mann Amphitheater. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated this hotel was. We had no issues at all and the staff was very friendly. Before the concert we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service and the food was great and appropriately priced. It was close the arena, it has a wonderfully large parking lot which you do not have to pay extra for, and they have security as well. Not that we felt the area was unsafe. The area was very nice and I never had any security concerns. If we come back to see another show in the city we'll be booking at this hotel again.

I was never supplied (either by email or by text) with the code to get through the the front door and to then access my room. That's bizarre.
There was no small complimentary tube of toothpaste.
The AirCo was set to ”Eco”: which meant that it cycled on-and-on and off thoughout the night with a loud rumbling each time. The AirCo is supposed to be ”white noise” in the background - runnnig constantly in the background.
The breakfast was amateurish.

Fully equipped, free swimming pool, free barbecue area, coffee machine dishwasher microwave oven in the room, ice machine in the corridor, and a paid laundry dryer on the first floor. Breakfast is also available. There is a supermarket within walking distance, 15 minutes drive from Changmu Garden, good location and safe area.

It's better than I thought. But there's bottled water in downtown, but there's no water here, no coffee machine. Breakfast was rotten with fruit, but personally it was a little bit rotten. Other things were fine. This is written as a Korean who has never lived in the United States.

The last time I was there, the breakfast was much better, and that’s why we returned, and chose deal with breakfast. This time, there were no omelets, fake scrambled eggs, poor hash browns, poor choice of breads, had to search for utensils.

This was a great stay. The expense of the breakfast was a downside.

海琴2002Stayed at many hotels, this hotel makes me feel good. The room was clean and tidy, and the quality of breakfast was good. Parking is free and is close to Swarthmore College, 10 minutes by car. The hotel is in the small town of Media. There are a lot of shopping malls and supermarkets around, and life is convenient. The lobby bar is quiet. Hot water, coffee, tea bags, cocoa powder, etc. are provided throughout the day. The business center has computers for guests to use for free. There will be cookies at the front desk in the evening, and fruits in the lobby bar. You can just sit there and read a book or watch TV. I think it's more intentional than Hampton's management elsewhere.

The fact that they were charging bottles of water in the room wasn't Ok.
