Polk County Hotels with Gym

Ça serait bien de mettre un panneau indiquant l’entrée de l’hôtel, car les chauffeurs mettent un temps fou  à trouver l’entrée piétonne de l’hôtel. Pour avoir été dans les 200 premiers clients de l’hôtel, je suis vraiment triste de voir comment les devenu, l’ascenseur, les traces de cheveux sur les murs, c’est juste incroyable les traces de demain également c’est dommage

The stay was amazing. We celebrated my nephews 10th birthday and he loved the pool and the breakfast at the bistro. Definitely will be staying again in the future!

Staff was great young lady and man at the front desk was nice and very helpful breakfast was good as well

Nice room (single King), beautiful historic building/grounds that has been meticulously maintained and great location in the heart of Downtown Lakeland. Didn’t have a microwave which was odd but otherwise a good stay and friendly service.

Very nice and accommodating place to stay. The staff is courteous and helpful. Very clean inside and out.

First thing to tell is the Cleanness!! This hotel isn’t any newer at all, but every corner of the room was cleaned well. The room was spacious and quiet that you don’t hear sound of other guests at all once you go in the room. It was a worth of paying for all what they offer.

I stay here on occasion for business although I live in Lakeland. Reason being it’s a nice quiet place to settle in and work without interruption. Their office space available in the room, along with a couch and television into which you can screen cast images from your computer and work. Yeah, atmosphere is quiet in relaxing not to mention a heated pool to take a swim at any time you’d like.

Staff members we interacted with were all awesome! Extremely helpful, understanding folks who were willing to work with us about a room upgrade snafu that was totally MY fault. Check-in/out was beyond simple. Rooms were very clean, with the exception of one tiny 'baby' roach found dead under the A/C unit of our first room, but at least that says pest control is done. Better to be seen dead than alive😌 My one complaint is probably the Wi-Fi. It's free for the 1st device (at light browsing speeds), but if you need anything speedier, expect to pay for it. We had a total of 4 devices and ended up coming out of pocket for the unlimited package to accommodate simultaneous HD streaming and mobile gaming. At one point, had to call Wi-Fi tech support and they answered at 1:30a local time, fixed the issue, and even made good on the courtesy follow-up call. Well done! Didn't get around to using the laundry facilities, so can't speak to that amenity, but we were so impressed with our stay, we'll definitely be returning.
