Homestays in Onna

The hotel is on the mountainside, the environment is not bad, with its own swimming pool! There are too many bugs! However, before booking, read the reviews saying that there are ant bugs, and you are already prepared! There are insecticides in the hotel. The boss is a Hongkonger and he is a pretty uncle. The service is also very good! We were cleaning the swimming pool when we went there, so we put our little mermaid in for a swim and really enjoyed it! Thanks! Next time I have a chance, I will still choose! Those who don’t have a car are not recommended to choose! Because traveling is still a bit inconvenient! Anyway, self-driving travel family super recommend you to go!

Is a very quite place a nice lodge . Just what we wanted escape from all the sound. Easy to find , in front of the lodge is a very nice and cute cafe . There’s an orange cat roaming around and asking you to pet . Clean, nice shampoo and body soap. Washing machine and detergent also provided . Full kitchen available . Just the sofa set in the living room is not very comfortable, overall is great ☺️

Because of the typhoon on the day of the stay, the landlord listened carefully to me and was happy to change the date of the stay, which made me feel very good. I must come again for the next trip.

I booked for 2 nights because I wanted to go to a big condo with 11 families and stay together, but there are two beds in three rooms, a cot, and a spacious living room. If you go to the side of the building, there is a sea, but there is no one like chartered, so I was very satisfied because it was pretty to play and take pictures. 👍🏻

Because it is a car, the location is convenient, but the parking lot is not in the building but on the mountainside. If it rains, it may not be so convenient. The room is large ～ clean! I like the bathroom with a bath area and a bathtub. Pots and pans are available, and you can cook your own things. The bed is a bit sunken, and the spring may be tired. Overall it's OK.

The homestay is on the hillside. I chose a sea view room. I can see the sea in the distance when I open the door. The price is really cheap. Breakfast needs to be reserved in advance, 900 yen. And it feels like home, the room is also very large, and the shower water is also very large. Two nights here turned out to be the best two nights I slept in Okinawa. The only downside is that the homestay is on the hillside. It is very exercised to climb up the gluteus muscle, especially dragging a big box, which is really tired, so it is really suitable for driving a family to live. In addition, there are no street lights on both sides of the road at night, plus the mountain road is indeed a bit dark, I am a little scared by myself, but in fact, there is nothing quite safe. It has been raining in Okinawa before coming, but it was sunny on the day of check-in. Next to Enna Beach, you can go to the sun. It’s only a 15-minute walk away and there is a convenience store.

Excellent location and service, the location is superb, being close to not only beaches, but also in-between Yomitan and Onna (and OIST university, if you'd like to visit your friends). There's also a combini right next doors(!. Cape Maeda, Zakimi Castle is also all at cycleable distance!

I got so many problems during the check in session and I was really disappointed about the arrangement. I did not received any check in guideline from the hotel before the check in day. When I arrived the location, i released that it is a residential apartment. I called the hotel hotline for help, a lady picked up my call, but claimed no one can speak English. She insisted no one can help me for check in. I called her 4 times, and also keep sending an email and messages asked for a check in guideline, but still no one can help. I can only called Trip.com CS for help, and it was already 00:00 at midnight. I was with my 6 year old son, hang out on the street. Under the assistance from Trip.com, with over 10 calls back and forth, I can finally got in the room, but it's already 2:30am. I spent 3 hours to check in the room.

The hotel is very similar to the style of Hawaii in the United States. You need to drive to get there, but it is very cost-effective. There is a swimming pool, which should be very comfortable in summer. It is not far from Manzamo. It is quiet and comfortable.
