It was the first time I hosted a hostel and I had an excellent experience! Excellent location, very clean and excellent service!

The receptionist was very friendly and kindly explained to me who couldn't speak Portuguese. However, it was not good that the room was a little small and that WiFi could not be used if it was a foreigner. and i only got a little hot water.

At that time, I chose this hotel mainly as a place to rest and charge the storage, but the process took a long time when I checked in (the service staff communicated not smoothly), and the number of sockets in the room was obviously not enough (in the middle of the upper and lower floors, Obviously inconvenient for people with jaws), especially up and down, but the upper and lower floors are too short. I have been bumping my head all the time. I want to lie down and rest but I have been bumping my head. I really can’t help it.

The rooms are average, but the location is good and the transportation is convenient. This is the best thing for travelers. The breakfast is very ordinary, but for the accommodation fee of 127 yuan, it is quite extraordinary to be able to enjoy bread, coffee, fruits, biscuits and juice. I stayed here for nine consecutive days and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Pinheiros Hostel is a great option for budget-conscious travelers. The location is excellent — right in a lively neighborhood with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s very convenient for exploring the city. The shower was one of the best parts of the stay — the water was hot with strong pressure, perfect after a long day out. Breakfast was good and filling, with enough variety to start the day right. Another plus was the Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout the hostel. Whether checking emails, planning the day, or making calls, the connection was reliable. For the price, it offers great value for money with a few solid comforts that really make a difference during your stay.
