DDaniel069I hate to give a bad review but this staff member was probably the worst I ever came across.
Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others.
The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension.
When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other.
Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

BBrian LawrieLarge spacious room, with comfortable bed, good Internet. Location was perfect to access attractions, bus stops, Restaurants and shops. Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful, giving baggage storage prior to check in. Cleaning staff did a great job and always smiling. Very clean refreshing hotel

Luggage collection starts at 9:00 AM.
I requested check-in in advance, and they seemed to do their best to help me on-site, but when I arrived just before noon, there was no one at the front desk. 😥
Even after 4:00 PM, there was still no one at the front desk. I sent an inquiry email, and they helped me a little later.
That's how it was for other people, too.
I checked in for 4:00 PM (as requested in advance), and the staff member hurriedly showed me to my room!
Beware of the water area: Note: This is a type of room you won't find in Japan.
The shower, sink, and Western-style toilet are all in the same room, with no partitions!
The toilet can get wet depending on how you shower.
When I showered, water didn't splash around, but my friend got extremely wet, so be careful if you're going with friends or a couple.
Location
From here, it's about an hour by bus to Anguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto.
It's far from Gyeongju Station, so you can take a taxi or Uber.
It takes about 15 minutes. 1,600-1,900 yen.
This route takes you to the tourist attractions and ancient tombs, allowing you to see them all naturally. Take a 1-2 hour stroll at night to enjoy the night view.
Since taxi fares are required, it's recommended for those arriving by rental car.
Animity
One toothbrush per person.
There's no kettle in the room, but hot water is available at the front desk.
Four small towels are provided.
No bath towels.

GGuest UserI stayed for two nights. Breakfast was generous and just the right amount of food, so I enjoyed a hearty breakfast every morning before heading out to explore. I also enjoyed the many amenities, including the massage chairs. I think I'll stay here again next time I'm in Gyeongju.

AAnonymous UserClean & comfortable. Very spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The 6th floor room offers a fantastic city view plus a message chair.
About 8 minutes walk to the Intercity bus station & Express bus station. Nearby many bus stops. Closes to the central market where there are many easterlies. A warm & considerate young staff makes you feel at home.
The very small reception area & lack of photos of the hotel exterior at a booking platform may make the outsiders overlook its high quality rooms.

도도둑 고양이The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the breakfast had a good variety. Parking was convenient, and there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It wasn't too far or too close to the local attractions either. For the price, this place is awesome, seriously! My only slight regret is that the breakfast time was a tiny bit short, just 40 minutes.

The owners are very friendly, the hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, the sanitation facilities are well-maintained, and the water pressure for showering and washing is strong and the water temperature is consistent. This time, I discovered that the rooms also have underfloor heating (my last stay was in late July 2025).

SSS DiscoveryThis was a business trip so the location was perfect for my needs, however it's also very close to Gyeongju World Amusement Park if you staying for leisure. It is worth noting though that this location is just outside of Gyeongju city.
The hotel and room itself were very clean and included most of the basics including a bar fridge with some drinks, instant coffee mixes, tea and cup noodles.
The service itself was great, but the room and bed are not remade each day. However, amenities are replenished daily, such as the removal and replacement of used towels, trash cans and the drinks, coffee, tea and cup noodles.
Overall, a great stay.
