I've always wanted to go to the dormitory, but I went to rest on vacation :) As I saw in other people's comments, the service was very good and satisfied! He also gave me chalbori bread and sikhye as a welcome food, and also rented Polaroids that can leave memories! In addition, breakfast and dinner are provided, and there are 3 drinks per person except for breakfast, so dinner, spa, I used it for night meals. 😊 The rooms are a bit small and unfortunately there is no refrigerator or TV, but there is a shared refrigerator and ice is provided. Also, overall satisfactory enough to not care much about that It was a stay. And the lobby view was great, so it was good to leave a picture! It was a hostel that I wanted to visit again!!

Ben®Super clean and spacious new villa in Hanok style.
It's a bit out of town, but main attractions easily accessible with a car.
Check-in was a bit difficult as we had no Korean number and communication was only possible in Korean. In the end a friendly worker helped us by calling the owner. Thanks again for his help.

The hotel is really well located, a short distance from the Geungwanchong tomb and the tumuli park. It is also very close to the bus terminal.
The room is basic, yet with all the Korean features: 2 types of slippers, big screen TV, fridge with bottles of water, air con. Complimentary tea or coffee is available in the kitchen.
The only issues in my room were that it was very hard to sit at the desk because there was not enough space between the desk and the bed and I could not pull the chair far enough from the desk to sit comfortably. The other annoying thing was that anytime someone took a shower on an upper floor the water being drained down would make a lot of noise.

The accommodation was great. It was clean and looked new. The lobby was decorated very cutely; I loved it.
Inside the room, the bed was a mattress type, but it was comfortable. However, the floor heater seemed a bit too hot.
The bathroom had separate wet and dry zones, which was very good.

Overall this is a nice place to stay for 1 night. Location is just outside the main visitor area which is good for us because we don’t mind the walk as exercise to walk off the food we eat. Owners are great! Very friendly and surprise each guest with simple breakfast to start of the day even though we didn’t asked for breakfast to be included. Only small inconvenience is our room didn’t come with on-suite bathroom and we have to use our bathroom at the yard which is what Koreans used to do in olden times when bathrooms are outside of the main house. It’s quite an interesting experience for me to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the yard in pitch black darkness looking for slippers to wear and running to the bathroom 😜

The room service chicken was really delicious, and there was a sauna, so I could come back every day and relax in the sauna. The breakfast had a lot of options and the view was great, so overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I will come back again when I come to Gyeongju!

Guest UserThe room facilities are new, clean, and there's no unpleasant smell; the toilet is very comfortable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the intercity bus station, express bus terminal, and regular bus stops. You can walk to the commercial area and city attractions in about 20 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Central Market is also close, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes and great taste, like Korean stir-fried pork, sweet rice punch, and rice that's fresher and more delicious than what you'd find in outside restaurants. The only minor downsides are that there's no shower curtain for the bathtub, so water tends to splash onto the floor, and rooms facing the main road on the opposite side of the entrance can be noisy. It's not very quiet if you open the window for ventilation.

Guest UserBeautiful chalet-style place for staying! The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean and organised. A few chairs and a table to do work or eat. Very spacious area for watching tv. There’s a bbq pit outside each unit. The host brought fresh towels for my second night, thank you! I love the beautiful decoration and swimming pool downstairs, even though it’s cold at night. It has a charming atmosphere, with an outdoor screen, swings and nice music. Sound insulation is ok, although you can hear the frogs croak outside from the bathroom.
The place is about 20 mins’ walk from the bus stop with restaurants, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Theres a emart24 about 10 minutes away. There’s a restaurant next door that sells fried chicken till 11pm. It’s a must-try! Host and his wife are extremely helpful people. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
Highly recommended for people who want privacy and lots of space to hang out.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel in six months, which speaks volumes.
The owners are very friendly, the hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, the sanitation facilities are well-maintained, and the water pressure for showering and washing is strong and the water temperature is consistent. This time, I discovered that the rooms also have underfloor heating (my last stay was in late July 2025).

VliseIt's a modern, clean place. The rooms have large windows and air-con, and the pot-noodle breakfast is a nice touch. The only problem: there is never anyone at the front desk.
The light in my bathroom was out, and there was no way to convey this message: no English spoken on the phone, and messages bounced back. I didn't have a problem with it, as there was enough light coming in from the room, but it's not ideal if there was a real issue
