Stayed with BWI for 3days. Really, the perfect place, cleanliness is superb! Staff are very accomodating and respectful. I requested for a GF room since I am with my Mom who is a Senior, they gave us room 1 which is very accessible. Also, they provided us wool type blanket for my Mom which was really a thoughtful thing. Thank you BWI management and staff!!!

My overall experience is good! I'm the type of person who prefers active travelling, so the hotel is needed literally just for sleep, shower and storing stuff. My requirements for the hotel were good proximity to the city center and nice room with hot shower. Well, the location is truly good, it's a bit on the hill so to get to the city center you just need to come down. In the same building there is a great cafe DAYO who offer 10% discount per day for the Oceana Bay hotel's guests. During our trip to Philippines, Coron was the last destination and the 4th hotel we stayed at, and that was the only one with some room facilities issues. When we checked-in it turned out there is no water in the shower, the staff truly tried to be helpful, the receptionist girl offered us to stay in another upgraded room before the problem will be solved. The thing is when one day later we had to return to the room the problem with the water wasn't solved, we had to contact staff all the time which for sure was absolutely inconvenient, especially when water could be cut off during taking shower. At that point nobody cared already, there were no offers to change the room or to offer us a discount. The siphon from the sink was leaking, so every time you wash your hands, the bathroom floor is immediately in water. The AC is truly loud, but this is absolutely normal for Philippines, as well as the absence of hair dryer. Nice thing that the hotel unlimitedly provides drinking water in the hall. The hotel also offers tours, bike rent, transfer to the airport, but I'd suggest to check it out in the city first, we've found more convenient and better price offers there.

I couldn't get a good night's sleep at this hotel—roosters start crowing at 3:30, church bells ring at 6, and at 6:30 the police station turns up the music to the max for the police to dance in! The hotel is small, but clean. There's no daily housekeeping. The breakfast selection is average. The pancakes are delicious. The girls at reception are helpful.

Was very thankful to the staff for setting up the room for my girlfriends birthday. As for the room itself though it was smaller than I expected and our bathroom was separate from the room which was different from everyone else’s, this meant other people had access to our shower and bathroom area which I’m heavily against and probably wouldn’t have booked had I known.

The hotel is located on a mountain, from there there are views of the sea and the port, but not too beautiful. Very convenient service for delivery to and from the hotel. You call a tuk-tuk and in a couple of minutes you’re standing at the reception; you don’t have to struggle up the hill every time after dinner. At the hotel you can book tours around the islands, prices are the same as everywhere else, but pick-up from the hotel is late. If you are going to dive and sunbathe, then this is a normal option, but if you are going to Coron Island to lagoons and lakes, then it is better to look for a company with an earlier departure. The rooms are ok, the beds are good. Everything is clean, hot water is available. Breakfast is good, it’s good that they start early at 6.30 am. Group transfer from/to the airport costs 250 pesos per person, travel time is 40 minutes.

Upon arrival, we found out that the Ricardo Hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay in a half-empty building next door. Overall, the room wasn't bad. It had a balcony and hot water. However, there was no shower kit provided. The room description mentioned a hairdryer, but there wasn't one at all. The sink drained very slowly! On our last day, there was no water in the toilet. Tom, a staff member, was very helpful and tried his best to assist us with everything we asked for. Big thanks to him 🙏. And that rooster crowing at midnight – that's a special kind of crazy! 😂 I think he's ready for the soup pot! 🙈 The hotel's location isn't ideal, but there's a 24-hour McDonald's nearby. Getting from the hotel to the town center and the pier (where boats depart for tours) costs 50-60 Philippine pesos for two people on a tricycle. The hotel staff booked a tricycle transfer for us to the pier in the morning, for our boat to El Nido. However, the driver quoted an excessively high price, comparable to what we paid for a minivan from the airport. Considering it's not a long ride at all, it was quite unpleasant. All in all, it's livable, especially considering the cost. We booked our stay not long before check-in, so we didn't have many other options.

During my recent visit to the Divine Castle Travelers Inn in Coron, Busuanga, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The inn stood out for its exceptional cleanliness, which was a welcome relief after a long day of travel. The pristine condition of the rooms and common areas was truly impressive. What truly set this inn apart, however, was its picturesque location nestled next to a gentle hill. The scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Waking up to the sight of lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature was a true delight. The inn's proximity to the hill also meant that I could easily take a leisurely stroll and explore the natural beauty of the area. It provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me to unwind and recharge. Overall, my experience at Divine Castle Travelers Inn was nothing short of delightful. The combination of cleanliness and its idyllic location made it a memorable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Coron, I highly recommend considering this inn.

There are many types of breakfast, you can choose in advance every day. The environment is good, the hotel itself can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. It's just that the air-conditioning cabinet in the room is loud and noisy. People who are sensitive to noise must wear earplugs. It can be said that there is no wifi, and there is basically no signal when connected. It’s best to buy a local phone card, which is faster than Unicom’s international traffic that a friend bought. There is one issue that has to be mentioned. I stayed for 4 days, only one day I put up a sign to clean the room, and the other days were DND. However, on this day, my AirPods disappeared when I returned from sea. Such things that are not clear inside the room really affect the mood. I hope that all guests who will stay in the future will take good care of their personal belongings.

The location is good, center. Nearby are restaurants and cafes. The beds are clean, the pillows are also clean. Plumbing needs updating. The air conditioner is noisy at night, you have to sleep with earplugs. Breakfast is very meager: no fruit, basic butter, cheese. Wi-Fi signal is not stable. A huge negative towards the hotel employee: we had to go to the ferry to El Nido by 7:30 o'clock. She advised arriving at the ferry terminal in 2!!! hours. For what? So that we wait there for 2 hours for the ferry to depart? Are you out of your mind? It’s good that we didn’t listen to her and left at 6:45. And we all managed to do it. Incompetent employee.
