"Extremely satisfied! I booked my stay on ***** New Year's Eve quite early. Originally, the owner wasn't planning on operating and wanted to close for the holiday, but they still accepted our booking and hosted us. We arrived around 8 or 9 PM that evening, and the owner was waiting for us and even presented us with a blessed Hada (******* ceremonial scarf). Before arriving, I called ahead to ask if dinner was available. The owner's chef was on holiday, so they arranged for the restaurant next door to wait for us, where we had a delicious clear yak meat hot pot. The hotel room's overall decor is in the ******* style, which my parents loved, and the price during the Chinese New Year period was very reasonable. Breakfast was prepared by the owner and his wife. They even asked about our planned departure time so they could get up and wait for us. The dumplings 🥟 were delicious, and the owner's wife thoughtfully gave a small red envelope 🧧 to the child. "We and our friend moved from another accommodation because they did not want to clean the room. When I booked this room, I felt very lucky because the room was clean and the owner took good care of it. We were very hungry, so the hotel found a dinner restaurant for you. "Arrived on 18 January around 8.30 pm. We were greeted by friendly gantlemen and assisted us with the luggage direct to the room. Even we not speak with the same langguage but they still helping us by using translator. The room come with big screen + projector. This hotel location very strategic just 10-15 mins to go Dagu Glacier. However if hotel provides a iron & iron board each floor for hotel guest will be more wonderfull."

"The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again."

"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S. Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience. Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room. Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique. "The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table."
