"I stayed in room 303. First off, this hotel offers great value for money. The room was very clean, and the service was warm and attentive. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. It's quite close to Dagu Glacier and Yangrong Hade ******* area. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very enthusiastic and happy to assist with anything. They deserve a reward for their hospitality. Secondly, there aren't any restaurants nearby, which makes dining a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel has its own restaurant and kitchen where you can order dishes. The stir-fried dishes were just okay; I ordered stir-fried tomatoes with eggs and twice-cooked potatoes for 50 yuan. I'm not sure if the potato slices weren't cooked properly or something else, but I ended up with an upset stomach that night. Finally, there's a river near the hotel, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. You can also sit and chat over tea in the shaded pavilion next to the hotel. Here are some downsides: 1. The bathroom ventilation wasn't very good; even after leaving the fan on for several hours, there was still a lingering odor. 2. The bath mat was damp and had a musty smell, suggesting it wasn't washed before being folded and placed under the sink. 3. The shower slippers weren't dried properly. 4. The walkway between the twin beds was very narrow, and there was only one nightstand in the middle. With two people's phone chargers and other items, it felt quite cramped."

All rooms have large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, premium bedding, air conditioning, 24-hour hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, wet-dry separated bathrooms and smart constant-temperature toilets. Selected rooms come with viewing bathtubs, projectors and private soaking pools for bright, spacious stays. ## Amenities & Services On-site facilities include a tea room, chess lounge and self-service laundry room. Nutritious breakfast and local Sichuan dishes are available. Front desk provides luggage storage and wake-up calls, with full Wi-Fi coverage across public areas. Our hosts know Dagu Glacier routes and top foliage spots well and can share practical travel tips. Cleanliness is carefully maintained for a pleasant mountain stay.
"Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provide disinfectant alcohol (Picture 3), which is great for germaphobes! The tissues are also from C&S. Environment: There are many guesthouses nearby, all run by locals, offering a very authentic local experience. Facilities: We drove here. If you need to charge your car, you can do so at a fish restaurant next door. You can also cast movies from your phone to the TV in the room. Service: You can book tickets for Dagu Glacier through the host, which is slightly cheaper than booking yourself. They also prepare their own breakfast, which includes butter tea and is quite unique. If you're looking for places to eat, I recommend the Hade Plaza in Heishui County, as there are more options there. We tried a ******* restaurant called Xiangnage, and the food was pretty good."

"My stay here was excellent. The place is new and very clean. I was even able to wash and dry three or four days' worth of clothes. What's more, when I accidentally left something behind, the owner mailed it back to me. Such thoughtful and attentive service! I really can't praise it enough."

"Extremely satisfied! I booked my stay on ***** New Year's Eve quite early. Originally, the owner wasn't planning on operating and wanted to close for the holiday, but they still accepted our booking and hosted us. We arrived around 8 or 9 PM that evening, and the owner was waiting for us and even presented us with a blessed Hada (******* ceremonial scarf). Before arriving, I called ahead to ask if dinner was available. The owner's chef was on holiday, so they arranged for the restaurant next door to wait for us, where we had a delicious clear yak meat hot pot. The hotel room's overall decor is in the ******* style, which my parents loved, and the price during the Chinese New Year period was very reasonable. Breakfast was prepared by the owner and his wife. They even asked about our planned departure time so they could get up and wait for us. The dumplings 🥟 were delicious, and the owner's wife thoughtfully gave a small red envelope 🧧 to the child. So considerate! Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Arrived on 18 January around 8.30 pm. We were greeted by friendly gantlemen and assisted us with the luggage direct to the room. Even we not speak with the same langguage but they still helping us by using translator. The room come with big screen + projector. This hotel location very strategic just 10-15 mins to go Dagu Glacier. However if hotel provides a iron & iron board each floor for hotel guest will be more wonderfull."

"I arrived in Heishui County late at night and booked two rooms. This guesthouse had just opened, so there weren't many guests, making the environment quiet and peaceful. Parking was very convenient, the rooms were spacious, and the smart home systems were very user-friendly. Heishui County has a cool climate, and the rooms didn't have air conditioning. Being on the thin side and prone to feeling cold, the host was incredibly thoughtful, providing me with heating equipment – ​​a thoughtful touch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All toiletries were disposable, clean and hygienic, and there was even a smart toilet. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. I stayed on the first floor, which had its own small courtyard. Sitting there in the evening breeze was so pleasant and relaxing – a perfect experience! Highly recommended!"
