The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience. Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room. The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests. The Restaurants Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

Stayed 5 nights at Hennan Lagoon and absolutely loved it. It’s just a short stroll to the beach and D’Mall. Breakfast was amazing with heaps of variety. Staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always smiling and keen to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms
are spacious & very clean with daily housekeeping. I loved the touch of having a water pitcher in the room with filtered water dispensers on every floor. The pool was amazing and very clean. Definitely recommend Hennan Lagoon if travelling to Boracay.

We recently had an overnight stay at Henan Regency Boracay, Station 2 and it was a nice experience.
Location:
The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach
Check-In/Check-Out:
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area.
Room:
The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Facilities:
The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly.
The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests
Service:
The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions.
Cons:
While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation.
Conclusion:
The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean.
Our room was cleaned everyday.
The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣
The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands.
Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor.
The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean.
There’s restaurants and clubs around
The view of the island is in front of the hotel
They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime.
We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat.
The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave.
We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating.
Overall the experience was an 8/10.
Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy!
I’m very happy✨

This is my 2nd night stay and I loved it!
I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me.
Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made.
Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes.
The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort.
The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey.
I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze.
The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate.
All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

The hotel is located at staion 3 right at beach front. We had an early check-in at 12:30, which was great that we had rest early.
Location - It is a beach front hotel at station 3. It's accessible to nearby restaurants, bar, and souvenir shops. Great location, which is not too crowded.
Room - the room has a nice interior with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable with three pillows in each bed. It has a TV, refrigerator and mini bar. The bathroom is clean and spacious. It also has a bathtub..
Food - The food is great, we had our lunch in their restaurant nearby the pool however it's a bit pricey.
The breakfast buffet has a good option from Filipino food choices and continental varieties.
Overall , Paradise Garden boracay is highly recommended. Staff were all friendly and polite, and they were all helpful. The food was great , great service and the location was strategic. Definitely will come back again.

This was the second hotel of our trip and we would have stayed here throughout if we had the choice to choose again!
Service was amazing, from the security to the front desk… all the staff were friendly and made the stay really pleasant. They even have their own bus and ferry charter service that you can pay to have a hassle free transfer to boracay from Caticlan airport
Location of the hotel was perfect and just in front of the HOHO bus stop which made traveling around the island so convenient. Located at station one.. it was a more serene part of the white beach.
We really love our stay at Henann and would recommend anyone who wants a great time at boracay to stay there

It was a very pleasant stay at Hennan Garden. They have direct access to the beach and even have their own lounge beach chair which is only exclusive to Hennan guests. The location is in Station 2 which is in the middle. Room towel and beach towel are separate. All pools are accessible. Staff are all very nice and even guide you how much you should pay for fare when going land tours. They also offer water activities at a fair price. Breakfast Buffet is great! Will definitely book again on this hotel.

A great hotel. I am a critic been to hotels in.over 55 countries. I refused to pay the deposit but gave in as it was their policy ! I was not disappointed. This hotel is 5 star due to the courteous staff and management, who make you feel like royalty. The facilities are top class like the rooms that come equipped with flip flops, tea and coffee, gowns, hot water in the showers and comfy beds with smart TV. The massages are top class, the skypool, the big pool aswell, and great breakfast.
Not forgetting the beachfront view. You get the best sunsets I have ever seen. All the comforts if you are looking for a top star hotel. Well done Hennan crystal sands !

GGuest UserOverall Stay: 8/10 Location: Incredible. It is strategically located at the center of Station 2 (DMall Area). Right outside the lobby frontdoor, you will be welcome with all the nearby restaurants, cafés and shops. Entertainment within the property: Excellent. During our 3-night stay, there was an acoustic band playing at the La Plaza. We loved their peruvian chicken skewers. Lobby staff: Average. This resort is a busy one. Many guests coming in and out, every day. So probably the reason at most times not all staff are friendly/welcoming. Even in quiet hours like early afternoon, you will not hear any greetings of that sort. Room: Superb! It was spacious, cozy and comfortable linens and bed. Housekeeping: Don't forget to switch on the 'for housekeeping' button at the right side of the door. We are amazed how the cleaning staff met our expectation because they not only clean the room but go beyond arranging toiletries and clutter. Downs: 1. No detachable hangers at closet. So we have to maximize hanging at the tub to dry out or clothes. 2. No rack as well where could conveniently hang and airdy wet clothes after soaking at the beach. 3. Could be crowded. Overall comment: Would recommend this place to family and friends who wants to maximize their short-stay in Boracay.

LLINThis is the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in during my trip to the Philippines. It includes a buffet breakfast. There are a lot of Chinese and Western styles. Because there are not too many guests staying in the newly opened hotel, the quality and variety of breakfast are not reduced. Because I pay great attention to hygiene and coincide with the new crown period, especially when I go to the most prosperous place on White Beach to see restaurants that are not too rest assured, I basically eat three meals in the morning, middle, and evening. We listen to group friends and say Go to ”hit your dad” (note: there is no Di in front, Di has been closed) at the seafood market to buy Tai O Long and mud crabs to go back for processing by themselves, so we bought seafood at night and returned to the hotel and restaurant foreman to communicate, they We warmly processed and prepared seafood meals for us, and took photos with us. We only charged a small amount of processing fees. The main choice of seafood is to do the rest assured. It also eliminates the risk of processing and replacing ingredients in the seafood market. The main thing is that the chef of the hotel is very good at cooking. According to our taste, the original taste of seafood is superb, including the other dishes of the hotel are very delicious, let me talk about other Living experience, the room is large, spacious and bright. The rooms that were booked online have no view. After arriving at the store, the front desk and staff took us to see the pool view room. After adding a reasonable room upgrade fee, I changed it to my favorite. The view room is on the same floor as the front desk and the restaurant. The rooms are very convenient. The rooms are super new and clean. There are free large bottles of water and small cakes. The swimming pool is beautiful. There are inflatable toys in it. They are suitable for taking pictures. Swimming, the hotel is located at s1, there is a business air-conditioned shuttle to and from White Beach, D'mall is 10 minutes away, walking from the hotel door to the left downhill and walking very close is the famous Friday beach, compared to white beaches, restaurants, hotels , Sandy, scenery, sunsets are all high-end in many aspects, clean a lot, so next time Long Beach must still live citic, the main play Friday beach, hotel stays are basically Koreans and foreigners, when booking online is also relatively 忐忑, Because the review is not too much, personal experience after check-in, location is not too important, because Boracay itself is not Large, hotel shuttle is very convenient to travel, it is not expensive to take a taxi is not expensive, compared to the location on the beach but the hotel facilities are relatively old, or for the price is too high, citic such a good cost-effective hotel should share with you Recommend more friends to stay

GGuest UserWe went to Boracay in July 2022 for 22 days and we spent our last 6 days in Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay which was the best decision as we wanted to stay at Station 3 during our remaining days. This beachfront hotel is accessible through an access road from the main road which makes it easier to jump into an e-tricycle to go around the island and the White Beach Path for beach access. The staff were all nice especially the food and beverage team who were always there to assist us during our breakfast meals on the restaurant. Our room was located on the first level which was great because we were near the front desk, restaurant, beach and the pool. The hotel was built in 2009 so the amenities may not be updated such as there's no bidet in the toilet and I also wish that they have a retractable clothesline in the shower to hang our wet clothes on. But the classic wood furniture and beautiful lamps in the room really never gets old. We only went around Station 3 in those 6 days and I would say that it's one of my favorites areas in Boracay as it's a perfect fusion of the old and the new, as well as the perfect mix of locals and tourists. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay.

CCedric R.The location of the property is very good as it is near a thoroughfare which makes it accessible to my mom's mobility scooter. It is a beach front property as well. Price is okay so be prepared to manage your expectations. Room was supposed to have a Queen and a Twin bed per published room info. But it was only a double bed. The room has a garden view wherein you can also see the room from the other wing through the balcony. Always keep your curtains closed when taking a shower as their bathroom has a huge frosted glass serving as a wall of the shower area. Your neighbors will see your silhouette when you shower. The hotel doesnt have a generator which is a hassle as elevators will be immobilized making it hard for people with mobility issues to go around the area. I know for a fact that they offer buffet breakfast but somehow was told only plated breakfast will be served. I even saw a spiel about their buffet cut off. I guess they choose when to do buffet depending on the number of guests at certain season. Food choices and the taste was mediocre. Thank God the friendliness of their staff made our stay more pleasant. Will I ever stay here again? Yeah If I'm looking for a cheap accomodation. If I want a nicer experience, probably not.

GGuest UserOnly booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.

GGuest UserGood spacious room and spacious bathroom. Awesome location beach front located at station 3 plenty of food options, they offer buffet at 299 pesos mostly local crowd, walking distance to 7/11 and other convenient stores. Only thing is there is a loud music band at the hangover food festival on the left side of the hotel which plays music till midnight this wouldn’t be a problem if you enjoy music. 3rd floor on the left side of the hotel doesn’t have a good or pleasant view due to abandon side or side under construction. All rooms seems to have a balconies. Worth the money & awesome and friendly hotel staff

TtravelisthebestVery nice hotel. Nice pool.. Breakfast good but some foods looked stale which i.pointed out. Service and staff are very polite and kind. They looked after me very well. Location 10-15 mins walk to the beach.
My room was Beautiful but non functional. Ie. Toilet flush broke twice. No hot water for my bath, which is the reason why i booked the suite. Such a,shame. The maintenance people had to be called often.but service was good. So. I moved to. Another hotel where the water was hot !.

GGuest UserAfter our stay in a Diamond Suite in 2016 which was outstanding and a true paradise for us we decided to come back this year for one whole month and of course we had the same high expectations. The start was a little bit so so : We had to request for everyday housekeeping (which is not standard) and removing the garbage (because of the many ants) had to have a broken TV replaced and had some broken window shades replaced so nobody was able to look into te bedroom. Also we were a littlest disappointed about the scene. The nice helipad and the beautiful fountains were not working anymore and 1 swimming pool with had a stunning view over the ocean was gone. WiFi was and still is a NoGo. You will receive a voucher for 1-2 or 3 days which only can be used on 1 router. It's so slow and sometimes with heavy rain not working all This should be really improved. With 2 people and 3 devices we needed almost 30 vouchers. We do understand is was OFF season but every time we went to the restaurant for dinner we heard : NOT HAVE , NOT HAVE ( During the whole months there was no fish and pork available ) That being sad : We still had a great en relaxing time and we enjoyed our room with a stunning view and our own private beach. The staff was helpful ( as long as you ask them ) and we had a very pleasant time with the drivers since we invited them for a boodle fight on our expenses in their own private place which was an experience not to forget. Will we back ? No, but this has nothing to do with the resort. Boracay is not the same anymore as it was before. There is nothing going on on the beaches anymore and nothing is allowed. No more filedansers, no more sandcastles, no more music , no more beach dining NOTHING. This island will be dead soon and no more tourists will be coming. Such a shame. The local authorities do exactly the opposite of what is needed for this island and especially for its people.
GGuest UserDuring my recent visit to Borocay, I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Red Coconut. Despite my initial anticipation of a rustic and authentic retreat, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. From the very beginning, signs of disappointment were evident, starting with the lack of response to my airport pickup request. Arriving at the hotel via three modes of transportation, I was shocked to learn that I had to navigate a 250-meter alleyway, struggling to carry my bags through the stagnant-smelling water left by recent rains. The hotel's entrance was puzzling, hidden within the restaurant where guests were actively dining. The staff, to their credit, displayed politeness and efficiency during check-in. However, upon reaching my room, I discovered the closed curtains and the absence of natural light, as the window had been boarded up from the outside. Furthermore, the room lacked internet access, necessitating a room change. The alternative ”Classic” room proved to be no better, with its curtains closed, revealing a view of incomplete buildings and rusty roofs that resembled a shanty town rather than the promised luxury resort depicted on the website. Politely, I expressed my dissatisfaction, emphasizing that I had paid nearly $1,000 for a seven-night stay, which fell within the top end of the mid-range bracket for Borocay hotels. Although other reputable 4-star establishments, such as Hennan and Aqua, were available within the same price range, I had chosen Red Coconut for its touted rustic charm. Regrettably, the hotel failed to deliver the expected quality despite the price. The hotel itself exuded a dated ambiance, with unsightly holes in the hallway walls and furniture that seemed on the verge of collapse. The bathrooms appeared dark and dingy, in stark contrast to the website's portrayal. The supposedly blackout curtains were white, allowing an unwelcome flood of light into the room at the crack of dawn, making it nearly impossible to get a restful sleep. Adding to my dismay, the toilet seat was covered in an unknown liquid upon check-in, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The pool area, depicted alluringly in the hotel's photographs, turned out to be quite deceiving. There was a notable absence of lounging spaces, preventing any relaxation under the sun with a refreshing drink or a good book. Although the beach was conveniently located nearby, the constant stream of people passing by discouraged me from leaving my belongings unattended should I decide to take a dip in the sea. Despite my repeated requests to speak with the manager, I was met with assurances that my comments and feedback would be conveyed, yet I never received any further communication from the hotel. The majority of guests appeared to be Filipino visitors enjoying a short stay, and I find it hard to believe they were subjected to the same exorbitant $1,000 rate for the basic room. Red Coconut, in its current state, bears a resemblan
