"This resort in Qing Yuan is great. Staff friendly and best services. Our booking included buffet dinner and breakfast, food were yummy and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free in room soft drinks in fridge, only downside is the hot spring only open 6 with some not even hot."

"This was an absolutely fantastic stay, with thoughtful and attentive service. As for the views, they speak for themselves – rainy days offered a poetic charm, foggy days resembled an unfurling ink wash painting, and when the sun came out, it was a completely different, vibrant landscape. Shopping was a bit inconvenient, but the hotel facilities were excellent and the service meticulous, meeting most of our needs. If you come by car, you can also explore the nearby villages and towns. We came here specifically to escape the hustle and bustle with our loved ones amidst the mountains and rivers, seeking a sense of inner peace. When you think about it that way, the somewhat remote location was perfectly fitting, wasn't it? 🙂"

"The hotel is amazing as it looks in the photo!!! It is a bit far from the city and the road heading to the hotel is a bit bumpy, but it was totally worthy!! The complementary private hotspring is a must go, and we did it in daytime and nighttime with perfect vibes. Hospitality was first class and they are trying their best to cater your needs. Highly recommended foe anyone who wants to spend a country side getaway!"

"The resort hotel was relatively new and conveniently located near the water park. However, despite being scheduled for check-in at 2 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned by then. When we opened the door, it was filled with trash. We contacted them to call for help, but it took a long time for them to arrive, and only one person came to clean. They hadn't even brought bed sheets and blankets to change. Later, another cleaning lady came. Because the cleaning was rushed, a lot of trash remained, and the room wasn't very clean; slippers were scattered everywhere."

"The room was clean and tidy, and they even upgraded my room for free when they saw I had a child with me. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and kind, with excellent service, and they offered welcome tea. This hotel is super convenient for bringing parents and a baby to play in the mountains. I took the child go karting while my parents enjoyed the hotel's hot spring, so everyone had their own fun. Our room was facing the mountain, so it was very quiet, and we all slept well. Parking was free and plentiful. It was a really great experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bijiashan!"

The lush green grass is clean and level, perfect for the little ones to run, roll around, and blow bubbles. You can completely free your hands and just let them play, while the adults relax under the canopy nearby – pure bliss. The pool water is crystal clear, so the kids can play happily and safely. Every room comes with its own private hot spring bath, offering amazing privacy. The bath is clean and odorless, and after a day of playing, a warm soak helps the kids sleep extra soundly at night. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive to every detail! The entire B&B is clean and tidy; both the common areas and the rooms are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive and safe, with no sharp edges. Adults can relax in the hot springs and enjoy some tranquil time, while the kids can freely run wild and have a blast. This kind of family-friendly resort has already been recommended to all the moms I know, and I'll definitely be back for a second visit!"

The hotel room is about 600 square meters, dry and wet separation, smart toilet (toilet space is relatively small), originally still worried about the mountainous water power is not enough, the result of the shower water power is sufficient, washing and care equipment is sufficient, basically no need to bring your own. The hotel has a restaurant, lunch and dinner can be ordered (average nightly dinner about RMB $ 300), good color, flavor and taste. The breakfast included in the hotel is also very rich. The surrounding environment is comfortable, full of mountains and water. And the hotel is equipped with outdoor facilities, you can barbecue, hot pot, tea around the stove (need +$50). As for the service, the two butlers at the front desk were very friendly and courteous, which is commendable. They are really very courteous, preparing fruit, tea, snacks every day. But the location is really quite remote, it takes 3 hours to drive from Shenzhen to get there."

"The location is further up Bijiashan, with winding mountain roads and great air quality. I specifically chose a room with a private hot spring when checking in. Soaking in the mountain spring water was incredibly relaxing for both my body and mind. The guesthouse also has a restaurant; they were very kind to heat up our leftovers that evening, and another dish we ordered was delicious. The hostess is incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. On our way back, we couldn't get a taxi, so she even drove us to a spot where it was easier to hail one. We learned so much from her stories during the ride. Plus, there's an exceptionally well-behaved Chinese rural dog, very docile. I hope to visit again when it's not so cold; a summer BBQ and stream trekking would be a fantastic experience."

"Exceeded expectations! I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect. The service was incredibly attentive. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped me with my luggage. The staff genuinely cares and understands guests' needs, making for an excellent experience. All my meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were at the guesthouse. Breakfast was complimentary with the room. While the prices in the restaurant weren't cheap, the food quality was excellent! It would be even better if the menu had more variety. You can order meals directly via WeChat, and you're notified promptly when your food is ready, making the process convenient and hassle-free. Since it's been raining a lot recently, it would be great if the rooms could have some absorbent floor mats to prevent the interior from getting damp. The pool wasn't open during my visit, perhaps it will open when the weather gets warmer. The guesthouse's overall decor is warm and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. My entire trip experience was great. I'll definitely come again."
