"Whole apartment including toilets are equipped with heater, we feel comfortable with the chilly cold weather outside, especially up in high attitude Cradle Mountain.
It was equipped with complete set of pots & pans, stove, microwave, fridge to cook our own meals.
We managed to send message (via Trip.com) to alert on our late checkin, special arrangement for self-checkin after their work hours. Biggest problem we have problem figuring out where to collect the apartment key as it was raining & sky turning dark.
Although we only stayed for a night, we do feel like staying home, so comfortable.
Our dislike is we had to check out before 10am in which we don’t have much time to explore in early morning since it was raining since night before until morning, it’s like we just booked in for a night sleep that’s it."

"This hotel is the closest one to Cradle Mountain, with several hiking trails directly accessible from the property, ranging from 10 minutes to three-day treks. The walk-in bar/restaurant is excellent; we tried the pizza and steak over two days, both of which were delicious, and the beer was good too. My favorite feature was definitely the gas fireplace in the room. We encountered rain at Cradle Mountain, and spending an evening by the fireplace completely dried our clothes."

"It was already dark with a sky full of stars when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff, who were available until 2 AM, were very welcoming. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, even with EV charging stations. The room was reasonably spacious, and the window offered views of a wild, natural garden. The common areas were very cozy, and breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant's balcony also offered a nice view. It's only a 3-minute drive to the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre."

"After the hike, take a warm bath—it's so comfortable! The cabin is a decent size, and the bed even has an electric blanket. The service was excellent, and they turned on the heater early. Even with the snow falling outside, it was cozy inside. The cooking utensils are quite complete, but you'll need to bring your own seasoning. The little animals that visit the balcony are truly magical. One night at Cradle Mountain isn't enough; plan on staying at least two."

"The room completely exceeded our expectations, and the reception was very friendly. Initially, I thought the hotel looked a bit old from the official pictures, but once we checked in, I found it to be excellent. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, furnishings, and overall environment. The location is great, less than 200 meters from the Visitor Center, and it's only a 3-minute drive to Peppers for dinner. It's also a 2-minute drive to the Cradle Mountain center. In the evenings, we even saw animals outside our room, which was a very special experience. We visited in autumn, and wood was already provided in the room, so burning charcoal in the stove ourselves was a lot of fun. All in all, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose this place again when we return to Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National Park."
