The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of the city, away from the highways and the droning traffic. There are two huge swimming pools with water temperatures of 27°C in March. It's a beautiful three-story building. The hotel is new; a palace is being completed. As I understand it, they'll be hosting events here. There are restaurants on the first and second floors. During Ramadan, both are open buffet style. There's plenty of food, but nothing particularly appealing. They serve omelets for breakfast. We stayed for a week, and all week I kept saying and showing that I wanted scrambled eggs, but the chef only made a tasteless omelet in a puddle of oil. Eventually, I gave up and stopped ordering it. The porridge is tasteless. We went there for dinner 2-3 times. The food was delicious a couple of times. The rest of the time, the only edible items were the shashlik and vegetables.
The rooms are large and clean, everything is fine. The food, however, is not so great. The staff is polite.

Guest UserRight by the sea, but the traffic downstairs can be quite noisy. The breakfast is rich and delicious, served on the top floor with amazing sea views. The service is good, but the rooms are a bit old. It's fine for a one-night stay as a temporaryčżć¸Ą.

First time staying here.
**Environment:** Pretty good! It's right next to a shopping mall and pedestrian street. The lobby is lush with greenery, and the hotel next door is also very nice. The downstairs restaurants are decent too. I tried a Thai place, and the noodles were sweet, with crushed peanuts and white sugar added â I barely ate anything and just paid and left. Definitely avoiding that next time!
**Facilities:** What's odd is that the shower stall is half-open. Every time I shower, water splashes everywhere. I remember previous Hilton stays often had this, and even other Hiltons I've stayed at since have the same design! Another strange thing is that this hotel always has mirrors facing the bed!

I truly enjoyed my stay at La-Metropol. You get to be treated like royalty. Very safe and trustworthy place to stay in. I forgot a valuable item after checking out, and was given to me appropriately, so very grateful for that. Love the atmosphere in general. Very convenient. Thanks again to everyone at La-Metropol. Great experience as always.

Muhammad AbuzeidI have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go.
I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us.
The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards youâd expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst Iâve ever had at any Hilton property.
Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accidentâafter we had already checked out.
At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect.
Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave.
After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because âthey wanted to talk.â We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolveâshe simply lectured me and then let us go.
This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

The hotel has great potential and a wonderful location, which could make it an excellent option for travelers visiting Alexandria. It offers good value for money in theory, but unfortunately, the current management does not fully reflect this potential.
Some aspects of service need significant improvement â starting from the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and cafĂŠ plus an operating free wifi. The staff seem to be doing their best, but they clearly need stronger professional guidance and management oversight to meet the standards expected from a hotel in such a prime location.
During my stay, parts of the hotel were under renovation, and the construction work caused some disturbance throughout the day. While itâs understandable that improvements require time, better scheduling or communication with guests would have made the experience more comfortable.
Overall, the hotel could become a top choice in Alexandria with proper management and attention to guest comfort. I truly hope the owners invest in professional leadership to make the most of this great property.

The hotel is OK, close to the beach, but the facilities look a bit old, but overall it is good. There is a KFC fast food restaurant outside, so it is convenient to eat. You can consider

Stop at this place for one night.. Come from Cairo to the gou bass station and there took a taxi. Host in the very center, almost on the embankment. The room is good, the plumber works. Service excellent ... The view from the window was chic on the park and seaside

Guest UserBreakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time.
Perhaps all the rooms have a sea view, but it would be better to get a room with a balcony, which has the greatest strength.

Cleanliness: Very clean, highly recommend.
Environment: The view is expansive, facing the sea, and the scenery is fantastic.
Service: The owner is very helpful, responds promptly, and even helped us store our luggage. Thumbs up!
