"The hotel and staff are great. Really good location. Staff very helpful. No faults there at all. My only complaint would be my room. Reasonable price but it faced nothing only 3 other walls which had all the drain pipes running down. This made the room dark and was noisy with the running water. It could do with some fresh paint in the room and maybe upgrade the toilet tissue. It smelt of drains too. There was only one small bin which had no bin liner which I found strange too.
I would stay again but I would have to guarantee a road/city facing room."

"The service was great, very friendly at all times, the views are spectacular, we took a walk around the castle, the breakfast was great, the staff was very attentive. The only bad thing was the cleaning lady, who came into the room. Usually if you don't leave a sign or forget to put it in, the room is not made, but she came in at 9.30 in the morning. That's the only negative thing. For the rest, it was great."

"Lovely hotel with a great location, all amenities are within the walking distance. The room is a bit small but good enough for a solo traveller. Best thing is the good bed and clean towels that i have a good rest. It is on the route of Camino but reaching here (inland instead of the coastal road) is a bit challenging, with 2 hills to climb after Baiona."

"Great location—just steps away from both the bus and train terminal. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria and the Mercado da Pedra.
The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming, and always happy to help.
The only minor downside for me was that both pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigo!"

GGuest UserI had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in front of Samil beach, but it was a shame it was raining during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Great location, facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff. The room were spacious and well kept. The breakfast has many choices to choose from. I will definitely stay at the NH again.

AAlcantaraBetter than what I was expecting, from the first contact over the phone to the last at the check out. The room was quite spacious, it had a big wardrobe. I enjoyed the balcony over one of the main streets of Vigo, the proximity to the old town and many more things. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and polite at all time.

ZZaragozaAdvantages: The location is very good. It takes two minutes to walk from the airport bus line A; it only takes two minutes to walk to the train station and bus station, and 10 minutes to walk to the city center. The train station is a commercial complex with fast-moving consumer goods, fast food restaurants, free toilets, and large supermarkets. The breakfast was better than expected, with milk (can be heated in a microwave), coffee, a kind of fruit, some yogurt, bread, and fresh orange juice from the automatic juicer in the supermarket.
Cons: Daily necessities are only hand/body soap, towels and a plastic cup. I didn't bring a toothbrush. It was a red day when we arrived, and all the shops were closed. In the end, we ran a long way to a drugstore open all year round to buy mouthwash.
Overall, it is a qualified small hotel. It’s not easy to book during the national holiday~

AAlzy32I recently stayed at Hotel Maroa Vigo and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated between Plaza de Compostela and the ferry terminal for the Cíes Islands, making it convenient for exploring both the city and the beautiful surrounding areas.
The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations for local attractions and dining.
The only minor drawbacks were the absence of hair conditioner and a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but for the price of the room I will not complain.

IIrwinThis was a convenient place to stay near the airport in Vigo for an early morning flight. The desk staff was extremely nice, and the setup is good for being able to check in and out even when it is outside of desk hours. Nothing fancy, but a clean place that is within walking distance of the airport.
