"This hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel incredibly convenient. The JR station, bus stops, and highway bus terminal are all nearby. What's even better is that the ferry terminal is just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, you can enjoy a refreshing sea breeze and admire the night views at Takamatsu Port. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the dining staff are particularly warm and attentive! If I ever visit Takamatsu again, I would definitely choose this hotel!"

"Due to the suspension of the Marine Liner, I was unable to return to Okayama where I had planned to stay, so I quickly found this place and ended up staying here. I had never stayed in a guesthouse before and was unsure of the facilities, but when I stayed there, it was surprisingly comfortable. I was able to relax without any inconveniences. However, when I returned late at night after a concert and tried to enter the building, I panicked because I couldn't get in with the PIN number. I was worried about what to do with another group at the entrance, but after a phone call, they came quickly and we were able to enter. That was the only thing that made me nervous this time. I hope this doesn't happen again."

"First off, the email from the hotel was incredibly polite and considerate, making me feel their hospitality even before my arrival. When I needed a taxi during my stay, they called multiple companies for me, which was a huge help. The cleaning staff were also very cheerful and always greeted me with a smile. I stayed for several nights, and when I requested only a towel change without room cleaning, they left new towels along with a mineral water exchange ticket at my door, which I could redeem at the front desk. I thought this was a really excellent service. The room itself was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. It was also great to have a Plasmacluster air purifier. Although I didn't use it, there was also a De'Longhi kettle. The shampoo was POLA, and the hand soap was KOSE (it smelled lovely). Toiletries like toner, body towels, cotton swabs, and pajamas were available next to the front desk, where you could take what you needed. The shoe deodorizer and extra pillows were a particularly nice touch. The cafe au lait served in the lounge next to the front desk was absolutely delicious, and I had several cups during my stay. The room felt like a standard business hotel single, but the staff's service was as excellent as you'd find in a city or resort hotel. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Takamatsu Station, or a one-fare taxi ride. There's a drugstore and convenience store right next door, and a large, lovely shopping arcade across the street, making the location very convenient. This shopping street was impressive. It was my first time visiting Takamatsu, and it's a well-maintained, beautiful city. I'd love to come back again, and when I do, I'd definitely choose to stay at this hotel."

"I love the location near the jetties, makes it so convenient to book tickets for my island hopping plans. There’s plenty of good eateries and 7-11 downstairs. Big bonus is the onsen bath and laundry facility on the 9th floor. Hotel even gives you a bottle of water incentive and they still give you fresh towels, which they hang on your room door when you don’t wish to have room make-up service. Another plus point is the airport limousine pick is within sister property - JR Clement Hotel Highly recommend this hotel!"

"After some thought, I decided to choose a hotel near Takamatsu Station, as my itinerary for the following days involved early morning train or ferry travel. This proved to be the right decision; the hotel is not only close to the station but also brand new. The free breakfast offers basic options every day, but also a different special daily! "very happy stay! staff very helpful we are very appreciate, just the staff only can speaks little english, we use the apps translator so still very smooth. from airport to hotel, you can take the limousine bus, ticket buy ar the machine, bus stop just right outside at No.2 platform, has airport staff might guide you, travel time about 20-25 minutes can get there, the stop just right at the hotel, the market street just behind the hotel, Takamatsu shops testaurant closed quite early, most of that closed about 8, just some abit late.. if you want to find dinner restauant must go earlier. many Izakaya (居酒屋) around the hotel but they needs to book reservation, walk in almost full!! Car park is ¥1400 per night, outside car parks is more cheaper but inside the hotel that convenient if you bought some stuff 😆 but only few inside, no advance resersations, its first come first served every night, so u have to go early to get the parking"

"We have stayed in many Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Japan, and we’ve trusted the Daiwa Roynet brand very much. However, the Takamatsu property is the worst we’ve experienced so far, and after this stay we will be more cautious about choosing to stay at Daiwa Roynet in the future. The facilities are very old and urgently need refurbishment. The cleanliness of our room was also quite shocking. There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub, and hair on the pajamas they provided, as shown in the photo. There were stains throughout the room as well. The bedding used is also smaller than the bed as shown in the picture. If you’re planning day trips to the islands, the hotel isn’t very close to the port. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, so the overall location is ok."
