"Enjoyed every moment in the hotel ,well recommended ,good value for off season. Food buffet spread was delicious n sumptuous.. Loved the onsen ,comfort wise good ,view was awesome.. thou it's was drizzling upon arrival but was able to go to ground n view the fireworks, surprised it was good lights up of 20 mins. Overall ,hotel staff was friendly n welcome."

"Family room is very large and there is a attic floor room with refrigerator shower and toilet separation very clean no smell very quiet there is a laundry room with a dryer there are other Japanese tourists staying on the same day the boss is very good and very happy to help you can make an appointment to pick you up to the station or Wen Quanjie at night, we took a boat to watch the fireworks at night at 9:20. The boss also helped us to pick us up at that time. There are three hiking routes next to the hotel. There are two short ones. It takes more than half an hour to go back and forth. In the morning, we slowly walked to the Jinbiluo Fire Exit Observatory. The raw sika deer was curious and cautiously observed for a while, and then twisted around. It jumped into the planting on the side of the road and disappeared. It had unexpected benefits. According to the boss, there are actually many deer here. You can overlook Lake Toya and the hot spring block and the pool of green mountains. Water (small fire mouth) The boss warmly invited us to come again in winter. "Hotel is just right in front of Lake Toya and opposite hotel has few eateries and 7-11. The buffet dinner is really superb. A lot of choices and every single food I taken is all too yummy 😋 Hotel even ready a surprise cake during I enjoy my dinner. Taken a nice photo, make it in frame with nice writing and send me the next morning. This really made my birthday extraordinary🥰🥰🥰 Hotel has fireworks at night. We really enjoy the top amenities here❤️"

"Along Lake Toya, there's a row of hotels, much like Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou. I chose this one, and it offers great value for money. There were quite a few ********* tour groups staying here. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and quite extensive, with fresh ingredients. However, don't expect fancy tableware or presentation. I booked a lake-view room, and the small balcony was a nice touch. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it's a convenient option if your stay doesn't include meals."

"The hotel seems a bit old, with traces of time on the corridors and elevators, but it's very clean and comfortable. The Japanese tatami room feels super spacious because there's no bed. The window directly overlooks Lake Toya, offering an unbeatable view. Who wouldn't love the feeling of opening the window to take in the entire lake and Mount Yotei? Oh, and the hotel's food is excellent too; I just loved the exquisite Japanese cuisine!"

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the space is decent. The main draw is the good value for money, especially with the half-board option (dinner and breakfast included), which is very convenient even if the variety was a bit repetitive. The best part was definitely the outdoor hot spring, and they also have a shuttle bus to Sapporo Station."

"The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. Having a private onsen right outside the door with lake views was amazing. The public bath was particularly great; all the toiletries were Pola, and it was very clean. The hotel wasn't crowded, so it was very quiet. The only downside was the dinner from the two-meals-per-night plan. It was really greasy and not very tasty. You could tell the chef put a lot of effort into trying to make common ingredients delicious, but there were far too many dairy flavors, which made it quite sickly. The staff were all very friendly and polite, helping with sending our ski gear and carrying luggage. Definitely a good choice for a vacation."

"The facilities are a little aged, but that is to be expected in a small town further away from the main city. The room was well heated during winter, and the room itself was clean. The toilet however, had a terrible stench. It was reflected to the staff but there was nothing they could do about it. On the bright side, the stench went away after turning on the ventilator for about 10 minutes. The location is perfect for walking over to the lake and to convenience stores nearby, and the onsen was very good."

"The hotel is located on the mountain and our room is facing lake toya. The room is clean and modern, very spacious bathroom comes with jacuzzi bath tub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Toyako town centre is about 9 mins drive from hotel and there is firework display every night. We are happy to stay in this hotel."
