Lake Tekapo Hotels with Wifi

This apartment is the most satisfying place on this trip. It can be said to be amazing. First of all, all the equipment is available, just like going home. Then the apartment is incredibly large. The living room and kitchen are so big that you can do somersaults. The equipment is very new and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all possible supplies. The scenery here is also great. You can see the lake from the living room. There are two super large balconies. Our family of three lives in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a small farm not far away where you can pet animals. It takes only a few minutes to drive to the town center. In short, everything is perfect, but it’s a pity that we only stayed for one night. Facilities: Everything is available. The first thing we did when we arrived was to wash and dry clothes. It’s so convenient. The heating is also super comfortable, the bathroom is brand new and clean, the kitchen appliances are very complete, and there is free milk. Not far from the supermarket and the Church of the Good Shepherd. Convenient for stargazing at night. Parking is very easy. The duplex townhouse has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a bathroom on the lower floor, along with a utility room (possibly a linen room with bunk beds). Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with twin beds. For our family of four, we even had a spare room. The space is very generous. Although we arrived quite late, the front desk had left a phone number to contact staff, and the key was ready for us to pick up directly. The cleanliness was also very good, it's just that check-out times in Australia and New Zealand are generally quite early. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay . The location is amazing, with beautiful lake and mountain views right from the property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the lake and the peaceful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Queenstown and would love to stay here again in the future.

The hotel room rates were quite high for the May Day holiday, over 2300. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the bridge on the main road of the small town, and quite close to the lake. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The front desk staff, an elderly gentleman, was very enthusiastic in explaining the hotel's facilities and important information. If you're driving, you can park your car directly in front of your room, which is free and very convenient. The room is relatively spacious, and the kitchen appliances are very well-equipped – just remember to clean them after use. The ground-floor rooms have direct access to the lawn for stargazing. The night we stayed, we stepped outside and saw the Southern Cross constellation directly overhead! However, a downside is the poor sound insulation; the traffic noise from the town was very clear, though it got better once we fell asleep.

We stayed at this Tekapo home and really enjoyed how spacious it is, especially with two separate living rooms — plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house comes with all the necessary amenities, which made the stay convenient and comfortable. However, a few cleanliness details could be improved. The dishwasher wasn’t clean and didn’t wash dishes properly, and the detergent compartment couldn’t close fully. We also noticed some areas, like the restroom ventilator, had layers of dust and hadn’t been cleaned well. Overall, the space and setup are great, but a bit more attention to cleaning and maintaining would make the experience much better.

The apartment is quite a distance away from the town centre, especially if you do not have a vehicle, do note that there is no uber in Lake Tekapo, I recommend hiring a taxi (NZD $30) per trip. Although it’s a hefty amount, it will save you a huge effort especially if you do not have a vehicle! But i won’t recommend staying here if you do not have a vehicle! Room is nice, clean!

Lake Edge Holiday Park has a very convenient location with beautiful views overlooking Lake Tekapo. The facilities were quite complete and suitable for a comfortable stay. However, the hot water shower was limited to only 8 minutes per session, which could be inconvenient in colder weather. In addition, the shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen were located quite far from the accommodation area. Overall, still a nice stay for enjoying the scenery around Tekapo.

This is a standard youth hostel. The dorm room was a bit small, but overall it was pretty good. The bathrooms were very clean, and it was quiet enough at night. The kitchen was also quite large, and they even support Chinese check-in, which is great!

A large Nordic style house with great charm. Very good value for money, lake view room, very quiet. Hygiene standards are very high, and the front desk staff are very considerate and always ask if they need help. Milk and coffee are also provided. The kitchen is particularly easy to use, with a variety of tools for easy operation. There are ample parking spaces, it is very convenient to go out, and the surrounding area is very smooth. The supermarket is a five-minute drive away. The starry sky is also very easy to photograph!

The room was clean and very comfortable! They provided shampoo and other amenities, which was helpful! The location was great, close to Lake Tekapo!
