"This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍"

"The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time."

"The hygiene was very good, and the scenery was beautiful when we went. However, it's actually located in a different area, about a 10-15 minute drive from the Pamukkale tourist area. There's a local market nearby, worth checking out if you have time. The staff here aren't very fluent in English, so communication is best done using Google Translate to translate into Turkish. Also, the restaurant's hygiene needs improvement; there were quite a few flies and spilled food on the floor. Overall, the spa and thermal bath facilities were quite great!"

"This hotel is a gem, located near the famous travertines of Pamukkale and within walking distance to the ancient city of Hierapolis. The host, Ahmet, is very helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable. They also serve a fantastic, traditional Turkish breakfast. Bu otel, Pamukkale'nin ünlü travertenlerinin yakınında ve Hierapolis antik kentine yürüme mesafesinde bulunan bir mücevherdir. "The homestay is a 5-minute drive from the Pamukkale Scenic Area and there is a supermarket around A101, which is very convenient. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is good, and the room is clean and white. Before leaving, we also recommended that we go to a nearby cave and Lake Salda. The scenery is beautiful and it will be more beautiful if it is sunny."

"The boss is very good and enthusiastic, and the hotel breakfast is OK. However, the hotel will cut off the water supply at night, so it is impossible to wash, and the air conditioning is not very good."

"It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!"

"Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!"

"The perfect place to stay if going to Pamukkale Terraces and Hieroplois. Owners are amazing and attentive. Extremely helpful with getting the buses and advising on best way to explore Pamukkale. Also great food/restaurant suggestions. Rooms are big and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was delicious and outside in the garden which added to the feel of relaxation and holiday. Would definitely come back here"

"The hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet. The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel."

GGuest UserWould you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
