"I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding."

"Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰."

"This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍"

"All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! "This hotel is a gem, located near the famous travertines of Pamukkale and within walking distance to the ancient city of Hierapolis. The host, Ahmet, is very helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable. They also serve a fantastic, traditional Turkish breakfast. Bu otel, Pamukkale'nin ünlü travertenlerinin yakınında ve Hierapolis antik kentine yürüme mesafesinde bulunan bir mücevherdir. Ev sahibi Ahmet çok yardımseverdir ve konaklamanızın konforlu olmasını sağlar. Ayrıca harika, geleneksel bir Türk kahvaltısı da servis ederler."

"This hotel in the hot air balloon town is super convenient. The front desk helped us book a car to Salda Lake, airport shuttle, and hot air balloon rides – all without prior reservations, which was amazing! Their breakfast is delicious, with rose jam and flatbread. I even made my own 'hand-grabbed' pancake, totally satisfying my Chinese palate. I also made milk tea with milk and Turkish black tea, adding a bit of honey, and it tasted exactly like Hong Kong milk tea – I'm quite the foodie! The only issue is that the facilities are a bit old, but not dirty. Honestly, most other guesthouses and hotels in this town are pretty average anyway, so this one stands out as the best of a bad bunch and is definitely worth considering. The restaurants in this town are all terrible and surprisingly more expensive than in the capital. The same menu items are miles apart from what you'd find in Istanbul. Except for one Chinese restaurant owned by a Shanghainese boss, located between the town entrance and a bunch of A*** hotels. We ate there twice in 3 days and were so satisfied – the Sichuan cuisine was incredibly authentic! A special warning about the Pamukkale thermal spring entrance tickets: there's a scam! The ticket office at the park entrance brazenly scams people. It's supposed to be 30 euros per ticket, but they try to trick you by saying they don't accept euros, only Turkish Lira – this was the first time we encountered not being able to pay in euros in Turkey. My husband suggested paying by card. After swiping, the staff member said he'd give us two headphones for an audio guide inside the park. I suddenly remembered seeing this scam mentioned in a Xiaohongshu guide. The headphone cost is actually built into the card payment! I quickly calculated how much we'd just been charged. It turned out they charged us 75 euros for two tickets, which is 15 euros more than the original 60 euros. Was I crazy to pay 15 euros for two crappy headphones? I immediately demanded a refund, firmly telling him I didn't want the headphones. After receiving the refund, we paid again for 60 euros. I'm writing this in my review hoping other visitors don't get scammed! Throughout Turkey, including Istanbul airport's metro card booths and the Grand Bazaar, scams are prevalent. Always be wary of strangers striking up conversations and ignore them! Absolutely do not let locals help you operate the card machines! They will secretly buy an extra card for themselves because metro cards can also be used at convenience stores! Prices in the Grand Bazaar are 10 times higher than in regular supermarkets! Do not go in there! It's Turkey's version of a 'cutting cake' scam. Before picking items, we'd ask for the price, and they'd just say it's by weight, without telling us the price per box. After they packed and weighed it, they demanded 800,000 Korean won, which is equivalent to three nights' accommodation in a Spanish hotel! They then tried to guilt-trip us, saying that since it was already packed, we couldn't refuse to pay or put it back. I told them to call the police because it was a scam and I wouldn't pay a single cent! We stood there for half an hour. They were big and tall, clearly trying to bully Asians. But seeing how resolute I was, they eventually let me go. These scams are mostly in tourist areas; we didn't encounter them in regular residential areas, where there are generally more good people. But definitely be on guard in tourist spots!"

"The B&B is a 5-minute drive from Pamukkale Scenic Area. There is an A101 supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The boss and his wife are very welcoming, the breakfast is also good, and the room is clean and white. Before leaving, they also recommended us to visit a nearby cave and Salda Lake. The scenery is beautiful, and it will be more beautiful if it is sunny."

"Fantastic experience. We were 3 people and they gave us a very spacious room with a xxl bed and two normal beds, nothing extra. They were very kind to us and made it easy for us to see Pumekkale and also to easily get to Afrodisiac. 100% recommended."

"Nice thermal hotel - with thermal pools the hotel has many groups. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is limited choices. Nice swimming pool and hot thermal pools. Staff is courteous and friendly. I will come back again price is good."

"The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time."
