"I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy.
The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable.
While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards:
1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience.
2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel.
3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space.
4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room.
Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding."

"The hotel was pretty good and the rooms were clean. I booked one twin room and one king room; they weren't in the same building but were quite close. The interior environment was nice, with a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the South Gate of Pamukkale, from where you can walk downhill to the Middle Gate. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant too, and the food was very tasty."

"The hotel is very quiet, the room has a small balcony to see the football field, can also dry clothes. Sleeping at night was particularly fragrant. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was one per person and we could eat. There is a parking lot next to it, which is very convenient. It is very close to the south gate of Pamukkale and can be reached on foot. I can see the hot air balloon in the morning 🎈, it's so beautiful"

"Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising!
The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day.
The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful!
Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture).
The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍
The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️
So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉"

"It is a small hotel with 4 rooms included managed by a couple, all rooms are big enough and very clean. The hotel is located closing to the centre of Pamukkale and bus from / to Denizil will be stopped in front of the hotel. The owner will prepare delicious breakfast and send to room for guests every day. He also always help his guests for arranging local tours or activities such as balloons flying and paragliding. "The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time."

Amazing
NnatnatalieThe hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet.
The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI had a good impression of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant. There's a coffee machine, and coffee and tea are available all the time. It's close to the travertine terraces and the park with the pond. The location is excellent. You can park your car in front of the hotel. The Wi-Fi is good. The downsides are that the room is small with minimal furniture: just a bed and two nightstands.

XxiaocongThis was the best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Turkey. The decor and management were somewhat chain-style. It was incredibly comfortable, even with the morning chanting. The price was reasonable, and the shower was incredibly refreshing and powerful, like taking a bath in a spa. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I forgot to take a picture.
The staff was also very friendly. The included Mediterranean breakfast was very good and healthy.
The temple and Pamukkale are located together. I recommend driving to the temple visitor center. Parking for cars is 120 lira. Visit the temple first, then Pamukkale and enjoy a foot bath. The entrance fee is 30 euros.

There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

If you want to be met, please let them know your arrival time in advance, or at least 15 minutes beforehand, as there is no reception. If no one is there upon arrival, message the host and they will arrive in 5 minutes. We would have liked to have some dishes added to the room, as there was a kitchen area, but they were missing. We asked for them, and they brought them to us.

RRchiI would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

DDonovan_ldidn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!)
Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other!
Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?!
The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow.
We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed.
I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum.
And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
