"Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!"

"This hotel is conveniently located close to different restaurants and shops. The price is reasonable and you can meet friends from different countries. If you travel here next time, you will choose to live in this hotel."

"This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍"

"The hygiene was very good, and the scenery was beautiful when we went. However, it's actually located in a different area, about a 10-15 minute drive from the Pamukkale tourist area. There's a local market nearby, worth checking out if you have time. The staff here aren't very fluent in English, so communication is best done using Google Translate to translate into Turkish. Also, the restaurant's hygiene needs improvement; there were quite a few flies and spilled food on the floor. Overall, the spa and thermal bath facilities were quite great!"

"Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉"

"The homestay is a 5-minute drive from the Pamukkale Scenic Area and there is a supermarket around A101, which is very convenient. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is good, and the room is clean and white. Before leaving, we also recommended that we go to a nearby cave and Lake Salda. The scenery is beautiful and it will be more beautiful if it is sunny."

"This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill."

"A very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming."

"It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!"

"The boss is very good and enthusiastic, and the hotel breakfast is OK. However, the hotel will cut off the water supply at night, so it is impossible to wash, and the air conditioning is not very good."
