citizenM Boston Back Bay puts you in the center of one of the city's most beloved neighborhoods - historic, leafy and full of charm. Step out to Newbury Street for boutiques, bites and bookshops, or stroll over to Fenway Park to catch the Sox (just 13 minutes away on foot - no train stress required). Surrounded by museums, major universities and classic Boston landmarks, it's your launchpad for proper New England living. Inside, 21st-century comforts await: XL king-size beds, blackout blinds, mood lighting, tablet-controlled everything, and fast free Wi-Fi. Hungry? canteenM is open 24/7. Need to unwind? Our living room is made for lounging. With contactless check-in and world-class art on the walls, it's equal parts stylish and smart. You are also steps from Hynes Convention Center station and a short ride to Logan Airport - so getting in and out is as breezy as Back Bay in autumn.

"citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much."

"I had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel, and it truly exceeded expectations. The facility is modern and spotless, but the real highlight is the staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When I struggled with the coffee machine in my room, someone was there in minutes to guide me through it with a smile. A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond. Not only did she surprise me for my birthday (such a thoughtful touch!), but she also gave me fantastic local tips and advice. Thanks to her, I discovered Ruka—an amazing restaurant I highly recommend. She also helped me plan my first walk around Harvard Campus, which was a highlight of my trip. The location is perfect, right next to Harvard Business School with a lovely view. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers warmth, efficiency, and a great setting. I’ll definitely be back!"

If you're in terminal E the shuttle pick up is in front of door E 202. - The hotel has hot water but it takes awhile for the shower to heat up. The Copley Square Hotel, a Found Hotel was the very first hotel in Boston’s Back Bay. This 134-year-old hotel offers historical significance having been the first high rise, hosting the election headquarters for President William McKinley in the 1890’s. it was also the home to the most influential jazz club in New England, the Storyville Jazz Club and has hosted many artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Duke Ellington. With a hip boutique vibe, an independent spirit, the Copley Square Hotel is the ideal choice for travellers looking for something a little bit different. Comfort meets style in our recently renovated guest rooms. Enjoy essential amenities, like Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, flat screen TV, and eco-friendly toiletries.

"Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel."

Unscripted honest hospitality comes alive at the urban-luxe Hotel Commonwealth. The hotel offers 245 oversized guest rooms and suites with effortless access to all that Boston has to offer. Fenway Park is just steps from the hotel entrance with Boston University across the street. You will find this the ideal locale for business or pleasure just minutes from anywhere you need to be in the city.

"I spent Christmas and New Year's at this hotel. I spent some time and effort finding a suitable hotel beforehand, but it was definitely worth it. It was not only clean and tidy, but also incredibly cost-effective. First, let's talk about the location. For tourism, Boston's area isn't very large, so the most important thing when choosing a hotel is considering both price and transportation convenience. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel (the photo was taken from across the street; the dark-roofed building behind the tram stop is the hotel). To the left of the hotel is the Kenmore subway station, which connects the Green, B, C, and D lines (you can see it marked ”Green line - all lines” in the photo). It's very convenient to get to attractions, the airport, and Chinatown. Even Newbury Street is only about 1 kilometer away. There aren't any large supermarkets nearby, but there's a 7-Eleven next door with fruit, bread, sandwiches, instant noodles, etc., which is sufficient for basic needs. While there aren't many restaurants nearby, if you're craving lobster rolls, there's supposedly the popular Row34 right next to the hotel (unfortunately, it was closed for the holidays). Across the street is a Japanese restaurant called Nagomi Izakaya; I once got $18 worth of salmon fried rice to take back to the hotel – it was piping hot and delicious. Now, let's talk about the essentials for Chinese travelers. Want hot water? There's an electric kettle in the room. Need free drinking water? Two bottles of water are provided upon check-in (the bottles are lightweight stainless steel and even marked as the official hotel of the Boston Red Sox). The hotel lobby offers free drinking water, coffee, sparkling water, and tea, including tea bags and paper cups, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which you can take back to your room. Want to reheat food from the refrigerator? You can request a microwave in your room upon check-in, and even toothbrushes can be provided (toothpaste and slippers are not available). Crucially, all of these are free! Also, the room is huge; we had two suitcases fully extended without any problem moving around. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hot water was plentiful, and the drainage was excellent. The room photos on Ctrip were exactly what you'd expect. There was one minor flaw in the facilities: the shower was overhead, and the glass door lacked a sealing strip. A little water from the showerhead would spill slightly through the gaps, but not excessively. We solved this by covering the showerhead with a lightweight, compressed disposable face towel we brought, allowing the water to pool. Now, let's talk about the key hotel service. Before our trip, we emailed Stephanie to confirm various details, and she responded very quickly, thoughtfully noting all our check-in requirements. On check-in day, we were greeted at the front desk by a tall, handsome young man named Kelvin, who was very friendly. He gave us Christmas chocolates and cookies and even reminded us that we could refill our water in the lobby the next morning. The day before we left, Boston was swept by strong winds. The weather forecast predicted -6°C, but it felt like -16°C 🥶. Boston winter combined with strong winds made walking on the streets truly chilly. Since our return flight was in the evening, and hotel check-out was at noon, and it was too cold to go outside, we tried to apply for a free late check-out at the front desk. After hearing our flight time, the lovely, chubby male receptionist immediately extended our check-out to 2 PM, explaining that it would have been charged if we had stayed until 3 PM. Encountering such a hotel and service while traveling was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend it! Finally, let me share my impressions of the city. From a tourist's perspective, aside from the extremely cold winter weather, Boston is truly a wonderful city. Its beauty stems not only from its renowned universities and academic atmosphere, but also from the cleanliness and orderliness you feel even when you walk along the city's first subway line, which dates back to 1897. When you enter the century-old Museum of Fine Arts and see large Chinese characters and maps in various languages, including Chinese, on the visitor center wall, you can feel the city's pride and warmth. When you can stroll through the century-old streets and buildings while sipping bubble tea, you can experience the wonderful fusion of history and modernity. In Boston's winter, it gets dark before 5 pm, and after you've had your fill of sightseeing, shopping, and dining, you can feel the friendliness and sense of security the city offers to travelers on your way home or in the car."

"The hotel's location and rooms were quite good, but the service was really disappointing. I've stayed at Hilton hotels for business trips before, and they always provide two complimentary bottles of water daily. This particular Hilton, however, actually claimed that they only provide two bottles upon check-in and any additional water must be purchased at the front desk. When I asked for a clear policy, they couldn't provide any specific regulations. Furthermore, during room service, my clothes were just carelessly tossed onto the nightstand. This level of service really doesn't live up to Hilton's reputation or its room rates."

"Good thing: 1. super convenient location, only about 7 mins walk to backbay station and 10 mins to downtown. The famous flour bakery is also nearby! 2. Interesting deco and architecture 3. Bathrooms alway readily available and clean (always cleaned very fast). Towels alway available and there are good amenities. Not so good: 1. there was a weird smell when I first entered my room- smelled funky. 2. Noticed the tables, bed ledge etc (everything basically) were dusty!! I had to use wet wipes to wipe the ledges and tables and chairs down before putting my items on them. It felt like housekeeping was barely done or at least only at a minimum level. Basically, cleanliness level was not up to par until the extent I was so scared there’ll be bedbugs(thankfully there wasn’t.) 3. No housekeeping done throughout my 3 nights of stay. 4. I felt like I was back living in a school dormitory and not a hotel (I see students partying and hanging around over the weekend). 5. Overall, not worth it for the price per night. You can find better hotels or even airbnb in Boston."

Historic elegance meets modern luxury at the InterContinental Boston. Our downtown Boston waterfront hotel is one of the city's most celebrated hotels in a truly iconic location on the Boston Harbor. Our beautifully redesigned rooms showcase the Boston cityscape with floor to ceiling windows. Whether hosting an event or relaxing in our Spa InterContinental, you will appreciate the close proximity to Boston’s most sought-after landmarks, like the Boston Tea Party & Ships Museum.

"The InterContinental Boston has a great location; it's within easy walking distance of Chinatown, the Financial District, and Boston's South Station. The receptionist, Lily, was very friendly. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it had most of the essential American breakfast items. The problem was that when you needed to call for water, toiletries, bathrobes, etc., they couldn't provide slippers due to insufficient stock."

Hhollandave-The hotel is clean and clean. I stayed in conjunction with a flight to and from Boston Airport, and it was very convenient because the hotel had a shuttle bus service. Breakfast is provided free of charge. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the day of arrival, and it was reasonably priced. - Hotel location: Located a 12-minute drive (4.6 miles) from Boston Logan Airport. It is convenient because a shuttle bus operates between the hotel and the airport. (30-minute intervals. Hotel departure: every hour on the hour. And 30 minutes past the hour). - Parking lot: Paid parking lot at the hotel ($15 per vehicle).

YYixinerxing7284Location: The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of downtown attractions like the Freedom Trail, Tea Party Museum, Quincy Market, City Hall, and Boston Common. Harvard is accessible by subway, and MIT is a walk away on the return trip. Both Boston South Station and North Station (which has a large Star Pharmacy supermarket) and the airport shuttle drop-off point are within walking distance. Chinatown and Macy's are a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Decent. Value for Money: Alright. A good choice if you prioritize saving time and feeling safe. Room Size: The twin room was a suitable size. Soundproofing: Decent. Room Amenities: The beds are high and the mattresses are quite soft. The bathroom has a bathtub (low and small), the showerhead is a bit low, and the water pressure is average. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. No slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. The room has a microwave and a mini-fridge. There's a free ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway. Service: Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out at 12 PM. Early check-in costs an additional $50. Luggage storage is available in advance (free). A $100 per day deposit is required at check-in (held on the bank card, refunded within 2 hours after check-out). Complimentary cookies are given at check-in (very sweet). The hotel lobby bar features a singer in the evening, offering an American bar atmosphere.

農夫燕尼尼The hotel is very close to the airport by taxi, and you can also walk to Back Bay Station in about 10 minutes. After checking in, the hotel provided a $35/day credit to be used at the bar on the second floor. The only drawback is how noisy it was. On the first night, I'm not sure what happened nearby, but there were people shouting and the sounds of police cars and ambulances well past midnight, which really disturbed a business traveler's rest.

ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

GGuest UserAbout a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. When I asked the front desk staff, their solution was to restart the heating myself. However, after restarting, the heater made an incredibly loud noise, so much so that I needed earplugs to sleep.

Ssofiia ShokhinaThe hotel itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was especially kind and attentive - we truly appreciated their work and hospitality. However, we experienced a serious issue regarding the resort fee policy, which left us feeling confused and misled as international guests. During online booking, the resort fee was listed as $25 per night, but important information about additional mandatory charges only appeared after payment was completed, when cancellation was no longer possible, wich is disappointing. Upon arrival, we were charged $200, which was later explained as $25 per person per night - something that was not clearly communicated during the booking process or at check-in. Initially, we believed this payment was a refundable deposit, as no clear explanation was provided. What felt particularly unacceptable was the way additional fees appeared in multiple stages: 1. extra charges becoming visible only after payment and confirmation, 2. additional payments required again upon arrival at the hotel, and 3. further unexplained charges after checkout - in our case, an additional $16 was withdrawn without clear justification. A staff member kindly explained that the resort fee includes Wi-Fi, water, and tea in the room, which we did use as they are standard services normally included in hotel stays worldwide. The fee also covered additional optional amenities such as bicycle parking and a complimentary alcoholic drink at the bar. However, we did not use these extra amenities, as they were not relevant to our stay. Since these services are optional by nature, it was unclear why guests are not given the choice to opt out instead of being required to pay for them regardless of usage. Even more concerning is that these mandatory resort fees are presented as payment for comfort and amenities, yet the overall stay did not fully reflect this. The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor, and we could clearly hear the neighbour’s television. The manual heating system in our room also did not function properly. We chose not to report these issues at the time because we spent little time in the hotel and did not expect the final cost of the stay to become so high. In hindsight, considering the total amount paid, these comfort issues become more significant. We strongly believe that all mandatory taxes and service fees should be transparently included in the total hotel price from the beginning. When fees continue to appear after payment, during check-in, and even after departure, guests understandably feel uncomfortable and misled. Because the final amount paid was much higher than expected, we realized that for the same total price we could have chosen a better hotel without additional hidden fees - which we in fact did for our following stay. We kindly ask the hotel to review these charges and consider a partial refund, as greater transparency and fairness in pricing would greatly improve trust and the overall guest experience
