"Grand Bávaro Princess – All Inclusive was a great experience. The best part, without a doubt, is the beach: wide, soft sand, turquoise water, and a truly beautiful view. Perfect for relaxing, long walks, and spending the whole day by the ocean. The location is excellent and the resort feels comfortable to move around. Overall, the service was very good: friendly staff, quick to help, and always with a good attitude. The facilities are well maintained, with several dining options and plenty of areas to relax. The food was better than expected, especially at the à la carte restaurants—well presented dishes and great taste. Ideal for solo vacationing, couples or families looking for a large all-inclusive resort with an amazing beach and a calm atmosphere. I would definitely come back."

"靠譜不踩雷全包酒店 餐廳裏的飯都不錯 酒店本身很好但通過攜程訂的話不出問題沒事，一出問題就找不到人能幫忙解決了，攜程跟酒店相互踢皮球。比如我們因為航空原因晚到 攜程不給往後延一天入住 等我們到酒店住完走的時候酒店都説如果是直接跟酒店訂的可以給延。攜程不給延期也不給退款"

"Upon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com"

"The resort grounds are large and beautiful. We were impressed by the abundance of flowers and greenery. There are plenty of staff and security guards on site, which created a feeling of safety. All the staff were very polite and helpful: our concierge responded quickly to any requests and questions, and at the reception desk, they helped us with a quick check-in using the resort app. However, I found the app itself difficult to use. There's a small shop on the resort grounds where we could buy drinks, snacks, fruits, and vegetables. The fruit here is delicious, especially the mangoes. However, during our weeklong stay, we only managed to buy one mango. On the other days, they were quickly sold out. The food in the restaurant was delicious; we were very pleased, except for our last dinner, when they brought us two oversalted main courses. The sea bream, chicken, and side dishes were oversalted. The restaurant management insisted the dishes were salty enough until I asked to try them. We were given a 30% discount, but it didn't save our mood. We were surprised that Uber worked well here, and it was easy to order a taxi. Our apartment was clean and cozy, but there was a strong musty smell coming from the kitchen drawers (probably from the high humidity from the ocean). So we didn't use it and ate in the restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience with this resort, the ocean, the bright sunny skies, and the people who were so happy with life. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance! Overall"

"Our stay at Breathless was incredible; the room was great, the food was delicious, but the whole experience was taken over the top by our VIP concierge, Pablo. We have stayed in many top-rated hotels and resorts all around the world, but we have never felt so safe and comforted as we did at Breathless. We received a text message from our VIP every day about what activities would happen on the property and when. We were also told many times if we had any problems to let him know or if we were looking to have any experiences or see any shows. He was able to connect the dots with everything. We felt like celebrities and because of it we had an amazing trip. "

"This was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! Thank you for your Russian and Ukrainian, keep learning, next time I come I will check up on your progress! 🤣 Animation team- you are beyond human abilities!!! Fly yoga, yoga on surf boards, volleyball, water polo(I think it was water polo😅), water bikes in the swimming pool, sexy dancing, jumping on little trampolines..Ruben & Jason, my sister Debora(best breeds from you!❤)and my evening salsa teacher Coca -Cola(don't lose uno in bachata anymore😉). Love you guys! 🥰 I will always remember all of you, how you invited to take part in the activities, how you were showing everything step by step, your patience, your unique personalities. The best chef on this planet Wander Montilla with amazingly beautifully looking and heavenly tasting dishes. 😋 Thank you for your unforgettable dinner at the stake house restaurant! Also, the cooking show in Asian restaurant is worth seeing! The food is amazing and the products are high quality. We are more than happy with our rest!"

"It is a hotel that is almost 5 stars. The most positive thing is that the staff is all super friendly, with a super cheerful spirit, the hotel maintenance is super good, only some small details such as in the public bathrooms, general maintenance but not cleaning, the gastronomy is what I think can improve a little more apart from the Toro restaurant that was of high quality, the food is good but not at the level of excellence. We visited all the restaurants and they were good. I do not have anything negative about the hotel, the bad thing for us was the beach, impossible to swim in, a lot of waves, the children cannot even play on the shore, super dangerous, we even managed to see a person drowning and thanks to the service of the lifeguards they managed to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large, and if you are not interested in buying property do not agree to go to the talk for the points because you will lose half a morning. And with the vendors on the beaches you will find better prices. But if you are only looking for a pool and nightlife with discos, casinos and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you are only looking for a beach, this is not the hotel, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore."

"Food and drinks were subpar but I guess one should not expect much for an inclusive resort. The room had a broken safe and phone which took 2 days to replace because they kept telling me to call back. Location was nice and is family friendly. "

"The place has good facilities, but don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms don't have moisturizer, for example, coconut water is not included and the drinks are all made with pre-made ingredients (no lemon, just industrialized lemon juice). In short, you can expect a place with good facilities, but the quality of the food and drinks leaves a lot to be desired. Getting around the hotel is quite complicated, with a not very intelligent layout, so depending on where you are staying, you may have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the beach."

"My first all inclusive experience and it was beyond my expectation. I had a swim out room and was part of the preferred club, with a personal butler and food concierge to cater for halal food. The resort was beautiful with many pools, a serene beach and a lazy river! So many restaurants to choose from plus a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I spent the entire time at the resort with no need for any excursions. There were nightly entertainment, unlimited snacks and drinks [non-alcoholic for me] and twice daily house keeping. Overall, I would stay again for the food [taste, variety and service], amenities [lazy river!] and hospitality [friendly staff].  PS: You will also have access to all amenities of BREATHLESS, the adults only side."
