When checking in I was 1st asked WHAT MEDICAL CONDITION my ESA SUPPORTED; this is a blatant violation of the National HIPA Act. 2nd, when I responded with that I was told that Alabama did not require their hotels to honor the ESA and further dismissed the HIPA violation. We will not return and will be sure to make the public aware of this treatment."
