"Overall the stay was pleasant. There were no coffee sachets in our room, requested twice but never came. There was no TV remote control so I had to turn on & off manually. Housekeeping did come but could not solve the problem. Told us that he'll ask the engineer to look into it but he didn't turn up. On the other hand, the male front desk office was very obliging. I regret not taking note of his name. He is a Hindu as he was wearing a string tied to his right wrist plus a silver bangle. I highly recommend him."
