"The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. 1. Take the subway (light rail) silver train from Dulles Airport for about 16 or 17 stops, get off at Farragut West Station, and walk along the 17th Street exit. The hotel entrance is at the corner. 2. Walk north from the hotel for 5 minutes and take the red subway from Farragut North Station for four stops to Union Station (it is very convenient to take a train to New York from Union Station). Get off at Union Station and walk south for about ten minutes to reach the visitor center at the east gate of Congress. 3. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the north gate of the White House. Then walk south or east along the White House to reach famous attractions such as the World War II Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam War Memorial, etc. Walk east from the Korean War Memorial to the Martin Luther King Statue, and look at the Jefferson Memorial across the way along the tidal lake. 4. There is a 711 convenience store diagonally opposite the hotel; less than two blocks west and north of the hotel (no more than 15 minutes walk) you can reach the ”Chongqing Building” Sichuan restaurant. The Chinese restaurant has a Chinese menu and the waiter, the old aunt from Fujian, is particularly friendly. 5. If you don't need the waiter to clean the room, you can hang the sign on the door handle at the door, otherwise someone will come to clean every day. 6. The room is not small, at least larger than the same level hotel in Midtown Manhattan, New York. There is a desk and a small sofa, and the air conditioning is also very powerful. 7. A credit card deposit of $50 is required upon check-in."

"Room was clean. Maid service was prompt and excellent. The Garden Cafe was extremely convenient for breakfast and an early start. The one complaint I have: we called the front desk to ask where the Ice machine was. We were told that they would send ice up to the room. The ice never arrived."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"The service was good especially the front desk staff, Ahmed, Jay and Vickey. Amenities in terms of gym and spa are good. No room service. A/C a little temperamental. Rooms are large and comfortable especially for families. Personally I liked the location lots of good places to eat and services nearby. It’s also peaceful and green with great views from some rooms"

"I loved everything about this hotel—from the location and room size to the cleanliness, helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the kitchenette, which had very limited functionality. It’s essentially just an extra sink alongside standard business hotel amenities like a mini-refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, and two cups. I was hoping for something a bit more useful, so that part didn’t quite meet my expectations."

"Good location near attractions. Rooms are clean with all required amenities. One of our group forgot an apple watch and hotel keep it for him. However, after send the address to deliver, hotel staff still not sending until we followed up again."

"Although you can book capsule rooms here, there are actually only open dormitories with bunk beds. The capsules are all in their U Street store. But after comparing the two stores, I still chose to stay here. This is their new store, clean and newly renovated, with a better location. Most importantly, there is a large kitchen and a hearty breakfast. The staff are also super cute and friendly. I spent 4 happy days here. I highly recommend it!"

"I really liked the Hotel, the only problem I had was the parking. The hotel charges $65 per day for parking. I found street parking luckily but it was two hour parking. Unfortunately I had to leave Tuesday night instead of Wednesday morning, because I was scared of over sleeping and getting my car towed. B"

"This time I stayed in their new hotel next door. It was clean and new, great! The location is great, very convenient to the airport or attractions. The staff are friendly, the access control is enforced very seriously, and the guests are all well-behaved ~ it is really safe here! Finally, I would like to praise the waffles for breakfast - I will miss them!"

"Overall clean and quiet, good location for both business and leisure purpose. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful. The daily breakfast is ok, though nothing to shout about. There is a small coffeemaker in the room which can also function as a small kettle. WiFi is free and speed is ok."
