"❌THEFT❌ THEFT❌THEFT❌and the company Opal Groups Hotel handled the very TERRIBLY❌ my son lost his wallet❌He reported it to the front desk❌ when he checked out on Saturday as soon as he got home, they called him and said they found it in the laundry room❌.BUT THE $260.00 THAT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE HIS SISTER AS A WEDDING GIFT THAT WEEKEND WAS GONE❌THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A LOCK ON IT SO ONLY THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS TO IT❌THEY FIND THE WALLET…WHERE’S HIS $260.00!!!❌ ⚫️NOT TO BE TRUSTED⚫️ 🔵I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY🔵 🟠HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE🟠 And they even have the name, Marriott attached to it.
