"When we went to check in, we were early so we checked out bags and went out for a few hours. We returned to a long line at check in. We reached the desk at 3:50 but were told our room wasn't ready. The clerk told me we should go back in line bc rooms were not guaranteed until 4. Another worker interjected and told us to stand aside and she took care of it so we didn't need to wait in line again. Most of the other workers were very pleasant. The room was clean, although simple. Great pillows! The towels seemed a bit old and wouldn't dry so we had to get new towels each day. Location is great and the grounds were perfect."

"The apartment was clean but very dark because you cannot open the blinds. There are broken floor tiles and also loose ones in the kitchen. The pillows creak when you lay your head on them due to the plastic-coated pillowcases. The furniture is outdated. Kitchen table is too high to sit at."

"I'd come to Aruba 30 times and never disappointed me. Except this place. The place looks great, but the a lack of service. No service is provided when you need it. They do the job incomplete and stuff don't speak English. No service was provided to turn the room or clean the room. You have to beg for everything that you need. There's nobody to assist you when you need something or if they do see them and asked for help they look busy and they forget you and never come back to assist you. Bed was never change since we get there for 10 days and I complain about and asked the front disk and promise me to do the service but never taken care off. Overall service this place is poor and I won't recommended to any one. It will disappoint your stay. Sorry but this place is a no go to stay."

"Hilton did it right ! Location is perfect and convenient to restaurants right across the street . The new hotel and rooms are BiG and beautiful with over sized balconies. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for . Free giveaways ( beach bag , towels , sun block , sun cream , reusable water bottles all for you to keep) . The easy way you able to pre book your beach and pool seating is excellent. Cleanliness is our room was kept spotless by Mangelin she was fantastic. The grounds kept impeccably. The staff super attentive down to every detail . ( even supplied a yoga matt for our room so my wife can do her morning routine. If your planning Aruba this is the way to go!"

"I really loved this hotel! It's right on Palm Beach, and the sand is so soft and beautiful. The room was incredibly spacious. The restaurant prices were quite reasonable for Aruba, and the staff were incredibly proactive and attentive. I was about to lay out my towel on a beach chair, and they immediately came over and insisted that it was their job. They also offer free floating mats, and there's a night market nearby. Highly recommend!"

"The reception staff's work was very slow, they did not check information properly, and they made repeated mistakes, so it took 2 hours to check in. The employee didn't seem sorry and just told me to keep waiting. The stay was not enjoyable due to the very unfriendly attitude at check-in."

"The hotel is well located. But this stay was one of the worst I've had at this hotel. First of all, it's not a hotel. When I arrived there was no one there, no check-in instructions. I had to call trip.com who contacted the owner and got my room number. Then, I had booked a room overlooking the hotel, I received a room at the back of the house (view of the back wall).. and still impossible to contact anyone from this hotel. The number provided does not work. The equipment is old and damaged There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom that I couldn't get rid of because it crawled under the bathroom vanity every night. Finally, the worst was the bedding. The sheets were not washed and smelled horrible (I think they don't wash them after every guest). The pillows are discolored and filled with dust mite and dirt. In summary, I do not recommend this establishment even if it is well located."
