GGuest UserMy second time stay. I like the neighbourhood and public parking available across the lake. Plus the Cat yellow bus is just 3 mins walk. I got a bigger room this time. It’s a service apartment with small kitchen and amenities like washing machine but the condition of the appliances are well used. The bed was huge and comfy enough. Overall it was a decent and comfortable stay

TToffer MorganA great stay, good sized rooms with all necessities, fridge, coffee milk etc. Comfortable beds, reverse cycling air con, Plenty of TV Channel options. Walkable distance to Hay Street Mall about 15 minutes. Close by some good coffeeshops and cafes. Rooms are presented well, fresh and clean.

VVicLamWe arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.

AasfizinieI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.

GGuest UserWell, I've been moving around hostels since I came here for work and holidays, and the percentage of Westerners is overwhelmingly high. I slept in a 22-person room, and it was a mixed-gender dorm. Koreans, please take note and have a safe and fun working holiday! PS: Laundry fee: $4
