fantastic motel in a great safe location, very close to town centre, restaurants, service stations etc, close to main road to brisbane. Highly recommend staying here

We came up from Brisbane just for one night for a very early morning sports match. This place turned out to be perfect because: 1. It was a very spacious 1 bed apartment. 2. It was extremely clean. 3. It looked like it was brand new. 4. The location was excellent, a minute's drive from the dining precinct in town 5. It was quiet 6. There was on site sheltered parking 7. The was a lot of CCTV which made the complex feel secure. There was no pool/gym etc but we weren't looking for that

Motel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly helpful and would be happy to stay there again in the future 

The staff were absolutely LOVELY and so helpful!! The only disappointment was the “breakfast included” - it cost me $50 extra to include it, but when I got there it was literally a $50 voucher? So … felt like a bit of a rip off. No unlimited coffee or juice like I have received from other places - next time I wouldn’t include it and would spend $50 elsewhere if there was no bonus to including it in the room price. Otherwise the stay was great!

The service was very friendly, the owners and staff are eager to assist with any requests and like to get to know their clients, hence we rebooked on two other occasions. There is no food, but good food outlets and takeaways nearby. There is tea/coffee, biscuits and a microwave, plates & cutlery, mugs, water & wine glasses. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are a good size with air-con, TV & couch- all the usual extras, shampoo, shower gels, hair dryer, iron and small wardrobe. The bathrooms are very small but work for short stays. Swimming pool available, which we did not use due to short stay. Private car parking is off road and surprisingly quiet due to proximity to the main road. City is within walking distance. I realise that the motel is of an older style, however one tiny concern for older folks is the small step in and out of the bathroom especially if using at night and a step from the car up to the path outside the room. Perhaps a reminder to 'mind the step' - or a Fluro strip to make it obvious might avoid a 'trip'. The prices are very affordable.

Perfect location for our needs for the weekend. Layout of room was great, bathroom good and shower pressure was awesome!

If you are coming with 3 or more people, come and it is cheap for 3 people, but I do not recommend it for 1 person. The overall facilities are average and the accommodation fee is expensive (for 1 person). If you do not have a car, you have to drag your carrier up the hill, and although it looks gentle, it is harder than you think. I was the only one who dragged a taxi because I could not catch one. The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is okay. There is 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. It is dusty. And there are bugs. The reception staff are really friendly. There is a slightly older woman (I don't remember her name) and a Chinese man named Mark, who are very kind and nice. I did not take any pictures of the accommodation, so I will upload the reservation details.
