DDaniel from AustraliaWe came up from Brisbane just for one night for a very early morning sports match.
This place turned out to be perfect because:
1. It was a very spacious 1 bed apartment.
2. It was extremely clean.
3. It looked like it was brand new.
4. The location was excellent, a minute's drive from the dining precinct in town
5. It was quiet
6. There was on site sheltered parking
7. The was a lot of CCTV which made the complex feel secure.
There was no pool/gym etc but we weren't looking for that

GGuest UserThe staff at reception were very helpful and prompt. The room was comfy. There was only one chair to watch tv, so someone had to sit on the bed. The bed was comfortable. Had dinner at Zack’s. I had a steak which was excellent and my husband had chicken with garlic sauce. He said it was so tender. The bar staff were friendly and knew their drinks. Close to the Empire Theatre.

AAmySprinklesWe travelled 17 hours by car and were exhausted when we got there, luckily the restaurant was still open (great food) and we were greeted by a lovely, beautiful lady called Rina, she made our night and even helped us after hours bringing what we needed to our room. The room was huge, super modern and the balcony was private. Bed was super comfortable and upon checkout Thomas greeted us with a smile and we felt absolutely refreshed for the last leg of our journey! Thank you so much to all! Fantastic place to stay!

GGuest UserAfter five attempts we finally got to stay. We were very impressed. The room had all the necessary facilities for a short or long term stay. Even a Tesla charging station which was in use while there. We didn’t use the dining area but it looked impressive through the window. The book in was good. Will be back.

Generous space with a living room, a separate sitting area with a sofa that is convertible to a bed, a dining area to sit 6 and a well equipped kitchen with oven/ microwave, kettle and toaster, good sized refrigerator.
Washer dryer combo that works well.
1 en-suite queen bedroom with walk in closet and shower
The other queen sized bedroom with toilet and bath room just outside.
Clean and comfortable with supplied tea/ coffee and cleaning/ laundry soaps.
The location is a bit further away from the city centre.
Having a car is certainly a boon for access.
There is a stellarosa cafe ust a few steps away from the apartment block.
Overall a nice place to stay

GGuest UserComfort inn was a pleasant stay. Friendly staff and close distance to shops etc. The Southern Hotel was a 5 minute walk away, which we really loved. Only annoying thing, was the two remotes for the TV. There were instructions on how to operate, however we still had difficulty. Apart from that small matter, we would recommend.

GGuest UserThe service was very friendly, the owners and staff are eager to assist with any requests and like to get to know their clients, hence we rebooked on two other occasions.
There is no food, but good food outlets and takeaways nearby. There is tea/coffee, biscuits and a microwave, plates & cutlery, mugs, water & wine glasses.
The beds are very comfortable, rooms are a good size with air-con, TV & couch- all the usual extras, shampoo, shower gels, hair dryer, iron and small wardrobe.
The bathrooms are very small but work for short stays. Swimming pool available, which we did not use due to short stay. Private car parking is off road and surprisingly quiet due to proximity to the main road. City is within walking distance. I realise that the motel is of an older style, however one tiny concern for older folks is the small step in and out of the bathroom especially if using at night and a step from the car up to the path outside the room. Perhaps a reminder to 'mind the step' - or a Fluro strip to make it obvious might avoid a 'trip'. The prices are very affordable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the center of Tuwenba, next to the shopping center, there are large supermarkets and restaurants, there is also a Korean supermarket, you can buy steamed buns, instant noodles and other foods, the hotel room has a microwave oven, an induction cooker, pots and pans, you can cook by yourself, very convenient, there is also a parking lot.
