AAnonymous UserThe location is pretty good, close to the road and easy to find. It looks like it's been renovated, which is nice. The bedding and cleanliness are both excellent. The service was fantastic, very warm and thoughtful. They even upgraded my room when they saw I had a leg injury, which was a huge help. Check-in is staffed from 2-5 PM, and self-service after 5 PM. The hot water was great, making for a very comfortable shower. The only downside is there's only one air conditioner, and its power is a bit low, so it wasn't quite warm enough in winter.

GGuest UserWe booked a room temporarily, and it rained heavily that night so we arrived very late. The hotel was very considerate and kept the living room lighting on and upgraded us to a family suite! Self-service check-in was very convenient, and the room was very cozy and thoughtful. Everything was great! If we hadn't been on the road the next day, we would have stayed a few more nights! Thank you, boss! I will recommend other friends to experience it.

This hotel is also the first choice when choosing a hotel! Reception waiter is also very nice~ We arrived late, the room card was placed directly on the door, the next day should have checked out at ten o'clock, but it was a bit late to make breakfast with her husband, asked if the front desk could check out later, the front desk It is also a direct agreement~ Finally, we have all the things washed before we leave. Awesome ~~~ Strongly recommended to everyone! !

GGuest UserThe room is in the classic western motel style. You need to use a physical key to open the door, and you need to lock it at night. The sanitary conditions are not as bad as other reviews say. The so-called mildew in the bathroom seems to be just a moss-like pattern in the tiles.
The check-in and check-out process is short and smooth. The room facilities basically meet modern standards, and plates and other tableware are also prepared in the room.
The hotel is located on the main road of the town of Warrnambool, less than one kilometer away from the railway station. There are fast food restaurants, supermarkets (wws), etc. on the main road, and the transportation is very convenient.
