AAinara | 小爱The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. GGuest UserFresh back from working abroad, my family and I made our first stop straight for Huangshan. I stumbled upon your guesthouse on Ctrip and was instantly smitten. The moment we stepped in, the walls were covered with blooming roses, so gentle and soothing, instantly washing away all my fatigue. The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful, accompanying us throughout, helping us take so many beautiful photos, just like a natural friend. The food was an even bigger surprise; we tasted the most authentic flavors, and they even used their own cold-pressed rapeseed oil – truly heartfelt down to the core. The environment was quiet and comfortable, providing a sense of relaxation I hadn't experienced in a long time, truly healing for the soul. In the afternoon, sitting in the tea garden behind the guesthouse, zoning out, unwinding, and sipping tea, with not a single worry on my mind. This is what travel should be like: peaceful, warm, full of life, and poetic.

RRebecca CockMy stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

GGuest UserThis stay really exceeded my expectations! I booked this place after seeing the recommendation in a book before the holiday. Through communication, I felt that the boss was very nice. He would patiently help me read the guide and give thoughtful suggestions on attractions and meals. The homestay is quiet and comfortable, the room is exquisitely decorated and warm, the bedding is soft and clean, and it is so comfortable to sleep~ The landlady is warm and thoughtful, and prepared local specialty snacks for us. The meals cooked at home are also very delicious, especially the fried meat with fresh bamboo shoots, which is super delicious. We also provided pick-up and drop-off services for our mountain climbing the next day. In the evening, we wanted to buy things at the entrance of the scenic spot. In order not to let us get scammed, we drove ourselves to take a detour to buy. When we left, we also took us to a delicious restaurant where locals go. The female boss really paid full marks for details. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Huangshan to relax. I will definitely come again on my next trip❤️

GGuest UserThe front desk upgraded me to a bigger room with a larger bed, which was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and they even gave me a welcome gift, which was a thoughtful touch. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient; they picked me up several times, and there was also a car arranged to take me to the Huangshan mountain entrance in the morning. The vehicles were very responsive; they'd arrive within minutes of me calling. The room itself was quiet and smart, with a great view of the mountains right behind the hotel.

In the morning, they offer a free shuttle to the South Gate of Huangshan, and they can also help arrange a car to Huangshan North. The service attitude was fantastic, highly recommended!

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel has everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel is decorated with great style. Environment: The room decor has an industrial feel, and the lobby on the first floor is perfect for photos. They also offer cocktails, coffee, beer, music, booth seating, a reading nook... At night, it feels more like a rustic foreign pub. There's also an incredibly cute, chubby tabby cat that the owner adopted. During my stay, there were many foreign guests, and the owner and staff spoke excellent English, communicating entirely in English. The owner is very thoughtful; before my hike, he was worried I might scrape my hands and gave me two band-aids, which were a real lifesaver! Trekking poles were available for free use, and he even proactively lent me a flashlight for fear of it getting dark on the way down, and recommended restaurants popular with locals... Although I only stayed for 2 nights, the experience was fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Plus, the location is excellent! It's just a short walk to the transit center. After a hike, there's nothing better than being able to walk a few steps and be back at the hotel!

GGuest UserThe accommodation has a free shuttle to/from the station, definitely a plus! It's only a 10 minute walk, but 10 minutes with heavy luggage is something you could miss. It’s a bit inconvenient that you have to call them to actually book the shuttle, because I don’t speak Mandarin and they don’t speak English, so a call would not be possible, but maybe that’s something that Trip could improve on. When I checked out, the lady told me (through a translation app) that she could drop me off at the station, which I was very happy about. When I checked in, I got a room upgrade as well. I was alone so I didn’t really need two beds, but the the huge room was very nice after all those bunk beds in hostels! They also offer a carpooling service to the ticket office/entrance of Huangshan for a good price! Just tell them the night before that you’d like to go to Huangshan and they will arrange a shuttle for you (mine was at 7 am in the morning and I just had to message them when I wanted to go back to the hotel in the evening). They can offer sightseeing tips, they can recommend you something to eat. Just ask and they will help you. Sometimes it was just a bit hard to communicate, the woman uses a translation app which works just fine, but the man doesn’t, he tries to explain everything in Mandarin by using gestures, writing it down in Mandarin … but then it’s obviously not easy to understand each other. That aside, they’re both so sweet and helpful. I would stay there again, if I ever come back! Side note, Trip does not give you the correct address of the hotel (in English). Whichever map app I used, it would send me to an open space in the street of the hotel. The hotel is actually located just a bit further next to a (very good!) restaurant, but just ask someone in the street and they will bring you to the reception of the hotel, if you can’t find it. 😉

GGuest UserIt's a little far from Namdaemun, about ten minutes' drive, but the owner of the B&B is very nice, pick up and drop off. I arrived a day in advance and wanted to store my luggage up the mountain. I called and he immediately drove to move my luggage. It was very quick, so it's no problem if you don't drive yourself. The room is relatively new and clean, and there is a large terrace. Next to it is a small river with very clear water. The environment feels better than some hotels at the foot of the mountain. The breakfast is relatively simple, and you can add more if it's not enough. I just came back from climbing the mountain and I was not feeling well and wanted to eat something light. Overall, I still recommend it
