The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location is fantastic, and the hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service from the train station, which made our transition to climbing Huangshan seamless. The service was absolutely wonderful! They even prepared a generous packed breakfast for us in the morning, which I carried with me the whole time – so thoughtful! I could just grab a bite whenever I wanted, and I was really touched by that. If any of my friends go to Huangshan, I'll definitely recommend this place. Also, this hotel was super helpful in reminding me to buy tickets in advance; otherwise, I definitely wouldn't have been able to get them this time. 🥹🥹

The vibe here is truly special! The owners put so much heart into running this place. The rooms are spotless, and the moment you step in, you just feel completely relaxed. In the evenings, they invite everyone to the lobby for tea and conversation, serving delicious tea snacks and fresh fruit. For two days straight, they gave complimentary special drinks to the kids and homemade millet wine to the adults. It felt just like visiting a friend's house, and the kids absolutely loved it. All the food was fantastic – purely handmade and organic. The water they served was mountain spring water, and the air was so fresh. On our last day, we joined the owner for a sunrise trip to the tea mountain. The sea of clouds was breathtaking, and it was wonderfully cool. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its warm hospitality. I'll definitely be back with my girlfriends next time. You can truly feel that this isn't just a perfunctory business operation; they've truly dedicated themselves to creating an exceptional product and service. The furnishings and daily amenities in the rooms are of high quality, and everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and elegant. Fresh flowers adorn every corner, both indoors and out in the courtyard. Nestled against the mountain, enveloped by mist and clouds, the entire hotel exudes a unique tranquility found only in the mountains and forests—peaceful and restorative. Every staff member here looks relaxed and treats guests with warmth and enthusiasm. There's no forced politeness, just perfectly attentive service. My personal butler was especially thoughtful, always anticipating my minor needs in advance, making me feel completely at ease and well cared for. I wasn't feeling well and casually mentioned wanting some millet porridge. They went out of their way to arrange it. These small acts of kindness are what truly touch the heart. They say Shilin Cliffs is the best hotel in Huangshan, and experiencing it firsthand, I now understand that this reputation is well-deserved. The price is indeed on the higher side, but all the wonderful experiences complement each other perfectly. The excellent environment, thoughtful details, and attentive service all justify the cost. It’s rare to find such a comfortable and soothing haven in the mountains, a place to slow down and find peace. It was a comfortable and truly healing stay, and when I return to Huangshan in the future, I will choose this place again.

This stay really exceeded my expectations! I booked this place after seeing the recommendation in a book before the holiday. Through communication, I felt that the boss was very nice. He would patiently help me read the guide and give thoughtful suggestions on attractions and meals. The homestay is quiet and comfortable, the room is exquisitely decorated and warm, the bedding is soft and clean, and it is so comfortable to sleep~ The landlady is warm and thoughtful, and prepared local specialty snacks for us. The meals cooked at home are also very delicious, especially the fried meat with fresh bamboo shoots, which is super delicious. We also provided pick-up and drop-off services for our mountain climbing the next day. In the evening, we wanted to buy things at the entrance of the scenic spot. In order not to let us get scammed, we drove ourselves to take a detour to buy. When we left, we also took us to a delicious restaurant where locals go. The female boss really paid full marks for details. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Huangshan to relax. I will definitely come again on my next trip❤️

My stay at Luming Valley this time was incredibly comfortable, especially the room – I was very satisfied! The hotel is nestled in a natural environment, with fresh air and away from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for travelers looking to relax. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view, overlooking the mountains and forest. Waking up to the sunshine and birdsong in the morning was incredibly healing. The room's interior design was simple and clean, the facilities were new, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of hot water and good quality toiletries. You could feel the attention to detail, like the cozy lighting, ample power outlets, and a small tea table for enjoying tea and the view. The hotel staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. There are walking trails within the complex, which are lovely for an evening stroll. If you come by car, parking is convenient. While the breakfast selection at the restaurant wasn't vast, the food was light and refreshing, and the combinations were well-balanced. Overall, Luming Valley offers great value for money, especially for those who appreciate quiet and want a brief escape from the city. If I visit this area again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here. Highly recommend it to friends who enjoy nature-focused getaways.

The room was spacious with smart home features and a very comfortable mattress. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a supermarket for convenient shopping. The 'Old Xu Restaurant' downstairs at the hotel serves exceptionally delicious stewed chicken in a wok. In the morning, heading to Huangshan, the hotel provides a free shuttle that gets you to the ticket hall in just 3 minutes, which is super convenient. The hotel's concierge was very enthusiastic and even explained the Huangshan routes. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel was excellent! The front desk staff upgraded my room for free, and the room was spacious and very clean. I had a very comfortable stay. In the morning, they offer a free shuttle to the South Gate of Huangshan, and they can also help arrange a car to Huangshan North. The service attitude was fantastic, highly recommended!

Stayed here the night before we headed up to Huangshan. The owner was really kind and took his time to explain the hiking route on huangshan and gave us recommendations. The location is great, at just a 10 minute walk to the bus station to go up huang shan. The room was comfortable , spacious and cozy. When we came down the mountain, the owner offered to pick us up in the rain. Highly highly recommend staying here!!

It's a little far from Namdaemun, about ten minutes' drive, but the owner of the B&B is very nice, pick up and drop off. I arrived a day in advance and wanted to store my luggage up the mountain. I called and he immediately drove to move my luggage. It was very quick, so it's no problem if you don't drive yourself. The room is relatively new and clean, and there is a large terrace. Next to it is a small river with very clear water. The environment feels better than some hotels at the foot of the mountain. The breakfast is relatively simple, and you can add more if it's not enough. I just came back from climbing the mountain and I was not feeling well and wanted to eat something light. Overall, I still recommend it
