Hotel near The Peak Of Mount Huangshan,Huangshan City
The Baiyun Hotel (Baiyun Binguan) is located in the Tianhai Scenic Area of Huang Shan, China's famous "Yellow Mountain". Surrounded by soaring peaks and wistful pines, this mountaintop hotel backs onto Bright Summit, one of the best spots to witness the majestic sight of the sun rising over the misty mountains. It's a sight that is well worth the early start, and the morning chill is alleviated by thick down jackets available to all guests. The hotel is built in traditional Hui style with rustic but cozy wood-lined "eco" rooms. More traditional-style options are available, many of which offer exceptional mountain views. All guestrooms feature high-speed broadband Internet access, satellite TVs, mini-bars and in-room safes.Dining options on Huang Shan are limited to hotels and snack stalls with the Baiyuan Hotel's restaurant offering a range of Chinese and Western options. Other facilities include a small shop and a business center for those all-important emails, but really Huang Shan is all about the magnificent scenery and a mountain-top stay is the perfect way to enjoy it to the max.

"Baiyun Hotel is very close to both the sunrise and sunset viewing spots. As soon as we checked in, the butler thoughtfully informed us about the viewing locations and times, and even led a group to watch the sunrise in the morning. The room was also very clean and tidy, and I personally didn't find it small at all. The washroom and shower were separate (wet and dry). Plus, the window was exceptionally large, offering beautiful views and even stars at night. The only thing is that Block B requires a bit of a walk, but it's also much quieter; I only heard some noise when people walked past. The butler was very attentive, and there were even performances in the evening. The variety of food was quite good for being on a mountain top; we had a very satisfying dinner and breakfast. I took some photos of the beautiful view outside the window and the gifts the butler gave us. I think the room layout was excellent."

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"I fell in love with this hotel at first sight! It's so peaceful nestled in the mountains, and the air quality is fantastic. Sitting outside having afternoon tea was incredibly relaxing. The staff, from the receptionists to the younger guys, were all super enthusiastic and responsible. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and getting to pet the cats was just adorable! 😆 It was such a great start to our Huangshan trip. My only regret is that our stay was too short. I'll definitely come back here on my next visit to Huangshan!"

"A special thanks to the hotel for proactively offering free breakfast for our child, who just barely exceeded 1.4 meters in height. This truly highlights their human-centric service philosophy. Service: Overall professional and respectful of personal space. Facilities: A bit dated but well-maintained; the bed was on the softer side, and the bathroom was exceptionally large. Cleanliness: Both the room and public areas were very clean. Environment: South-facing rooms (towards Huizhou Avenue) had a noticeable amount of street noise, which might bother light sleepers. Complaints: Most underground parking spots are on the smaller side, and parking management/guidance wasn't timely enough (on the evening of May 2nd, both ground and underground lots were almost full). This led to severe haphazard parking (the worst example is shown in the picture), likely wasting at least 10+ parking spaces. I suggest that during peak holiday periods with high guest traffic, the hotel designate or arrange a considerable number of temporary 'large parking spots' to alleviate parking anxiety for guests with larger vehicles, often referred to as 'refrigerator-TV-sofa' cars."

At first, I was worried about the taste, but the picture attracted me. I still decided this one. The room was unexpected. There is no taste. It can be seen that the hotel has worked hard in this regard. The internal environment of the hotel is very atmospheric, super filming, the whole person seems to be in a paradise, very suitable for friends who love to take pictures to come and punch in. highly recommended! ! !"

Xiangyuan Yungu Hot Spring Resort is perfectly located at the gateway to Huangshan Scenic Area, just a 3-minute walking distance from Yungu Cableway. Guests can avoid exhausting early-morning rushes and enjoy a slow, relaxing mountain vacation and hassle-free hiking experience. The resort features exclusive open-air mountain hot springs, nestled among bamboo forests and granite mountain views. You can soak in natural warm spring water surrounded by serene valley scenery, relieving hiking fatigue and embracing peaceful mountain leisure. Boasting top-tier design credentials, the hotel inherits elegant Hui-style architecture and profound thousand-year Huizhou cultural heritage. Originally designed by renowned architect Wang Guoyu, the resort was refurbished and upgraded by the world-famous international design studio CCD Hong Kong, perfectly integrating traditional oriental aesthetics with modern upscale comfort. Highly praised by global guests, our on-site restaurant serves authentic Huizhou cuisine. All dishes adopt fresh local mountain ingredients and inherit ancient Huizhou cooking techniques, offering an immersive taste of authentic Huizhou local flavors.

"Service: It was okay, though there were a bit few staff members. Environment: Located right by the Yungu cable car behind the South Gate, the surroundings are beautiful. Facilities: For a hotel in the mountains, it's acceptable. You need to be careful with the items in the room, as each item has a clearly stated compensation price for damage. For example, a speaker costs 2800, though I didn't even see one in the room. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate most of my meals at the hotel. The variety was limited, and the prices were quite high. Hygiene: I have to complain about this. I went there specifically to soak in the hot spring after hiking, but the outdoor pool was full of ants, big and small. I mentioned it to a staff member, and they actually told me that's how outdoor areas are. I said the ants were crawling all over me, and the staff member told me not to lean on the edge and go to the middle of the pool, and then there wouldn't be any. I was completely speechless. I guess it was my fault for going during the day; maybe if I had gone at night, I wouldn't have seen them, or maybe the ants would have been asleep. My whole body felt itchy after soaking, but I'm not sure if it was just in my head."

The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The butler was very responsive. We were picked up by a shuttle bus to the cable car station inside the scenic area. When we came down, they were waiting for us at the cable car parking lot in advance. The hotel is very close to the Yuping cable car. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel's tea room experience was also fantastic, with a dedicated tea master providing service. The restaurant within the hotel has amazing food; it was the best we've had in Huangshan. The service was also great, including free laundry service, with our clothes delivered back to the room after drying. A very good stay overall.

I'd been longing to visit Huangshan for ages, and this time, my dream finally came true. I arrived a day early, planning to head straight up the mountain, but I hadn't checked the cable car operating hours. So, I had to find last-minute accommodation at the foot of the mountain. Tangkou Town was packed with guesthouses along the streets, which felt a bit overwhelming. I decided to search for B&Bs on the outskirts of town instead and immediately fell in love with this one. The pure white walls and bright, clean rooms gave the whole place a gentle, relaxing vibe. Many guests praised the auntie's cooking, so I booked it right away. My stay certainly didn't disappoint; both dinners were absolutely delicious – we polished off every dish. The taste was truly amazing. The room was spacious and grand, and the owner even kindly upgraded my room for free. Opening the window, I faced a vast bamboo forest. The evening breeze rustled through the bamboo shoots, and sleeping to the gentle sound of the bamboo was incredibly soothing. There's a path behind the B&B that leads directly to the mountain entrance, and they even have their own tea garden. Before dinner, the owner unhurriedly set up a tea ceremony, explaining the three famous Huangshan teas in detail: the fresh and tender Huangshan Maofeng, the straight and long-lasting Taiping Houkui, and the mellow and rich Qimen Black Tea. There was also the unique Kuibai – made from Houkui fresh leaves using Qimen black tea processing, offering a distinctive flavor. My favorite quote from the owner was: 'When guests arrive, I wholeheartedly take care of travelers from all directions; when I have free time, I make sure to enjoy myself.' No rushed itineraries, no crowds – just stealing a half-day of tranquility at this bamboo forest teahouse. This is the beauty of slowing down at the foot of the mountain.

You can truly feel that this isn't just a perfunctory business operation; they've truly dedicated themselves to creating an exceptional product and service. The furnishings and daily amenities in the rooms are of high quality, and everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and elegant. Fresh flowers adorn every corner, both indoors and out in the courtyard. Nestled against the mountain, enveloped by mist and clouds, the entire hotel exudes a unique tranquility found only in the mountains and forests—peaceful and restorative. Every staff member here looks relaxed and treats guests with warmth and enthusiasm. There's no forced politeness, just perfectly attentive service. My personal butler was especially thoughtful, always anticipating my minor needs in advance, making me feel completely at ease and well cared for. I wasn't feeling well and casually mentioned wanting some millet porridge. They went out of their way to arrange it. These small acts of kindness are what truly touch the heart. They say Shilin Cliffs is the best hotel in Huangshan, and experiencing it firsthand, I now understand that this reputation is well-deserved. The price is indeed on the higher side, but all the wonderful experiences complement each other perfectly. The excellent environment, thoughtful details, and attentive service all justify the cost. It’s rare to find such a comfortable and soothing haven in the mountains, a place to slow down and find peace. It was a comfortable and truly healing stay, and when I return to Huangshan in the future, I will choose this place again.

My stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

This stay really exceeded my expectations! I booked this place after seeing the recommendation in a book before the holiday. Through communication, I felt that the boss was very nice. He would patiently help me read the guide and give thoughtful suggestions on attractions and meals. The homestay is quiet and comfortable, the room is exquisitely decorated and warm, the bedding is soft and clean, and it is so comfortable to sleep~ The landlady is warm and thoughtful, and prepared local specialty snacks for us. The meals cooked at home are also very delicious, especially the fried meat with fresh bamboo shoots, which is super delicious. We also provided pick-up and drop-off services for our mountain climbing the next day. In the evening, we wanted to buy things at the entrance of the scenic spot. In order not to let us get scammed, we drove ourselves to take a detour to buy. When we left, we also took us to a delicious restaurant where locals go. The female boss really paid full marks for details. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Huangshan to relax. I will definitely come again on my next trip❤️

I chose E-Long Anyue Hotel for our trip to Mount Huangshan with the kids this time. Its location is a huge plus, right next to the scenic area's transfer center. The hotel even offers free shuttle service up the mountain, so we didn't have to rush on the second day of our trip, which made traveling with children much easier. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively explaining hiking routes and helping us store our luggage. Their efficiency was impressive. The room was quite new, and the smart home devices were convenient to use. Housekeeping was thorough, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring we got a great night's sleep after hiking. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket, making it very convenient to stock up on snacks and supplies for our climb.

Facilities: The hotel has everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel is decorated with great style. Environment: The room decor has an industrial feel, and the lobby on the first floor is perfect for photos. They also offer cocktails, coffee, beer, music, booth seating, a reading nook... At night, it feels more like a rustic foreign pub. There's also an incredibly cute, chubby tabby cat that the owner adopted. During my stay, there were many foreign guests, and the owner and staff spoke excellent English, communicating entirely in English. The owner is very thoughtful; before my hike, he was worried I might scrape my hands and gave me two band-aids, which were a real lifesaver! Trekking poles were available for free use, and he even proactively lent me a flashlight for fear of it getting dark on the way down, and recommended restaurants popular with locals... Although I only stayed for 2 nights, the experience was fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Plus, the location is excellent! It's just a short walk to the transit center. After a hike, there's nothing better than being able to walk a few steps and be back at the hotel!

It's a little far from Namdaemun, about ten minutes' drive, but the owner of the B&B is very nice, pick up and drop off. I arrived a day in advance and wanted to store my luggage up the mountain. I called and he immediately drove to move my luggage. It was very quick, so it's no problem if you don't drive yourself. The room is relatively new and clean, and there is a large terrace. Next to it is a small river with very clear water. The environment feels better than some hotels at the foot of the mountain. The breakfast is relatively simple, and you can add more if it's not enough. I just came back from climbing the mountain and I was not feeling well and wanted to eat something light. Overall, I still recommend it
