From the moment I stepped into the room, I was completely captivated by the superb, uninterrupted sea view. The endless blue ocean stretched out before me, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves each morning felt nothing short of magical.However, the stunning scenery was not the only highlight. The customer service was equally impressive. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was a quick request at the front desk or a thoughtful gesture during breakfast, I always felt sincerely cared for. To be honest, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I had not anticipated such a wonderful experience, but I left feeling completely satisfied and deeply grateful. In conclusion, this hotel offers not only a spectacular sea view but also outstanding service and an all-around fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and I cannot wait to return.

GGuest UserStumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience.
**Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise.
**Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality.
**Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude.
This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe room I booked was great. The first picture was taken from the room. You can see the sea view and the Natural Gate. The morning sun is even more beautiful.
The room is equipped with disposable toiletries, including towels and bath towels, which are disposable and clean. It is also very convenient to wash and dry clothes.
Downstairs is a convenience store and a street of food. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Natural Gate and Qing'ao Bay Beach. Swimming is great. Motorboats and speedboats are convenient. You have to bargain.
I continued to stay the next day and rented an electric car and rode 1.7 kilometers. There were very few people when I arrived at Zhuxi Valley Bay. The sand was clean. I rented a set of tables and chairs, tasted tea, and watched the children play. It was comfortable and cozy.
The most surprising thing was the boss, a tall and handsome man, who was very nice. From the moment of consultation, he gave us a lot of thoughtful services and recommendations for food, fun, etc., making this trip both worry-free and enjoyable!
I will continue to stay here next time and will recommend it to my friends.
By the way, the boss's tea is good😊

This was definitely the hotel I was most looking forward to on the whole trip!
It truly didn't disappoint—and this isn't just a fake review!!!
From the butler's service and breakfast to the overall stay experience, everything was meticulously planned.
Even this detail-oriented person was won over!
The fridge had drinks, the table had fruit, the toilet had a seat cover, the bathtub had a cover, and there was even body lotion. They even provided a huge bottle of drinking water, and so on… The floor was spotless even when I was barefoot. The toiletries had a refreshing bergamot scent (such a relaxing smell!). Sleeping on the second floor with the window open, listening to the rustling of the leaves in the wind, and watching the children playing happily… maybe this is what happiness is all about. ^_^

Aamy_zlThe hotel is in an apartment building right by the sea, taking up an entire floor. The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, and customer service even sent a small gift, which really improved my impression of homestays. You can watch the sunrise from bed 🌅, and the food court downstairs has everything, though it is a bit pricey! It's a short walk to the beach, which is really nice.

GGuest UserI booked a room with two beds, which was perfect for a family of 3-4 people. The room was very clean and the environment was great (please excuse the unmade bed!). You could even see the sea from the room (I didn't take a picture). This is part of a Country Garden development, and many locals actually own homes and live here. There are three elevators, all very fast and clean, just like the ones in a residential building, clearly well-maintained and cleaned by property management.
After check-in, the front desk even brought fresh fruit to our room. The front desk staff were also very polite and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place. This guesthouse even includes breakfast, but unfortunately, we had an early start and couldn't make it.

GGuest UserBefore traveling to Nan'ao Island, I chose this B&B after reading online reviews. Very satisfied after checking in. First of all, Boss Xiaolin is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to introduce nearby bus routes, food, and tourist attractions. In addition to the standard quilt on the bed, I also asked to add a single quilt, and the boss readily agreed. The room is large and well equipped, and the bedding is great.
You can see the sea when you stand in front of the window, and you can reach the beach in ten minutes' walk. The bus stop for entering the island is just downstairs, and the stop is called ”Tianyu Villa”. At the beginning of the lively Promenade. After entering the island, the bus passed by here first before heading to the town. Two stops away from the bustling visitor center. It is recommended for tourists visiting Nan'ao Island to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

With a complimentary coffee in hand, I can look up and admire the ocean view, the fishing boats going to and from the pier, the relaxed daily life of the town, and the windmills swaying in the breeze. The sunset creates such a gentle atmosphere. The desk in the room is spacious and quiet, and the bathtub is great for unwinding. The bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The pool and gym are good for relaxing your eyes, and the kids' club is far enough away not to disturb the quiet areas. Plus, parking is convenient if you're driving.

Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. They also specially provide our room upgrade for seaview to our special honeymoon couple.
The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay.
The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located at seaside , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again.
The amenities are well-equipped, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private big room, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive.
Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.
