This stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

The room I booked was great. The first picture was taken from the room. You can see the sea view and the Natural Gate. The morning sun is even more beautiful. The room is equipped with disposable toiletries, including towels and bath towels, which are disposable and clean. It is also very convenient to wash and dry clothes. Downstairs is a convenience store and a street of food. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Natural Gate and Qing'ao Bay Beach. Swimming is great. Motorboats and speedboats are convenient. You have to bargain. I continued to stay the next day and rented an electric car and rode 1.7 kilometers. There were very few people when I arrived at Zhuxi Valley Bay. The sand was clean. I rented a set of tables and chairs, tasted tea, and watched the children play. It was comfortable and cozy. The most surprising thing was the boss, a tall and handsome man, who was very nice. From the moment of consultation, he gave us a lot of thoughtful services and recommendations for food, fun, etc., making this trip both worry-free and enjoyable! I will continue to stay here next time and will recommend it to my friends. By the way, the boss's tea is good😊

My childhood dream of living in a log cabin has come true!!! This was definitely the hotel I was most looking forward to on the whole trip! It truly didn't disappoint—and this isn't just a fake review!!! From the butler's service and breakfast to the overall stay experience, everything was meticulously planned. Even this detail-oriented person was won over! The fridge had drinks, the table had fruit, the toilet had a seat cover, the bathtub had a cover, and there was even body lotion. They even provided a huge bottle of drinking water, and so on… The floor was spotless even when I was barefoot. The toiletries had a refreshing bergamot scent (such a relaxing smell!). Sleeping on the second floor with the window open, listening to the rustling of the leaves in the wind, and watching the children playing happily… maybe this is what happiness is all about. ^_^

The environment here is great, and the room looks exactly like the pictures. It's a bit on the small side, but all the room amenities are high-quality, and disposable toiletries are provided. The decor is very pleasant. I loved the retractable clothesline in the shower – that design is such a bonus and super convenient! The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even carried my luggage down for me, which I felt a bit bad about, but she's clearly a strong and capable young woman! They even gave me some snacks as a parting gift when I checked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you so much!

The hotel reception service was very good. We booked a one-bedroom room. The reception helped us upgrade to a more spacious room. The living room is separate from the room. The decorations in the living room are elegant and exquisite. I like it very much. I will choose this hotel again next time. The room is also spacious and generous. It only lacks a bathtub for bathing. Otherwise, it is perfect.

This hotel was the best find of our trip, amazing! First off, the location is fantastic; it's just 500-800 meters to MixC, Suning, and Longyan South Road, all within walking distance. Secondly, the hotel lobby features a Rolls-Royce, which my son absolutely loved. There's also a gym and a swimming pool, with a separate deep end (1.4m) and a shallow kids' area (0.5m), so the little ones had a blast. Plus, the hotel service is outstanding: they provide everything you could possibly need, like bed rails, latex pillows, disposable bath liners, early check-in, and late check-out. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful!

The room was very tidy and the environment was great, especially our sea view room. However, some maintenance is needed. The water pressure in the room was extremely low! The hot water would turn cold after a few seconds, then stop completely for a few seconds before returning to normal, and this kept repeating 😢. It would be freezing in winter. There's a small soaking tub in the room, but even after an hour of filling, the water only reached our ankles. Plus, the room let in a lot of light.

The hygiene, service, and facilities were all excellent, and the environment was also very good. The location is convenient, close to attractions, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was clean and comfortable with new facilities, which made our stay with a child very worry-free. The service was also thoughtful and attentive. It offers great value for money, and you can even rent electric scooters right at the hotel entrance. The only minor downside is that the room was a bit on the small side.

I enjoy reading to pass the time on vacation, and the quiet corner on the terrace is perfect for it. With a complimentary coffee in hand, I can look up and admire the ocean view, the fishing boats going to and from the pier, the relaxed daily life of the town, and the windmills swaying in the breeze. The sunset creates such a gentle atmosphere. The desk in the room is spacious and quiet, and the bathtub is great for unwinding. The bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The pool and gym are good for relaxing your eyes, and the kids' club is far enough away not to disturb the quiet areas. Plus, parking is convenient if you're driving.
