__CFT010000000301****Of all the guesthouses I've stayed at, this one was truly amazing, completely exceeding my expectations.
First of all, the location is unbeatable, right next to the Shantou Port Opening Culture Museum. A short walk reveals historic buildings and photogenic spots all around, creating a truly immersive experience.
The room was not only uniquely designed but also incredibly clean and comfortable. The bedding was soft, and the amenities were complete, making for a very peaceful and pleasant stay.
The owners were also incredibly thoughtful, providing a Shantou food guide map and authentic Shantou sweet soup upon check-in.
In short, from the environment and location to the cleanliness and service, everything was impeccable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shantou!

The breakfast was rich, the room was quiet and comfortable, the hotel was new and clean, and parking was convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay. **Service:** The hotel staff were excellent – always friendly, smiling, and quick to resolve any issues.
**Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and tidy.
**Facilities:** The parking lot is huge, and the lobby is quite luxurious. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was very spacious and nice.

Many good restaurants and cafes around , even have a MacDonald’s on the ground floor.
The host is superb. No lobby but easy check in and check out. The host answers our request fast.
Laundry service is provided for free too.

GGuest UserA completely different environment in the bustling city, it has a relaxing vacation feel. The location is convenient, with restaurants and MixC shopping mall nearby, and it's also very close to Shantou Railway Station! 👍 A pick-up and drop-off service is included! 👍 They also provide late-night snacks, fruit, and a healthy breakfast! 👍 The attentive butler service and the enthusiastic and helpful staff are great! 👍 However, one thing to note is that when the food was delivered at the agreed time, perhaps to avoid disturbing guests, the restaurant left the food uncovered on the garden table. From a hygiene perspective, this isn't ideal! 😅 The table in the twin room was too small; it wasn't enough for several people to sit together and eat/place food. The room was bright and clean! 👍 But be aware of the air conditioning.

MM44869****Facilities: Room 335 was spacious, but the air conditioner unit was a bit noisy. Since it was November and the weather wasn't too hot or cold, I didn't use it much.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. Xinghua Wuji Beef Hot Pot is just a short walk away. If you're stuffed, guess what you'll do? Zhongshan Park is right next door; you can stroll around for a bit before returning to the hotel.
Service: I give the service full marks. The customer service lady was beautiful and had a sweet voice; she was very helpful in resolving any issues.

The bedding is cloud-soft, ensuring you sleep soundly until you wake up naturally. The mattress offered perfect support – even with my back issues, I was incredibly satisfied! The room layout is thoughtfully designed, and all the amenities are brand new and smart. The TV and lighting controls are super convenient, giving the room a distinctly modern, tech-savvy feel.
The bathroom boasts excellent wet/dry separation, and the grey marble gives it a truly luxurious feel. The smart toilet is an incredibly thoughtful touch – a dream come true for anyone who appreciates attention to detail! The toiletries smell fantastic, produce a rich lather, and leave your skin feeling wonderfully smooth. All the towels are brand new, fluffy, and highly absorbent.

Also having problem sorting out how to turn on the air conditioner, they just send someone in just a few minutes to solve it. The food is not bad. The cook very nice to me.
