GGuest UserHygiene: Very good, very clean. Ambiance: The entire guesthouse is a beautifully maintained old building. The rooms are charmingly antique and full of character. The courtyard is filled with fragrant flowers and greenery, making it very comfortable. It's super convenient, just a one-minute walk to the scenic area entrance! Service: The breakfast was great, especially the delicious noodles. There were also many small snacks, oranges, and tea available in the courtyard. The landlady mentioned that the oranges were picked from the local mountains, and indeed, they tasted different from elsewhere – exceptionally sweet! The landlady was incredibly patient, always smiling, and very pleasant to talk to. She even lent me Miao traditional clothing and accessories for photos, she was so enthusiastic. Fenghuang Ancient Town's night view is absolutely stunning! There are performances from morning till night, and the intangible cultural heritage show was fantastic, offering a wonderful experience!

GGuest UserI have to commend the hotel's shuttle service! After contacting the hotel, the shuttle arrived quickly. The two drivers were incredibly kind; not only did they drive smoothly, but they also proactively helped with luggage and were very polite upon arrival. I really loved the hotel's ambiance. The minimalist design was very pleasing to the eye, clean, and tidy. Staying in such a refreshing environment definitely lifts your spirits. A big shout-out to the front desk lady too! From check-in to check-out, her service attitude was super nice throughout, making me feel very welcome and warm. Initially, I didn't have high expectations for the hotel's food, but after trying it, the dishes were surprisingly delicious, just like home-cooked meals! Overall, it offers great value for money. This will definitely be my top choice from now on! 😊

CCatherine MorellThe owners of this hotel are super friendly, welcoming, and hospitable to their guests. I stayed here for one night, nevertheless, I was given a ticket to enter this town, the owner also picked me up from the railway station. I checked into this hotel very early so it was very convenient. Moreover, I got a map and the excursion. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel with its thoughtful hosts.

We arrived using the free transfer service, and were welcomed with an upgraded room looking down onto the ancient town - which was particularly amazing at night. The hotel is very conveniently located next to an entrance to the ancient town. Breakfast was nice, and the staff helped us with tickets to the ancient town. The rooms had a very nice atmosphere, and were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to any international tourists! Thank you!

GGuest UserWe have no words to explain how much we enjoyed our stay at Xunyi Home stay. Everything was amazing since the moment we arrived at Furong. This was definitely the best hospitality we ever experienced (my partner and I are hotel managers in our home country so we definitely appreciated every single gesture from the owner). Firstly, a car is arranged to pick you up from the train station to your stay complimentary, once we checked in the owner upgraded up complimentary to a room on the 3rd floor with the most amazing views to the river while given all the touristic information of the town of Furong. The location of the hotel is also incredible, only a few minutes walk from the scenic waterfall area. The room was perfect, from the majestic view through its big window, to the wooden smell of the beautifully carved furniture, finishing to the comfortable and all equipped bathroom. All amenities were given, plus 24h hot water, WiFi and A/C. A delightful breakfast freshly made was complimentary too! But that wasn’t it, we left something behind in our previous stay in Zhangjiajie, and the owner went above and beyond and literally sorted all out for us, arranging calls, and delivery to the train station, all we had to do was to enjoy our stay!! A drop off to the train station was also given, while we kept giving our biggest thanks to the owner for his absolutely amazing customer service and hospitality. Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to come back! Again BIG THANKS and will send souvenirs from our countries! 🙏

Excellent service, the location is very close to Furong Old Town, the room was spotless, had heating and all the necessary amenities, and the view from the room and balcony was lovely. The staff were also incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this hotel, 10/10. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserThe location is good (near the entrance to the city), but the maps don’t show the hotel (we tried to find it in Didi application and Amap- they couldn’t find this hotel)- so we just used the location of nearby hotels. The train arrived at 22.00, so we had a late check in. The owner was waiting for us. It was cold in the room (the window was opened ) when we came and we switched on the AC but it took ages to heat the room. We couldn’t lock the door, the door lock is broken. All the rest, the room is good for 1-2 nights.

MMerleyThe glamping site is very near the observatory deck of Furong waterfalls. The dome tent are quite far away from each other, so you have a bit of privacy in your lawn. There's some space in the platform where you can view the Youshi river and bird watching. At night it's peaceful and you can hear the crickets while sleeping. In the morning you can hear the birds chirping. It was a pleasant stay thought they were not able to provide the breakfast buffet because there were few guest around. But they were able to provide me a simple meal for my breakfast. The hotel also provides free pick-up service to and from the Train station.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is one of the highlights of our trip in Zhangjiajie, we’re glad to have chosen this one for 3 nights : - location is near the middle gate (Zimugang), far from tourists/tour groups crowds, we were there early April and there was no queue at all, perfect if you have kids It takes a short 15 minutes walk to reach the gate from the hotel. Also a short 10-15 minutes Didi ride to Wulinyuan district if you want to eat in the main village, or from the South Gate if you want to start/finish the day with the Golden Whip stream - owners are very very nice and helpful, they arranged to pick us up from yongding district (around 45 min drive), and helped us book tickets for attractions. We contacted them through Trip couple of days before we got there and they helped us book the entry to the park (valid for 4 days, we chose the option with unlimited cable car and Bailong elevators rides which they offered at a great price) - breakfast has decent options, they can also cook fresh noodle soups on the spot upon request - the best part for us was the hotel nestled among the mountains : view from the room or from the breakfast terrace is exceptional with majestic mountains as your backdrop - the room itself was also amazing, excellent value for money : super clean, equipped with the Chinese version of Alexa which was great entertainment for the kids, Very spacious, The bonus bathtub next to the window to ask in a relaxing bath after a long day of walk And again the view from our room was incredible !!! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Zhangjiajie, can’t recommend enough !!
